Emilias service was wonderful! I purchased the deal on Angies list and was able to speak directly to the coordinator and get on the schedule for that week. Kathy came right on time and got straight to work. She did all that I asked and then some. She did not stop the entire 4 hours. She was easy to work with and was a hard worker. My house has never looked better. I recommend this service.

I have no complaints. As this was my last 4 hours from the special I purchased on Angie's List, she (Kasha) used my supplies. She got into every nook and cranny and as I said the house sparkles! She was pleasant and worked very hard and did a beautiful job.
I will be getting in touch with Emilia to set up more cleanings. Emilia is wonderful to work with; very acommodating, pleasant and as I said wonderful to work with!! I would highly recommend her services!

I knew the service would be good from the start when I saw her get up on the kitchen counters to clean above the cabinets! She did a very thorough job and my place is now very clean & tidy, shiny & sparkly. She did well to get behind and under things. I am now using the service on a bi-weekly basis. She was very punctual and polite.

Emilia's Cleaning was fine. They did a great job cleaning on the mezzanine. The price is fine. The schedule was a bit complicated. There was little bit of back and forth about whether she cleaned four times instead of three and she charged me four even though we agreed on three. She realized what had happened. I wasn't there but my mom said they used their hand for scrubbing so they're hard workers.

Went very well. Mother and daughter team was punctual and thorough. After some confusion about whether they should mop my lower level floor (I had listed it as a priority over and above tasks they did complete, and yet they were packing up and leaving without it done), they called their boss, who assented to letting them to stay late to mop the floor. I appreciate the boss's response.

I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal for this service and she was fine. I was not disappointed; she did a fine job. I have found another housecleaner so I probably would not use her again in the future.

Emilia's Cleaners provides a great service. They consistently sent the same person to clean our condo. She always did a great job and was very efficient and pleasant. If ever I needed to change the schedule they were very accommodating. When I asked for a small new thing that wasn't always on the usual list of areas she cleaned (e.g. wipe down the outside of our grill or our deck table) she was always happy to do it. I could trust her if I needed to leave the house for a meeting and have her lock up on her way out. I highly recommend their services. Quality service and nice people!

Emilia's Cleaning sent Kathy, who arrived a few minutes before the appointed time in her own car and with her own cleaning supplies. We did a quick walk-through with Kathy and showed her some brief written instructions for each room. She did a terrific job, cleaning each room thoroughly, dusting, cleaning blinds, vacuuming carpets, swiffering floors, etc. When she was finished 4 hours later, everything looked great. Items on dusted surfaces were all returned to their original place. Wood floors and steps were spotless, and so were the kitchen and bathrooms.
Emilia's Cleaning informed us in advance that they don't move furniture, do ladder work, or clean windows.
We used a Big Deal coupon ($89) to try out Emilia's Cleaning, and the experiment was well worth it. Emilia is a real professional and a good communicator, providing useful information and following up promptly via email. We're happy to recommend Emilia's Cleaning to anyone interested in high quality services at a reasonable price.

She is the most wonderful person to work with. Her girls were here yesterday, I had to cancel because my mother got sick quite a few times and my mother is 96, and she told me not to worry. The second time I used the women who came did not do a good job and Emilia was wonderful. That is why I had two women here yesterday to do a deep cleaning because the other one does not work for her anymore. Emilia is so accommodating. I can’t tell you how wonderful she is to work with and that girl did a fantastic job, the house is beautiful. What she did is she gave me the same amount of hours because the first lady was not good at all who came to do part of the 8 hour deep cleaning. I love dealing with her. She is so accommodating and so nice. They did a beautiful job. I did not have to worry about a thing. I was having so much going on with my mother being ill, almost dying and she was wonderful.

They cleaned the house VERY well. Emily is a very nice person, and her team is professional and nice. We actually used their service for about a year after this initial cleaning. We would continue to use them except that their arrival times varied and it didn't work with our schedule. Otherwise, great experience.

It was a while ago, but as I recall, the date was cancelled at the last minute and I called to complain that I needed it done that day before the holidays. They accomodated me and sent somebody over. The young woman did a fine enough job.

Overall, I am very satisfied with Emilia's Housecleaning. What has also been very helpful, is that Emilia has been most accommodating should I have to change a date. I don't like to do this as we are a very scheduled household, but are in process of selling our home and Emilia's has worked with us. If I need to change, Emilia has never failed to help me.
I would definitely recommend them. I believe they are trustworthy, honest and do a good job. They are the best agency I have worked with.

Our house is a challenge with two small children, a dog and a basement renovation which has resulted in a lot of items being temporarily (long term temporary, unfortunately) stored in our main living area. This creates a lot of clutter and a challenge to clean around. The person sent by Emilia is patient and fast. The bathrooms are spotless when she leaves. I feel she could do a better job on the floors but everyone has a different way of doing things and as long as I'm not doing it, I'm grateful. My only issue is that she works very quickly and I wish she would take the time to be a little more careful when dusting and cleaning the floors.

I used Emelia's to clean our house. As soon as I purchased the big deal, I received an email from Emelia asking when I wanted to schedule the cleaning. Scheduling was easy and I was able to get my first choice of date/time.
The woman from Emelia's (Agnes) was on-time and professional. The house was cleaned as expected. The cleaning is thorough and fair for the price. What I mean by this is that it's not top-to-bottom spotless in every nook and cranny but I wouldn't expect that level of deep cleaning for 1 person cleaning for 4 hours.
We have continued to use Emelia's and will do so as long as service quality remains high. We get the level of cleaning we need and feel the price is fair.

They did a good job with the cleaning. We considered hiring them for more regular help, but my wife and I decided we didn't need to do any further work with them.

We were not happy with the results. We chose not to use all of the
cleaning hours even though we pre-paid. We were underwhelmed with the
cleaning, and for each session, the cleaning person left early. We
spoke with Emila, but were not able to come to a satisfactory outcome.

"Client contacted us after purchasing the deal to schedule a deep cleaning first. The deep cleaning went extremely well and they were happy. Few months later they wanted to schedule another remaining 8 hours as a deep cleaning and we did, however, oje of my clewners was sick that day so I called to see if we could possibly reschedule and from there it went downhill. She was very upset which I can understand but I did pull qll the strings and providee her with the cleaning that day. Later that day I received a phone call from the husband telling me how upset they were because the cleaners left 15 min earlier. I appologized, and said they could absolutely use the minutes and I will provide an additional cleaning tothem at no cost. I spoke to the girls later too, and they said that they did leave earlier after asking if there was anything else they needed to do and the owner said "no". Things happen from time to time and people get sick at the worst times but that isnt anything I can control. I did the best thijg I could do which was to send out another crew to make this thing happen but it seems that this was not enough."

Emilia's employees are always prompt, professional and thorough. We have used her services for almost 3 years now. Often when I leave for work, I forget they were there. When I get home I am pleasantly surprised how spotless the house is and how great it smells.
