Emilia answered the phone each time I called. She was happy to assist me in getting the hours I needed. The young lady that came to clean was very industrious. I called Emilia after the cleaning to tell her how happy I was with the lady she sent to clean.

They advertised using green products, which they didn't do. In fact, the cleaner used my cleaning products. The woman who cleaned used an entire roll of my paper towel. Which seemed excessive especially after I showed her my large collection of clean rags. The cleaning woman did not vacuum my stairs on any visit nor did she wipe down my shower walls. Also, she used one of my washcloths to clean the floor. It wasn't a very nice one, so I didn't bother to mention it. I will say that the kitchen was pretty clean, clearly her specialty. I have a 1500 square foot two bedroom house, with two tiny bathrooms. The cleaner struggled to clean it in four hours. I'd be fine with that, but she would miss spots. The final straw was that I asked them if they could come on a specific day and time. They said they could accommodate me. Then, every month Id get an email trying to change the day. So I canceled. I feel kind of bad about this as Emilia was very nice, but her employee just wasn't that good.

The service went great, 2 people arrived on time, came in asked me to show them around and explain what I wanted. I said I would provide the cleaning supplies but they did have some of their own. I left them to clean while I did other things around my house. When they were done, it looked clean and sparkling.Could not be happier.

Our experience with Emilia's has been fantastic. Our house cleaner, Patricia, does a great job and, when we note problem areas, she is quick to remedy them. The service has been100% reliable (never missing a single date) and flexible. Emilia is quick to respond to issues over email. For example, I had canceled a week of cleaning because we were going to be out of town but Patricia came anyway by accident. Emilia let me know immediately via email (which was great in case our pet sitter alerted us first) and did not charge us for the cleaning that had been done. Our only other issue was with a replacement house cleaner when Patricia was off one week (which happens rarely). A wet cloth was left on a table and damaged the finish. Emilia immediately came out and assessed the damage. She very promptly repaid us for the repair work done (which we arranged) on the table to restore the finish. Given that mistakes do happen, I could not have been happier with the resolution of this issue. Finally, given the size of our house, I think Emilia's price is very fair and reasonable. I really feel like I am getting my money's worth with her service. I don't do many online reviews, but I have no qualms about wholeheartedly endorsing Emilia's cleaning services!

I had to fire my previous cleaner, as they were not at all thorough. A friend recommended Emilia's and I gave them a shot. It is slightly more expensive than what I was paying, and I have to get the cleaning supplies, where previous cleaners I have used usually brought there own. However, the quality of service Emilia's provided is definitely superior. Emilia came over prior to the first cleaning to do a walk through to go over the details and give me an estimate. I appreciated that. The first few cleanings were fine. However, they rescheduled several times. It was not a huge deal, as I am not home when they come. However, I prefer someone stick to a schedule once it is made. Emilia ultimately replaced the person who was cleaning my place with another, and the schedule is more predictable, and the quality of the cleaning is as good if not better. I continue to use them, which is the best endorsement you can give.

From time of payment through Angie's List to initial communications to scheduling to actual performance of housecleaning services everything was just as advertised.

Emilia sets appointments for me via email, is always quick/responsive and tries to cater to my schedule. The prices are fair for the services. Monika comes to clean my house once a month. She is trustworthy, punctual, friendly, thorough and careful/respectful of my things. I don't know what I did before without her! I recommend Emilia's cleaning to my friends & family.

The service was acceptable except that after agreeing to a particular cleaning request in the kitchen, they later said they would not do that because the cleaner assigned to my residence had a tendency to break things. The owner refused to find an alternative solution. She also charged me for "extra services" that were not explained in advance.

Appointment made by e-mail, responsive to my timetable, then the cleaner herself simply appeared and executed: extremely straightforward.

I contacted Emilia's cleaning through a Angies List coupon (like Groupon) deal for a one time cleaning of a condo for a set price. I was impressed with the responsiveness of Emilia after purchasing at coupon, and my cleaning date was scheduled immediately. I was on site for the first cleaning, and noted what I wanted cleaned and how. The cleaning lady followed instructions and was very good and efficient. I then set up a series of cleaning (monthly) through September 2012 and we agreed on price. The cleaning lady is on time, and Emilia has accommodate me anytime I needed to changes dates or times of visits. Most contact is done via email, and I have never had to wait or wonder or worry about any of this. I have been very happy with the work by the cleaning lady. It has been the same person for each visit, I trust her and actually look forward to see my "BFF" each month. There is nothing in the world like coming home to a clean home. It makes any "bad day" better immediately. At this point I am looking to extend this service for the remainder of the year. Thank you Emilia and my BFF..(-:!

Emilia was responsive and gave us a very fair price for our 1800 sqft townhome. One individual comes and cleans our place every Thursday morning. The first time it took about 4 hours, which is about what we expected. We have a security system and wanted to make sure that our cleaner understood it to make sure that it was armed properly. It took a little more discussion than we'd hoped, but eventually Emilia made sure that our cleaner knew how to operate the system and how important it was to us. However, to speak of the job done, we are very pleased with the quality of the work, and the fairness of the price. Definitely worth looking into.

They do a great job. They are reliable, thorough, and quick. They've learned over time how I like things, and even where my martini glasses go! :-)

We had Emilia and her cleaning service come to clean our house multiple times. We needed a major house cleaning after some construction work we had done in the house and Emilia's team did a great job. They were very flexible if we ever had to change times or dates and very professional. I would recommend Emilia for anyone needed some cleaning.House

This was my first venture in having my house cleaned and I am very pleased with the results. Emelia prefers to handle scheduling through text messaging and so I got a an appt for 2 cleaners for 8 hours. They arrived on time, asked for what they needed9garbage bags and paper towels) and got right to work. They had thoroughly cleaned the house in 4 hours including the fridge and asked me if I needed anything else cleaned. I said no and they were off. A great experience and I will be using the service once a month moving forward. Worth every penny.

I would highly recommend this service. The employee was on time, pleasant, focused on completing the job, hard working and asked if everything was alright before leaving. This employee arrived just as my daughter, son-in-law and new grandbaby were just getting ready to leave,for the airport, so it was a bit hecktic at the time but she very quickly let me explain what I wanted done and left us to our good-byes. When I returned from the airport she had completed most of the rooms upstairs and was working her way to the first floor, again working very efficently. It is a pleasure to walk into the rooms that were cleaned and be able to relax (knowing the work is done).

Fairly good job. Did not bring any supplies; used ours. I am not used to that. Cleasning services were thorough & good overall.

She sounded very nice when I first spoke with her. The verbal agreement occurred several months ago, and now they will not honor it. Emilia was going to do some cleaning and "straightening-up" to make my home more organized. I waited two months to hear back from her; she was texting and getting in touch with me via page. She promised to start in the middle of May. She has resigned her verbal agreement and no longer wants to perform the service. She has forced me to find someone else. I am floored and shocked by this.

I have been using Emilia's Cleaning service for over a year and they are wonderful! I really appreciate how they work around my schedule and they always do a fantastic job even when I am not here. Its so nice to come home to a clean house. I would highly recommend them!

I hired this company through a deal on Angie's List. One person came in and cleaned for four hours. They did a pretty good job overall. Missed a few things, but it was a one time visit not a long-term contract. I'm not sure what their regular prices are and that would probably determine whether I would use them again.

It is one person who does the work. She is not just competitive in her pricing, but she is also has desire to help if anything work has been missed. Other people would get defensive a mistake like this,but not her, she gets the work done.

The worker was punctual. Given that it was only one worker and a 4 hour window, we only requested that she do part of the house. None of rooms were dirty beyond normal use. She did an average job but by no means was everything gleaming after she was done. For the coupon price is was an adequate performance but this is not the type of performance I would pay regular rates for.
