Horrible.. Floors were left dirty. Surfaces had streaks, cabinet fronts were never cleaned. Woman was on her cellphone the entire time she was here. Stove was left dirty. Do not hire

She was great. Hired her and she did the job well.

I loved working with these guys would recommend this to everyone and there grandmothers such nice and sweet people to work with Emila and Carolina are simply darlings and take care of everything they can to the best of there ability's to make sure everything gets done properly. GOOD JOB KEEP IT GOING GIRLS!

Ok, but some details weren’t done right.

Emiia's maids have done a wonderful job of cleaning our house. They are very thorough and even straighten up our daughter's toys when we don't have time to get them all out of the way. They've cleaned our home 3 times and have always arrived on time. I also like that they use service contracts with preferences documented. It takes a lot of guesswork out of the job for them and gives me peace of mind that we have a clear agreement in place. Very happy so far!

We have been a customer for 4 years for weekly cleaning of our condo. Their cleaning staff are friendly and trustworthy. The quality of their work always meets our expectations.

Eva was wonderful. However she did not receive my requested cleaning areas and arrived without a ladder so she was unable to clean light fixtures.

The work that was done was great, very thorough and detail oriented. Price was a little high but you get what you pay for.

Services were rendered in November 2018. Scheduled almost immediately after claiming a deal on Angie’s list. Staff arrived on time and after a tour of the house and what needed cleaning and where supplies are kept, staff got straight to work. Needed services post move in to our new home and prior to baby’s arrival.

Showed up on time for 4 hour cleaning of 2 story house. A single individual came and she required very little direction and did a GREAT JOB!

I claimed a deal for a $99 one time cleaning from Emiia's Cleaning. It was right before Christmas when my usual cleaning woman had a medical emergency and canceled at the last minute. The business owner at Emilia's messaged me right away but couldn't send anyone until after Christmas. I eventually agreed because we were also having people over the weekend after Christmas. They said they could be at my house on the 27th between 12:30pm and 1:30pm. That was on December 22. I responded that day saying I just wanted someone reliable so if the 27th was the day I needed to stick to that. Apparently, that was too high an expectation because I never heard back from them. Really disappointing. Communication is not just a courtesy. I consider it a requirement.

She was very hard working and diligent. We were quite pleased.

I have been using this service for a year. We were assigned a really great individual to clean our house every other week. She is thorough, detail oriented, never forgets to lock our house, and the administrative side of the company is incredibly patient, understanding, and flexible. I really like that I can send payment through my bank, rather than having to leave cash each time.

A nightmare scheduling with them. We scheduled for Sept 9, 2018, they showed up on august 9th, wouldn't respond to 2 phone calls. Requested forms filled out and mailed (they have no fax), which we did via US mail weeks ago; said they never received forms. Cancelled cleaning day before scheduled date "no cleaner available". Please do not allow this level of "professional" to advertise on your site. Very disappointed.

I just can't say enough about what a wonderful job they have done for us. I have now been using the service for over a year for a bi-weekly cleaning of our 2-bedroom condo, and have been continually impressed by the high-quality cleaning and excellent customer service. Emilia and her team always reply in a timely manner and do whatever it takes to make their customers happy. I'm very glad we found them!

Cleaning was spotty at best. Floors appeared to not have been washed, kitchen cabinet doors still needed cleaning afterwards. If you hire them, I would advise you to remain in the space while they are there. I left the cleaning woman to her own devices and each time I checked on her she was busy chatting on the phone with one hand while she wiped the countertops with the other. I left her cleaning and she locked up afterwards. When I returned and walked barefoot through the space my feet were filthy afterwards. Not worth the money spent. Perhaps they are better as regular monthly cleaners, but for deep cleaning, don't waste your time or money

The home owner is expected to provide a long list of cleaning supplies (business owner supplies list) as well as cleaning rags and vacuum cleaner. The person who "cleaned" our home decided to cut up our bathroom hand towels (taken from our linen closet) and use as cleaning rags. When I called to complain, the business owner told me she had already fired the worker since the worker had done the same thing to another client. My impression was that little to no screening was being done on the workers that the business owner hired. After the "cleaning" our tile and hardwood floors still had visible debris on them. The house looked like it had been barely touched. A complete waste of my time to try to get a regular cleaning service started with this company.

Full house cleaning- Excellent normally at the house for 4 hours.

I have used Emilia's for nearly a year without a complaint. Agnes is cheerful and does a very thorough cleaning every time. She is always on time. I especially appreciate that they have been able to accommodate my request for a different cleaning day from time to time. I have used two other services in the past, and Emilia's is the best of the three.

We have a cleaning lady come every week. She shows up and does a good job. Occasionally we have had to reschedule and they have been flexible. No problems at all. We are happy.

Always responsive. Always accommodating. Great to work with and very flexible.
