Description of Work: First time I have ever had a cleaning service. They are very Professional and Friendly. Asked them to clean my 3 bathrooms and they look wonderful. I had one cleaner for about 4 hours and she was very thorough. It was such a time saver with our busy schedules, will definitely do this again. |

Description of Work: The service has yet to occurred and after numerous attempts to contact this provider they have not responded to my emails. Not sure the problem is but do I really need to pay for a broker that recommends a service provider that ignores me? Would love to hear your thoughts regarding this matter.

Description of Work: Our bi weekly savour. The lady's clean our home every two weeks and do a great job. They show up when they say they will, they even play with our dogs which is required when your at our house. I suggest everyone just reads this and can appreciate. I always hate writing great reviews because then they get super busy and I have to share.

Description of Work: I purchased the big deal for $85 for Up to Four Hours of Housecleaning. I waited for her to respond back to my message on Angies List and did not hear back. I called and left several messages to schedule an appointment and never heard back again. I ended up cancelling the service.

Description of Work: I have been using Emilia's Cleaning for over a year, and I'm very happy with this company. The staff are punctual, courteous and detail oriented. I have a very busy schedule, and I have no time to clean, and I know I can always rely on them to do a really good job for a really good price. Emilia is very responsive - often quickly -whenever I need to contact her about scheduling or special tasks. I would highly recommend this company for their full range of services.

Description of Work: We purchased the deal on June 25. We tried to get service the first week or two after purchasing but she was too busy. She was responsive and nice about it though. We tried to schedule again in early August for end of August when we move out, but she does not do deep-cleaning/move-out cleaning. If we were not moving, we would work with her and use the deal.

Description of Work: I called and was able to schedule the appointment on relatively short notice (1-2 days). The cleaning job was standard and the price in-line with city prices for a cleaner.

Description of Work: We used Emilia's cleaners several times. At first things went well, but then we found that the cleaners were not working as long as they were supposed to work (we were paying for 5 man-hours and they were working less than three). We got this mostly corrected, but the quality of work was not good unless one of us was at home supervising. Emilia herself seems very nice and honest, but her cleaners don't serve her business well.
