She was thorough. I was a bit surprised however at the lack of follow up.

Our house is pretty small so only one woman is needed to clean our house. We have had the same person every time and she always does a great job! Highly recommend this service!

They do a good job and I will continue to use them.

I am able to communicate with her well without a language barrier which I appreciate. The cleaner they send really does a good job.

They do charge $25 more to clean the oven and fridge which I think is a little steep.

I purchased the 4hr cleaning deal and was very happy with the result.

The cleaning person was late, but she had a valid reason. She did a very good job. My wife and I walked around and realized lots of stuff probably hadn't been cleaned very well for awhile. This woman was pleasant and really worked **** ** the house. Everything looked great.

They send the same person each time and she has done a wonderful job and is always on time. I had a deep cleaning once and now routine monthly cleanings. They are very quick to respond to emails if you need to change a date or ask a question. I think their price is very fair.

With a dog and three teenage boys in the house, I can't tell you how much I appreciate Emilia's cleaning service. They're flexible and more than willing to work around your schedule when something comes up. They provide superb service in regards to the cleaning fee.

The cleaning went very well. Ladies arrived promptly and did an excellent job. The house looks great. I will definitely hire again.

Violeta did an amazing job and was very punctual, professional and even helped me clean up after the handyman (who made an awful mess of the laundry room with sanding). I am very impressed and will be for sure calling them again!! The floors are so shiny

I would rate the overall cleaning from poor to fair. When completed it was easy to locate areas that had not been cleaned properly or completely. There were area matts/rugs that had not been vacuumed although the cleaner had brought a vacuum cleaner into the our home. Lastly, I would expect the bathrooms to smell clean and fresh when finished but the only scent detected was that of the stale perfume of the cleaning woman. I would NOT hire this service again.

I would rate the work between fair and poor. There were multiple areas of the bathrooms that were not cleaned well or completely and they were not difficult to spot. The matts/rugs in these rooms did not appear to have been vacuumed. Also, I would expect the bathrooms to smell clean and fresh upon completion which they were not and the only scent detected was that of the cleaning woman's stale perfume. I would not use this service again.

She was industrious, quiet, and did a good job cleaning most things. However, she broke the bin latch on my vacuum cleaner (it fell down at some point because I was there and heard it) and didn't even tell me about it (although she did empty the waste bin and put the broken off piece on top of a table). I guess it's possible she didn't know that she broke it, but that set of things just seems unlikely. She also just left after a little over 3 hours without asking me to look at anything or if anything else needed cleaning although I'd paid for 4 hours of cleaning which I thought was strange. She also put a recipe book down on a tray that had a fair amount of water in it, which would have destroyed the book had I not been there to notice.

Good! They are very thorough and communicate well and I haven't had any complaints. They are now my regular housecleaners and come every other week.

They showed up on time and did a great job. I was very pleased with the results.

Was so impressed with our assigned cleaner, Agnes, who missed no detail! She arrived just slightly later than indicated, but I chalk that up to the initial finding of our house, etc. Our previous cleaners were awful, having damaged walls and furniture through the years, and most importantly inconsistent about the quality of their cleaning. Not the case with Emilia's service! She was thorough, careful, and efficient. My only "complaint" is that, after six hours, she had cleaned our upstairs and main floor, but not our finished basement. It's not frequently used so I just plan to ensure it will get cleaned the next time. But the whole process -- initial contact, quote/walk-through, and initial cleaning -- has been great. I am looking forward to our next cleaning!

This is the first time I have ever used a cleaning service for my home. I live in a condo. I am pretty meticulous, so my home was not super messy/dirty to begin with. Emilia's checked in with me a couple days before to confirm the service time etc...I was quite pleased with the person Emilia's sent to my home. She arrived on time for my morning appt. I wanted to have her use my own earth friendly cleaning items , and she was happy to do so. I was pleasantly surprised at how great my home looked after the service, particularly my bathrooms. The person was here for about 2 hrs and 45 minutes. I will definitely continue to use Emilia's housecleaning services once a month. For my needs, that is enough.

Great value for cleaning well done

I have used Emilia's Cleaning Services for approximately three years. Emilia sends the same expert cleaner to my home every month. My home is a two story, three bedroom with 2.5 bathrooms. When my cleaner is finished, my bathrooms and kitchen sparkle. The white baseboards, the hardwood floors and all of the surfaces of furniture are free of dust and dirt. I always know when to expect the lady who comes to my home. If there is ever a change of dates, Emilia contacts me as soon as she knows. Emilia is also accommodating if I have to change a cleaning date. I appreciate everything that this company and it's employees do for me.
