Description of Work: This company gets an A from me because they did nothing. I called them with a concern about my roof. The next morning at 7:00am sharp (exactly when he told me he would be there) he showed up, looked at the roof, went up examined some more and said it was fine. He could have very easily scammed me and I wouldn't have known the difference. I really appreciate his honesty and when it comes time to replace my roof Casey roofing will be getting my business.

Description of Work: Roofed our house and converted the brick chimney to a vent system. We were totally impressed with the professionalism and quality of their work. They came at 6:00 and were completely done and cleaned up by 10:00. Awesome job!!

Description of Work: Was experiencing a small water leak whenever rain and wind out of certain direction. A very well known and claiming to be the best roofing and remodeling contractor came out, sat in a kitchen chair, (very large man, actually broke my chair as he got stuck in it) and provided an estimate to replace the roof. Also stated the gutters were too small and they would need replacing. I nearly choked at their estimate and wasn't impressed as they didn't even look at the roof. (or offer to have my chair repaired!) |Casey Roofing on the other hand, spoke with me about my concern, then climbed on the roof to inspect. A good fifteen minutes later he came back off the roof, spoke with me stating he was pretty certain where the leak was located, explained why it was likely leaking, told me he could repair it, and I could probably get a couple more years out of my roof. He also stated there was nothing wrong with the size or condition of my gutters. Not wanting to go through the hassle of finding a reputable and qualified contractor in a couple years, I elected to ask for an estimate for a complete tear off, replace whatever roof plywood that was damaged, repair leak source, replace water seal and shingles. He stated he would work up an estimate and mail it to me which he did. His estimate, was over $3600.00 less than the kitchen chair guy's. (not counting the additional chair guy wanted to replace gutters!) Needless to say I still checked out Casey Roofing, looking at other jobs he had done in same or similar shingle, spoke with people about them, and then I decided to contract with them. Casey provided a date he could start, called a few days before to verify it was a good date for me, showed up on time, performed the work, left a VERY clean work site and no debris flying around the neighborhood, answered my questions about condition of the leak when located, asked if everything looked acceptable when they finished, then mailed me a final invoice which was actually right on the estimate. I recommend Casey Roofing based upon my experience.

Description of Work: Casey roofing performed a complete tear off and reshingle. They showed on time almost to the minute. They completed the job in one day and did a good job cleaning up. Cory had one man on the ground picking up trash from the yard for the entire day so trash didn't accumulate. Description of Work: I called them to come look at a roof leak where the garage roof meets the house.. He came out and said it was not the roof at all. He said it was the fact that I did not have a moisture barrier behind the vinyl siding that is above the garage roof. So, I now have an appointment for someone to put up a moisture barrier. So assuming that the Casey guy was correct, he did a good job and he didn't charge anything for his services.

Description of Work: I got quotes from five different roofers. The range of cost ranged from $14,000 to $21.000. After talking with each roofing firm and considering price, we selected Casey Roofing. They were not the least expensive but I was impressed with their attention to detail. Their crew arrived at 5:30am. They removed the existing shingles and skylights. The entire job was completed in one day. Throughout the roofing process, they cleaned the area surrounding the house. I would recommend them without reservation

Description of Work: I have an older roof that needs replacing. Noticed some leaking from the ceiling. Mr. Casey came over to look at my roof the same day I called and had a worker fix the issue. This was a temporary fix until the spring.

Description of Work: On September 13, 2012 the Casey Roofing Company replaced two 42" x 42" skylights, two 24" x 42" skylights, and laid 96 bundles of shingles on the East side of our roof. Three sheathing panels were replaced, ice and water shield was laid around all sky lights and on the eves. The ridge vent was replaced, and defective gutter guard was removed from the eves. All rusty vent pipes and the fire place chimney were sprayed with black rustoleum paint which looks great with the brown shingles. The delivery of shingles and skylights was perfectly choreographed so that no working time was lost. Shingles were removed and thrown into a mobile dumpster with a hydralic lift located at the end of the East roof, rather than throwing them on the yard, or running over the West roof to dispose of them in a drive way dumpster. The mobile dumpster with it's hydralic lift moved loads to a dump truck, so that at the end of the day nothing was left. The 9 man crew arrived promptly at 6:30 am, and finished the entire job by 4:30pm, leaving the yard and driveway thoroughly cleaned. We recommend Casey Roofing without reservation, and will rely on this Company for any future roof repair.
