Description of Work: First appointment was easy to set up. Natalia arrived on time and proceeded to do an excellent job. | |As a result, I've continued using Emilia's on a bi-weekly basis. I've been able to maintain my personal schedule and have been able to have Natalia come on a regular basis.

Description of Work: I bought four hours of cleaning for $75 through one of the periodic deals. We have a new house and I was interested to try a new cleaning service. The cleaner was on time, professional, and did a great job cleaning our house. I plan on using this company again in the future.

Description of Work: The cleaning part of the service was fine. What was unsatisfactory was setting up service times. For example, I planned for a month to have my place cleaned just before Easter. That week, Emilia emailed me to say they had no one available until the day after Easter. ... Every time I tried to set up an appointment with her, it was difficult: 99% at her convenience. The housecleaner, herself, Agatha, was great. |

Description of Work: I hired them in late November or early December, requesting the service in December. I received 2-3 emails from them, through you, saying they couldn't fit me in their schedule. This is my one and only experience with Angie's. I would like my money back.

Description of Work: Emilia's cleaning inc had just stated 85 dollars for 4 hrs cleaning.Nothing about operation hours in fine print. I wrote in request if someone can come after 5 , may be two people for 2 hrs. Next day she sends a message saying our hours of operation are 7 to 5 and she will send only one person and have only appointment in first week of June. So I can't decide when I want this service,I will get service after 45 days for cleaning.So I should wait for 45 days even if the dust or mess increases.If she is so busy why put deals. All the time the emails sounded rude and she was least bothered about the customer. What a waste of time.

Description of Work: I had 24-hours notice that Emilia's could not show up on the scheduled date. Since it is a holiday weekend, this was extremely inconvenient as I was unable to find a suitable replacement.
