Overall, I am very satisfied with Emilia's Housecleaning. What has also been very helpful, is that Emilia has been most accommodating should I have to change a date. I don't like to do this as we are a very scheduled household, but are in process of selling our home and Emilia's has worked with us. If I need to change, Emilia has never failed to help me. I would definitely recommend them. I believe they are trustworthy, honest and do a good job. They are the best agency I have worked with.

We used the Big Deal offer which cost us $89 for 4 hours of professional cleaning. They were really good. They were very efficient. The people who came out were very good.

It went really. They were punctual and professional. They did a thorough job and everything smelled wonderful after they were done cleaning.

The overall experience from start to finish was very quick and very professional in every regard.

Our house is a challenge with two small children, a dog and a basement renovation which has resulted in a lot of items being temporarily (long term temporary, unfortunately) stored in our main living area. This creates a lot of clutter and a challenge to clean around. The person sent by Emilia is patient and fast. The bathrooms are spotless when she leaves. I feel she could do a better job on the floors but everyone has a different way of doing things and as long as I'm not doing it, I'm grateful. My only issue is that she works very quickly and I wish she would take the time to be a little more careful when dusting and cleaning the floors.

I used Emelia's to clean our house. As soon as I purchased the big deal, I received an email from Emelia asking when I wanted to schedule the cleaning. Scheduling was easy and I was able to get my first choice of date/time. The woman from Emelia's (Agnes) was on-time and professional. The house was cleaned as expected. The cleaning is thorough and fair for the price. What I mean by this is that it's not top-to-bottom spotless in every nook and cranny but I wouldn't expect that level of deep cleaning for 1 person cleaning for 4 hours. We have continued to use Emelia's and will do so as long as service quality remains high. We get the level of cleaning we need and feel the price is fair.

They did a good job with the cleaning. We considered hiring them for more regular help, but my wife and I decided we didn't need to do any further work with them.

We were not happy with the results. We chose not to use all of the cleaning hours even though we pre-paid. We were underwhelmed with the cleaning, and for each session, the cleaning person left early. We spoke with Emila, but were not able to come to a satisfactory outcome. We would not recommend.

The house looked fabulous and smelled so clean (just clean, no chemical odor)! I will use Emilia's again. Highly recommended!

Emilia's employees are always prompt, professional and thorough. We have used her services for almost 3 years now. Often when I leave for work, I forget they were there. When I get home I am pleasantly surprised how spotless the house is and how great it smells.

They are great. I actually had such a good experience that I still use them. They are easy to schedule with and and always on time.

We have been using Emilia's Cleaning for almost 3 years and hired her after our last cleaning lady was caught and convicted of stealing from our home. I was very nervous about allowing another cleaning person into our home but Emilia assured us that her employees were screened and managed by her and the company is also insured and bonded. Klaudia has been with us since then and has done a great job for us. Klaudia has also cleaned my mom's Chicago condo and my mom reports that she did a great job there as well. I have also hired Emilia's Cleaning for commercial cleaning in our commercial office building after we have completed tenant build outs. They did a great job in a short amount of time. I highly recommend Emilia's Cleaning and especially Klaudia!

I purchased 16 hours of cleaning via a promotion Emilia was running on Angie's List. It was a wonderful opportunity to get to see the work as well as how the relationship would work. The team that Emilia sent did a fabulous, thorough job of cleaning. The team was kind and easy to work with. I would definitely recommend Emilia's service.

Emilia's promptly responded to my initial request for a bi-weekly cleaning, and visited my residence within a few days of my first contact to view the job. I've never had an issue with them, and the job has always been completed as expected.

Communication is clear and timely. Arrival is promptly at 8am. I am always asked if I have any preferences for where to focus extra that day and the work has always been thorough and timely. I have a check ready and it takes about 3-4 hours.

Emilia was very responsive when we requested an estimate. She came to our home and did an evaluation. We told her that we only will need her services every other week but we requested the same person. Klaudia is always very punctual. Her prices are reasonable. We are very satisfy.

Kathy has done a fantastic job. I love coming home to the smell of a clean home. Truly impressed with how clean everything looks.

The residence Amelia's Cleaning, Inc cleans has been my second home which I visit on a monthly basis. I trust them to clean before I arrive and always show up to a sparkling home. I'm moving to this residence permanently and look forward to having this cleaning service on a more regular basis.

They cleaned our office in an hour - absolutely recommended!!

We have been working with Emilia for over a year now and are extremely happy. We couldn't be happier with Cathy, the lady who does the actual cleaning. She is punctual, thorough and very pleasant. Emilia is always accessible and a pleasure to work with. If we have to change days or times for a special occasion Emilia does all she can to accommodate. She even switched my day during the holidays!! We had tried several different companies and we're sticking with Emilia. It's so nice to come home from work to a clean, fresh home. Thank you Emilia!! I have been using Emilia's cleaning for the past 2 years and I am 100% satisfied with the services. The cleaning person assigned to me, Eva, is excellent. When I get home after Eva has cleaned my unit everything sparlkles and smells so fresh. I really like the fact that I am assigned a dedicated cleaning person. Emilia is also very computer savy and I do really like the fact that we can communicate through emails and charge cards are accepted. Emilia's Cleaning service delivers A+ services in my book.

I have been using Emilia's Cleaning for almost a year now and I couldn't be happier. I have a large 2 bedroom condo. It is very easy to contact Emilia and she returns e-mails and phone calls right away. I've never had an experience where I felt I was waiting for an answer. In addition, if there are ever scheduling issues there is ALWAYS a ton of communication and I know exactly what the plan is. Kathy is the person who cleans my unit and she does an amazing job. On the days that she is coming I can't wait to get home from work. She always seems to do something extra every appointment, something I didn't even know needed to be cleaned. In addition, I tend to have some kind of "project" going on in my place, so its not uncommon for there to be wood or some other clutter. I am thankful that she can still get her job done with these obstructions in the way, she simply cleans around them.
