Good general cleaning, easy to work with, professional, did everything as expected.

Margeret has been doing a great job each month. She arrives on time and puts all the cleaning supplies back in their proper place when she is finished. I can leave her there while I go to work, and I come home to find the place in perfect shape. She will change my sheets and wash the ones that she strips from the beds, and she will straighten everything else in the condo before she leaves. For the price, I'm very happy with her services.

Emilia was quick to respond, giving me a set quote for the entire cleaning, regardless of time and the fact that it was a Saturday. Her staff brought all the necessary materials and did an extensive cleaning job, including all of the baseboards, drawer interiors, appliances, etc.

Wonderful to come home to a nice clean house. If you make them aware ahead of time of special needs they will accomidate - like wiping down all cabinets or handwashing the floor. I only wish I could afford to have them come every week!

After a phone estimate, Emilia came to my condo (about 1100 square feet) to do a formal assessment. I paid $80 for an initial clearning, and currently pay $65 per cleaning (they come every other week). Emilia is candid in saying that her crew do their best but it is impossible to be perfect, however, they come pretty close. After a minor request for them to be a little more thorough with the floor in my master bath (I'm kind of a stickler on this point) I have no complaints and enjoy walking into a splotless house every other Wednesday. The quality and price can't be beat!

Fantastic. We are very happy with the cleaning and are on a bi-weekly cleaning schedule.

We arranged with Emilia, the owner, for a Deep Cleaning w/2 cleaners. 1 cleaner arrived and when the owner was contacted, said she'd planned to be there but had a conflicting engagement. She later denied that a deep cleaning had ever been arranged. The woman who did the cleaning chipped our kitchen door, did not do a good job of cleaning our kitchen counter, nor one of our bathroom floors. When we pointed these things out to her she got vy agitated and called someone (the owner). She stayed on the phone for at least 15 minutes. When asked if she was on the phone with her boss, she said this was her "private phone." She left soon after. The owner came over that evening and agreed that the kitchen counter and bathroom floor had not been cleaned properly. However, she denied that the cleaning woman could have put a gouge in our kitchen door. After she left, I noticed that the cleaner hadn't even washed our soap dishes in the bathroom. My husband and I decided we would cancel any further appts. with them. I am really shocked at their lack of professionalism. I would expect that, at least on the first visit, they would try to do their best. I paid what they ask for w/a "regular" cleaning, rather than their "deep cleaning" charge. And probably shouldn't have even paid the full amount for a regular cleaning.

I have been using Emilia's service approximately every two weeks since moving into my home last fall. Dorothy, our cleaner, does a wonderful job and works rather efficiently.

Emilia is very professional and personable. She came out to both places to give me an estimate, and spent time chatting with me. She was willing to accomodate my schedule for the cleanings. Both apartments were impeccable. If you want quality and dependable service, I highly recommend Emilia's.

Emilia has been very hands on and responsive to me as a customer. I had some issues with one of her associate's performance in cleaning all the areas of the house and she personally followed up on my concerns on multiple times, visiting my house to inspect the work in the evening to accommodate my schedule. I highly recommend Emilia's Cleaning.

Emilia ( the owner) was very prompt and professional coming to my home to give an estimate. We walked through my house together and I explained what I would like done. She also made some suggestions. I felt the quote was very fair, and hired her. She came with Margaret (who cleans my home) on the first day to walk her through the house explaining what I'd like done. Margaret is very prompt, she gets to work right away, and doesnt take any breaks. It takes her about 3-3.5 hours to clean the entire home. They are very flexiable also. Ive needed extra cleanings because of home repair work and they accomodate my request. Emilia (the owner) is also very prompt in returning calls and working with you. I am very satisfied with their work and continue to use them.

Emilia's does a fantastic job. They change linens, do regular dusting, vacuuming, taking out the trash, pickup, wipe down, etc. and are very good about adding/subtracting jobs when I need them to and even changing dates when I need.

Excellent service. Punctual, and very detailed in work. Two women showed up at the designated time and took about 4 hours to complete the job. They were polite and very through. Did a fantastic job. We are thinking of making them a permanent service every two weeks at our home.

I waited for a couple of months before evaluating them on Angie's List, because I wanted to be sure of the rating. So now I can say without reservation that I've been very pleased with Emilia's Cleaning! When I first called them, they came over for an estimate the next day, and scheduled the first cleaning very quickly after that. I have three dogs and a cat. When Emilia and her crew came by for the estimate, it was clear that they were animal-lovers too (they showed me pictures of their "fur babies" too, haha), which was a big relief. I'd be concerned having someone in my house if I thought they'd be uncomfortable with the animals. I gave them a key to my place and felt comfortable doing so. Because of the animals and because I myself am a slob, the floor REALLY needs a good cleaning by the time they come, and they always leave the floor looking great! I've asked them for a few specific items (cleaning the fridge, cleaning the oven, etc) and they've done it well. If I leave out clean sheets on the bed, they make it up, which is really a treat to come home to. Last week I forgot to leave a check (in addition to being a slob I'm also a bit of an airhead at times) and Emilia was fine about it, we just agreed I'd leave a check for $150 next time just another example of how pleasant they are to work with. When I come home on cleaning day, the place looks beautiful and smells great!

Cleaning is now excellent. Had some difficulty at first, but Emily responded quickly and appropriately, and in general we are very pleased.

See above. This is the first time I have been dissatisfied following the recommendations of Angie's List. This service was poor and overpriced. Worse yet the management tried to tell me I "scared" her housekeeper employees because I was critical of their mistakes. Don't make excuses just do a good job and there will be no need for criticism. You can definitely do better than Emilia's.

I called last minute to have a property cleaned that day for a move out and they went out of their way to add it to their schedule. They came at the end of their work day, did an excellent job and were very professional. I would highly recommend this company!

I used Emilia's cleaning 2 times. The first lady did a good job except she did not pull back my area rugs which she was suppose to do. I also prefer cleaning my hardwood floors on my hands and knees because we have toddlers who spill milk and throw crumbs on the floor and I don't believe that mops do a very good job. They push around the dirt and don't actually remove the stains. Good elbow grease will do the job. I have had a cleaning lady in the past (which was out of the country so I had to call someone else) and she uses her hands and knees. Emilia did mention that she does not let her employees do that because of the wear and tear on their knees. I do understand from her perspective but from a cleaning standpoint, if they were knee pads it is not that bad. Actually the lady that cleaned my house told me she hates mops and brought her knee pads. That was better for me for her to use her hands and knees than my mop. Unfortunately the second cleaning I requested her to come back but she was no longer with the company? So the new gal that she had scheduled was a little late and Emilia was an hour late to walk her through so I went ahead and showed her the home. I didn't mind that at all but I was not happy with the quality of cleaning. She rushed throughout my home, did not vacuum up an area that I left a powder residue (dry stain removal on one of my wool area rugs) It was still there after she left. She did not pull back the corners of the area rugs and clean or sweep under them. It was an okay job but not to my standards of being "clean". I have toddler twins and I can never find the time to do a good cleaning of all my baths/bedrooms and expect a good cleaning. I did tell Emilia that I was not going to use her again and that I would wait for my other cleaning lady to come back from her vacation. It is hard to find someone that will clean as if it was their home.

I called from Angie's list reference two good cleaners. Emilia's voice mail alone gives you an indication of how professional her cleaning service is. We met and agreed on a price on what we needed and scheduled a specific day and in two weeks they began. This company is a fairly large roofing contracing firm and our office area is complex. We have had many other companies for cleaning as well as independent people as well. Most of them do not smile, have an attitude of when can I go home and some are just plain rude. Emily's people are happy, pleasant, friendly people that just work as if it were their own place. All of our office staff see the difference that they make. We are extremely happy with them, and I would recommend them to anyone.

I have used them a few times in the past. It has went okay working with them. They were on time to do the work. They were accurate with their quotes. They able to come out quickly after I call them. They are dependable and reliable so I will continue to use them.
