Description of Work: I purchased an Angie's List deal for 5 hours of cleaning for $99. Maggie arrived promptly at 8 am and left at 1 pm. She did a phenomenal job. My house is kept pretty clean to begin with since it's new construction and only my husband and I live there. However, Maggie made it shine. She cleaned behind our tv, washed the baseboards, polished the banister, dusted the chandelier, and dozens of other things I don't normally spend my time on. We have chosen to use Emilia's now for a monthly clean. Emilia herself came out during the service time and provided an estimate for weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly. The estimate was reasonable ($110/month for a 3 bedroom, 2.5 bedroom house - 1780 sq. feet).

Description of Work: A very nice young woman arrived half an hour late only because she came all the way to far west Aurora from Chicago during early morning rush hour traffic. A more realistic starting time would have been 9 am rather than 8 am. Two workers would have been helpful also since she had two more homes |to clean that same day in Naperville allowing a five hour job to be done in two and a half hours (twice as fast). Although I was supposed to have 5 hours of cleaning for $99, she worked very hard and accomplished basically cleaning everything in four hours. She did such an excellent job and worked |so hard that I decided the job was totally satisfactory. | |I called Emilia's cleaning service afterwards to inquire about the price of hiring someone just to do the floors and bathrooms every two weeks, and larger jobs as needed only! | |I gave an overall score of "B" because I thought it was slightly difficult to arrange a date for the original cleaning purchase and I felt it would be best if workers were nearby so they don't have to travel so far. The young woman who cleaned my home said she did not mind having to travel the distance, because she had other homes in Naperville (probably regular cleanings do not require 4 or 5 hours of cleaning time, as mine would not ordinarily.

Description of Work: 5 hours housecleaning for $99. They cleaned my house and it was wonderful to come home to a clean fresh house. They did a deep cleaning which included the oven and refrigerator. I will be using them for regular maintanence going forward. I was very satisfied with the service. My house was a bit messy.

Description of Work: The cleaner was very nice - though she was 2 hours late because of traffic - this made our planning for the day off for the time we had to be at home. | |Also -the most important room was the kitchen and she saved that for last and she said she ran out of time - she came at 10:27 and at 10:10 she said she was done or I had to pay an additional $30 to finish the kitchen. I had to leave the house because she was two hours late and I did not want to pay an additional hour at $30 an hour - so the kitchen floor did not get done and the kitchen was only partly finished....so I was disappointed. I asked her to do the rest of the floor the last 17 minutes - but she insisted that she came at 10:10 - but it was 10:27 so she had to leave at exactly 4 hours - so no flexibility on their end - when I was very flexible when they arrived 2 hours late. |

Description of Work: Emilia's Cleaning service came with less than 24 hours notice to do a move in. The previous tenants left the apartment absolutely disgusting! This service had to clean the stove/oven, cabinets, counters, floor, etc. They did an amazing job. In fact, I plan to hire them again to come back.

Description of Work: I have a 2 bathroom, one bedroom condo. Every room was cleaned but I have had it cleaner from other services. A spray bottle was used to clean my bathroom floor vs. Lysol liquid which was also available.
