Two part review: On the actual work: Eva is assigned to our account. On the first day she arrived on time and took about four hours to clean our 1500 sq ft house. She scrubbed, polished, and dusted every nook and cranny leaving our home the cleanest it's ever been. She continues to work on or house on a regular basis and continues to do a wonderful efficient job despite the post-hurricane conditions we leave for her. On the coordination: Emilia is very easy to work with. I like that she communicates primarily through e-mail as it make communication much easier. We have had to rearrange schedules a number of times since we started working with her, and she has always been accommodating. We had one occasion where she forgot to let me know that Eva requested the day off. When I called her about the missed appointment she handled it very professionally and we were rescheduled quickly.

We hired Emila's cleaning over a year ago to provide weekly cleaning services for a corporate apartment. The service includes a full cleaning as well as laundry service for a two bedroom apartment. Emilia's has been prompt, professional, and very responsive. The apartment is cleaned well and when there are any questions or something doesn't seem right in the apartment, they contact me. Great service, excellent responsiveness and professionalism! Highly recommended.

The cleaners were very efficient and effective. We had some minor communication problems and there was one punctuality issue out of four visits, but overall very satisfied. The deep cleaning session was cut short because of scheduling conflicts after one of the cleaners arrived several hours late. Emilia made up for the missed time, though, with an additional cleaning session. The cleaners worked hard and did a thorough job. I would certainly recommend them to others.

Emilia is very responsive in setting up an estimate and then our bi-weekly service. I am very please with our service so far and have used them for a couple months already. Anytime I have brought up an issue Emilia is quick to respond and ask her employee to fix the problem. Overall I am very happy with the service!

We used Emilia's team for a move-in to a 100 year old home that had not had a large overhaul deep cleaning in probably 5 years. Emilia came out to quote on the job same day as my email. She walked the entire house with us. She was very flexible with scheduling as we needed to change the date twice due to other services happening on the house prior to move in. The team spent much longer than they anticipated and did a great job on windows, floors and walls. I plan to try them now for my biweekly service

Overall, I was satisfied. The employees do what is expected.

Was looking for a new service and found many services wanted to come to the house. Very difficult for my time constraints. This one did not which was helpful.

I have gone through many cleaning services who are just not responsive or not thorough and I have been quite pleased with Emilia's service.

She was great - I almost felt bad making her work so hard for 4 hours (she was just one girl). She was very thorough and gave us cleaning tips with regards to cleaning solutions, etc. I'd definitely ask her back again.

I've been using Emilia's Cleaning Inc. since March 2012. They have always been professional and are willing to work with my schedule, which I have really appreciate it. They do a good job and I have a specific person assigned to my home. Emilia is always responsive with any emails or text. I recommend this company.

The cleaner spent 10 hours there total (unsupervised), which seemed far more than should have been necessary for a cleaning with little to vacuum or dust. There were several items that were not done well and which required direction to address. Even after a couple of attempts, they were still not clean. I let her go and did them myself with little difficulty. I was to have had a credit to use on future cleanings, but Emilia and I did not agree on the terms under which those would be rendered. She felt I wanted to spread them out over too long a time. I felt she was imposing new conditions after the fact, when I'd explained the nature of my needs before purchase. She decided that she no longer wanted the job and was to refund the unused portion of my purchase. All in all, not a satisfactory experience.

They were great to work with. Easy to schedule the service and the apartment was very clean.

overall it went ok- our normal cleaning service knocks out the whole house in 4 hours (4 BR, 31/2 bath, LR, DR and Kitchen), but Emily's was much slower. Not her fault at all- I contribute it to not being as familiar with the place and things as our normal service. What did get done was great- very clean and well done. Would recommend being very detailed in setting expectations and direction so things are targeted. I did not do a good job at this, and I think our cleaner was a bit overwhelmed. Next time we use them I will be sure plan is laid out and expectations set....

Emilia came over the day before to do a walk through a provide an estimate. She was very pleasant and professional. Her prices are exceptionally good. She sent over Kathy to clean our place the next day. Kathy took a little over 2 hours to clean. She vacumned, mopped the floors, cleaned the kitchen (even the toaster oven), dusted, etc Kathy did an amazing job. I could never have cleaned as well as she did. My wife and I were very pleased. in fact, we hired Emilia (and Kathy) to clean our place every other week. I would highly recommend Emilia's Cleaning.

Two people took about three hours, and the place was spotless. We have since hired Emilia's Cleaning to come in once a month.

I chose Emilia's Cleaning on Angies List since she was supposed to be a top performer. She was quick to schedule, and was very prompt to my request for a quote and a cleaning. I wanted to see how well she would clean, with the intent of hiring her for an ongoing service every other week. Her price was higher than most ($90) but I thought it was worth a shot given her high ranking on Angies List. I work out the house and therefore I would be home during the cleaning. We scheduled a visit for 1pm on a Wednesday. The woman they sent arrived at 9am. The cleaning was good, quick (about 3 hours) and they did a nice job. As a result I then scheduled a regular schedule for every other week. We agreed on a price, and scheduled the next cleaning the following week "in the morning". Emilia was easy to schedule but didn't say what time they would come by. I assume that since they were here at 9am the last time, that it would be again at 9am. However they didnt show up until 11:30am after many messaging to Emilia asking where the person was. She replied that she had me scheduled at 11am which was news to me. Again, they did a good job despite the confusion on timing. The next visit I needed to reschedule due to taking a vacation. I wanted to postpone for 1 week, but Emilia said that we were on a regular schedule and that she couldn't reschedule for the following week, and that the next visit would be 2 weeks out which would be our regular schedule. I understood and was fine with this. The week after my vacation, Emilia contacted me via text message saying that someone was on her way! I was very confused as she said that she couldn't do that week like I had originally asked her to do. When I responded to her about this, she got very upset saying that it was my mistake and that I needed to go back and read my text messages. I found this very unprofessional. However, since someone was on their way to my house to clean, I told her that someone could come by, but today would be the last visit as she was too hard to schedule given my need to schedule this due to my job. She then said that no one would be coming to my house that day since I chose to cancel here ongoing service. Again very unprofessional. I informed her that I would leave this feedback on Angies list and she got even more upset. All in all, her service does a good job. But I found her to very unprofessional, inflexible about rescheduling vists, and overall more trouble than it was worth. I would find a better service.

Perfect! Industrious affordable and flexible!

When I contacted Emilia she explained how the service would work (I had never had professional housecleaning before). She worked with me and my very complex schedule to give me an appointment. On the day of the worker's arrival they were punctual, made sure to check in regarding what I needed done first, and worked diligently to finish. They were fast and efficient.

Can't say enough about this service. Dorthy does a great job. Always on time, house is spotless and she loves my dog. She is the best cleaning person I have ever had. The owner is very nice and helpful.
