Description of Work: When I first contacted Emilia's agency, she gave me a date for cleaning, however contacted to cancel a few days before as the assigned person called off on the holiday weekend. The next visit was this past Saturday, as I needed monthly cleanings. The young lady arrived on time. She did a great job on my home, including cleaning baseboards and thoroughly cleaning my hard wood floors. I didnt feel that she was rushing to clean my 3 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath home. I will continue to use this company and give updates if cleanings are consistent or not. For now I give them an "A" for a job well done on their first time out.

Description of Work: I had booked this cleaning service for a move-in clean and a move-out clean at two separate addresses. I will say that they were professional and punctual for both appointments. The move-in clean was not as thorough as I would have liked. I would have thought that they would dust interiors or vacuum interiors of all drawers and clean the oven as it described in service. This was not done and they did go back and clean some drawers that I highlighted. I did not check every drawer in the house which was my oversight----I am sure that they would have gone back and cleaned. I didn't notice that th ovens weren't cleaned until later. Overall, think that they were professional but I don't like to have to give extensive directions especially for a move in clean where I said to "clean everything inside and out." The move-out clean on the smaller condo was done very well and thorough.

Description of Work: Emilia sent an employee to do a full cleaning of my home which is being marketed for sale. The cleaning person arrived on time and performed all of the necessary tasks. The job was done well, house looked great. Emilia accommodated my need to do everything electronically, including all correspondence and payment, as I was out of state.
