Description of Work: I don't remember the cost it was a special |You get what you pay for I was told they didn't have time to clean my basement which would be minimal dusting and vaccuming

Description of Work: My house is quite cluttered needs lots of work! The people with Emilia's have been great about doing what they can to help in the alotted time each week. I have been using Emilia's service since last year when I bought the "Big Deal." I have had 3 different people come to clean, and all have been nice hard-working women who complete work according to my priorities for that day. Emilia and I work out any changes in schedule/assignment by email or text with minimal fuss. There have been several occasions when I forgot to leave payment, and Emilia has been very accommodating, letting me leave it the following week.

Description of Work: Was less than impressed with the quality of the cleaning, especially the dusting , which was done without Pledge and with just a wet rag, and left lint and dust, and also the ceramic tile, where I also found dust still on the floor. A supervisor showed up, and after I pointed these out, she had them corrected, but that should't have to happen in the first place. Nice people, though.

Description of Work: After the estimate no one call to set up an appointment with me as promised. I called them to schedule an appointment. The cleaning service gave me an appointment for the following week, of which no cleaning person showed up to perform the service. Later that night I informed the cleaning service that no one showed up and didn't understand why I wasn't giving a call about any cancellations. I had to call the cleaning service again the following day to find out what happened and the gentleman informed me that he didn't know why the cleaning lady didn't show up. He proceeded to ask me if I would like to reschedule with the same lady that didn't show up the first time. After asking for some type of deal for wasting my time, he offered $15 off of my cleaning service. I opted to go with another cleaning service.

Description of Work: I bought a deal for an initial cleaning. I was very pleased with the thorough and professional job. Now I have regular bi-weekly cleaning. It is the same person every time and she has been wonderful, professional, thorough, and accommodating! I don't feel like I have to clean the house before the cleaner comes, which is a big relief for me.

Description of Work: They do a great job cleaning! You get one house cleaner that comes every time. She gets to know the house and does a great job cleaning. I will continue to use them.
