Description of Work: I was very happy with the person who was sent to my house to clean! She was on time, friendly, able to communicate/understand cleaning needs, willing to use my cleaning products and did a thorough job. When I initially called, Emilia answered the phone, answered all my questions and was able to book cleaning within a few days of my request. I am definitely considering a regular cleaning schedule with this company.

Description of Work: The cleaner was worn out by the time she got to the bottom level of my home and didn't have the energy to do a good job....complained about back issues as well. |On another note, she interrupted a phone call with a VP which was a phone interview. 1st time to let me know she's done but needed more money as it took a little longer. Told her the phone call was extremely important, gave her another $15.00, interrupted again to say it wasn't enough. I was fed up at this point and threw down another check for $30 and then she interrupted my call again to say I paid too much.....I just told her to go. All this money was on top of a $15.00 tip given up front. I knew before she started it would take longer than 5 hrs and she said no it wouldn't, ask her again when it was close to my call and she said she would finish in time, she didn't....this is where all the interruptions came in. I wanted to pay her in advance for the extra time and she kept saying she would finish in time. Totally unprofessional and not respective of my time.

Description of Work: They cleaned my house top to bottom and were friendly, fast, and professional. They also had their own cleaning supplies. They also made sure at various intervals that I was happy with the work and continually asked for additional direction or if there was anything else they could clean, or if there was anything that needed to be cleaned better (which there wasn't). Definitely using them again, and highly recommend!
