Excellent. 6 hours. Yard spotless as promised. Work completed as asked. Very professional.

It went very smoothly. They pulled up at 6 am and started working immediately. There were between 8 and 12 guys on the roof. They started immediately and had it stripped and recovered in record time. Cleanup was very good. They even ran a magnet over the lawn to pickup any nails that might have fallen into the grass. They replaced everything they moved and left 4.5 hours after they arrived. A+ job!!

Great, started at 6:30am and one by noon including excellant cleanup.

Prompt and professional - inspected our roof after we noticed a ceiling stain. While inspecting our attic he noticed and unrelated problem which could lead to future trouble. He was able to suggest a fix and provided us with a referral to correct the problem.

Everything went well. They started at 5:30 a.m. And completed the job by 7:30 p.m. All the guys were very friendly and considerate. They cleaned up the whole site when they were finished and erverything looks great.

He gave us the lowest estimate we had had for this job, and his estimate also included removing the old roof, which the other estimates had not included. The final price was higher than the estimate because we added the ridge vent and removal of the chimney at his suggestion on the day of the installation. We are happy for both add ons. His crew arrived early on the arranged day, and they got the job done in less than four hours. They laid cloths around the house to catch debris and were careful of the plants.

Went very well. They arrived about 9-9:30 a.m. and were finished by about 2-2:30 p.m. Customer service is excellent!

We have a split level house. Had a terrible leak that was coming in around the chimney and even soaking carpet around hearth on upper level and dripping down into lower level. In addition leak was coming through ceiling around hearth on upper level. After multiple unsuccessful attempts to get some recommended roofers out to see the problem, I found Cory Casey on Angie's list. I called him at 2:00 p.m. - and much to my delight, he answered immediately - no answering machine a real live person! And by 5:30 that afternoon, he was there with his ladder to examine the problem. He quickly diagnosed that it was a siding problem - no Tyvek had been used when the house was built 25 years ago. We had had minor leakage problems in this area of the house before and thought each time they had been fixed. But every 4 or 5 years or so, the ceiling leak would reappear and the person we hired would fix the flashing and do some minor caulking work which appeared to fix the leak. But this time it was much worse than the previous times - the heavy and blowing rains we had in April and May caused us severe leaking. Cory was the only workman we had in those years that thought to check under the siding and then correctly diagnosed the problem. He inspected the chimney and adjacent roof and said there was some work that was required on it in addition to the siding. He is not in the siding business but took care of getting us a very capable sider who removed all the siding carefully, wrapped the side of the house in Tyvek and put the siding back on. His taking care of finding this person and his coordination was much appreciated and, in my opinion, indicated he is a true professional. And the work that he did and what the sider did, fixed the problem. We have had no leakage since the work was done and we have had plenty of bad, blowing rains to test it. My only suggestion to Cory is to let customers know when he arrives to do the work. Because I only saw him working on the house once for about an hour and a half, I can't really judge whether the price was fair or not. We could have been gone when he came sometimes but maybe a post-it on the door saying he had been there would have been nice. But still, I was more than willing to pay him to get this work done and he exceeded our expectations in every way. We will have him again if the need arises. He is a good communicator, good worker and very knowledgeable. I like that he uses his cell phone and was able to reply to me promptly and also used it to give me a quote on the spot. He also sent the bill by e-mail and I could pay him online.

All in all I am happy with the work that was done...shingles, drip edge, ridge vent, and they even fixed up the join where the garage and house come together. All work was completed in about 1.5 hours...Super quick. My only complaint was that I was told that they would let me know when they could fit me into their schedule, and then the next morning they just showed up without notice, and while I was at work. So I wasn't able to open the garage for them, which led to me having to clean up all of the dust, nails, debris, etc. What if I would have had a car in the garage? Nails and other debris would have been hitting it.

Everything went really well. We are happy with the service provided.

I was very impressed with Casey's Roofing. Prior to doing the work, he was always easily accessible by phone and/or email. The crew showed up early on Thursday morning and went straight to work. They did a tremendous job, and before they left they cleaned up every bit of the mess. Other than the beautiful new roof, you couldn't even tell they had been here. I was very impressed and would highly recommend them to anyone needing any roofing work done.

Once they arrived everything went very well. His staff is very friendly and polite. It just seemed like it took forever for the day they could start to get here. At 5:00 a.m. I was awakened to my dog barking and footsteps on my ceiling. I had no idea that they were coming that day. I was very thankful that the day had finally arrived. They did the whole thing in one day and I have a very large roof with several peaks. No more leaks. Thanks guys.

I would use them again in the future.

Casey's contacted me via email the same day (7/11/14) as my original email to them and asked me my address. I sent my address and assumed the next step would be to make an appointment to come over and inspect the roof. However, after not hearing from them after a few days I contacted them. I was told they had already been to my house on Sunday, 7/13, had knocked on my door, and when I didn't answer got on my roof anyway and inspected it. They said my roof looked good and I should have another 4-5 years left on the shingles. I was surprised they inspected it without an appointment, without anyone at home, without the benefit of even knowing where my leaks were, and that they had not contacted me to tell me their findings. But, I wasn't going to write a negative review based on that alone. I had decided I wouldn't submit a review at all. However, I am submitting this review now because, as it turns out, my roof actually is not in good shape and has significant enough hail damage that my insurance company is paying for my entire roof to be replaced, as well as some other hail damage to the trim. I don't understand how Casey's missed this.

Cory Casey came out to inspect the chimney, flashing, and shingles around it and to give us an estimate. He was punctual, professional, and we arranged a rough date for his crew to do the work. When that time came, I hadn't heard from him, and so texted to ask when the crew might arrive. (Being able to text a business' owner is a real time-saver, and Cory responds very quickly.) He got back to me with a date, and the guys showed up as arranged. I'm not exactly sure what they did, although I saw that they did remove flashing and quite a few shingles. The repair took only a few hours, and the crew did a great job of cleaning up when they finished. Cory texted me the next day to ask that I let him know if the problem was solved after the next big rain. I waited until we'd had hard rain two days in a row and texted him to say that we've had no moisture in the ceiling plaster since the repairs. He texted me a few days later to check again, and I told him that the plaster was still dry. That was five days ago, and even with the heavy rains since then, the ceiling is dry. We're having it re-plastered in three weeks. Cory waited to send a bill until my second check of the plaster, which tells me that he's a responsible business owner, someone who takes his work and reputation seriously. If we ever need more roofing work done, I'll call Cory Casey. I have recommended him to friends and neighbors.

Very professional and fast. Kept in constant contact with me regarding changes from the original estimate. I needed to have a siding person come in and someone to adjust the satellite dish. He was very helpful and coordinated everyone so that the job was completed the same day.

Fast, clean, professional. Cory and his crew did an excellent job on our roof. Not one piece of scrap was found in the yard when they finished. The roof looks great.

He found the problem and because it was a Saturday he was not able to fix the job until Monday. It was fine because we had no bad weather.

They gave an estimate and will replace roof shingles approximately mid May. After having received the estimate and speaking with Cory Casey I felt confident that I have made the right decision to have them do the work.

Job was done in professional manner and the clean up was excellently done. They had to replace some sheeting that were bad. They also painted some vents/chimney to match the roof, which looks great.

We were greatly pleased with all aspects of this work. Showed up on time. Every one on the was couteous. They worked had and cleaned up meticouousy. Corey (Casey) said that his people know that if he finds anything they missed in the cleanup that he doesn't buy lunch the next day. It works (Grin) We reccommend Casey Roofing

They're great. I've used them last year sometime and since then, they've done quite a few jobs. We have a lot of confidence in them and their abilities. They do a good job. Their prices are good. I don't have a problem with their prices. They're very prompt and courteous. The whole crew is just very nice. They go above and beyond what we asked for. They're very professional. I would use them again in the future.

Mr. Casey was very friendly and easy to talk to. He said my roof had a few years left and would try caulking a few trouble spots and see how it works. I am too old to climb on the roof and hope to only have to roof the house one more time. When it comes time for the new roof I will definitely give him a call.
