Description of Work: House cleaning. This was supposed to be a deep cleaning. The cleaning was fine for a normal cleaning but was not what I would consider a deep cleaning. Wood floors were not cleaned. Furniture was not moved to clean behind. Kitchen cabinets were not cleaned. I may use them for an occasional cleaning.

Description of Work: This was an Angie's Big Deal offer. The worker arrived on time and worked hard and effectively the whole time. I'd hire again but the Roosevelt TV series makes it clear he worked through pain and I want to do that too.

Description of Work: Cleaned house. Some areas were missed (high dust), some kitchen areas not touched- 4th bedroom not touched. Not upset however, big house for 1person, 4hours...however if that's how it would go for regular price, I would have been upset. Thanks for a nice job done, Emilia's.

Description of Work: It was a special deal that we got. The young lady who cleaned was amenable to our wishes, a hard worker and very pleasant. If we need the service again, we would be very pleased to have her again.

Description of Work: Emilia's Cleaning Service sent Anna to clean my home. I purchased a Groupon (5 hours of cleaning for $99) as a test drive. Anna did a great job cleaning my approx. 2400 square foot home. I have hired Emilia's (and Anna) to do a bi-monthly cleaning from now on. Emilia gave a number of options such as once-a-month, bi-monthly, weekly and a price for first floor only or add the basement for $25.

Description of Work: They did a good job of cleaning but I have been trying to get the |by- monthly and monthly cost and they never contacted me. I guess that they do not want the business. I wanted them to come back but no contact.

Description of Work: The cleaners were personable and did a remarkable job on very difficult and neglected areas of the home. I was delighted with how clean things looked when they were done. Top Notch! Exceeded my anticipation. High recommendation!

Description of Work: I was given a one hour window for the provider to arrive. The cleaning person came 15 minutes after that time. That wouldn't have bothered me except that she left 15 minutes before the 5 hours was complete saying that time was up. That would have been okay if the job had been complete, but it wasn't. | |My upstairs bathroom floors were not washed at all. She washed my main level floors, but she did a very half-hearted job. She did not move my kitchen chairs, stools or the dog's bowl. She just mopped around them. Other than the poor job on the floor, she did not touch my kitchen at all (did not touch the counters, appliances, cabinets). She did ask when she arrived what was most important to me to have done. I was taken aback by this question, I expected my entire house to be cleaned. Unsure how to answer this question, I said "the floors, dusting, and bathrooms". I guess she took that as an allowance to leave my kitchen alone. | |I would not use this service again. If the service level was this poor on an initial visit, I would have no confidence that they would do a thorough job on a regular basis.

Description of Work: Everything I asked for was cleaned. Maggie did an exceptional job on my bathrooms and kitchen. She was thorough, personable and very kind.
