They arrived on time and worked steadily for the time they were here (two people, two hours each).

Everything cleaned ,EXCELLENTLY!

It went well. My floor is pretty hard to clean and it looked really amazing. My bathroom was cleaned okay, there were some things missed. The kitchen was very clean and everything looked really great.

The worker arrived on time and did a wonderful job.

They do a good job. I've had them back several times and am pleased overall. They are dependable and pleasant to work with.

Emilia the owner is great, she is accommodating, approachable and very easy to talk, when compare to the previous cleaning lady owner i dealt with. Joanna the young lady that cleans my property is very fast, and gets the work done. I still have some slight issues with her concerns, but having gone through 5 cleaning ladies, there will always be some type of issue or concerns that causes annoyance. When ever I have an issue with the cleaning I send Emilia an email and she takes care of it. I really like working with Emilia so far.

This is a fantastic service! I am sure they are in great demand; and I feel so lucky that we were able to get on their schedule! We were having some hassles with our previous cleaning service, so I looked Emilia's up on AL and I called them. Emilia had a rep come out to evaluate or cleaning job and talk with us about our schedule. Soon after we were set up with a fantastic (regular) cleaning person. We have had two different cleaners from Emilia's work with us (when one was on a trip) and both were fantastic, hard workers, and very pleasant to have in our home. I would recommend this service to anyone! They are the top in their field!

The first few times, the cleaner would arrive and stay four hours and do a good job but then, they were simply wiping down surfaces and leaving after 3 hours. When I called, I was told that there was no guarantee of 4 hours. the quality of cleaning dropped considerably

Emilias are great. I bought the big deal and since that we have used them once a month for our house cleaning. They are both timely and efficient and leave the place in great order.

I had the company come out to perform the services associated with the Big Deal. The service went great.

I would say that it was fine and I guess that they were responsive; they set me up for an appointment as soon as I needed and I have since used them which is good so I was satisfied at some point, I'm not a regular client and I think it's unfair that I'm not getting the best work from them than for their regular clients. I won't use them again, I have already used them, the same person probably 6 times and the lady was very nice but not able to take care of my kind of house.

Emilias service was wonderful! I purchased the deal on Angies list and was able to speak directly to the coordinator and get on the schedule for that week. Kathy came right on time and got straight to work. She did all that I asked and then some. She did not stop the entire 4 hours. She was easy to work with and was a hard worker. My house has never looked better. I recommend this service.

I have no complaints. As this was my last 4 hours from the special I purchased on Angie's List, she (Kasha) used my supplies. She got into every nook and cranny and as I said the house sparkles! She was pleasant and worked very hard and did a beautiful job. I will be getting in touch with Emilia to set up more cleanings. Emilia is wonderful to work with; very acommodating, pleasant and as I said wonderful to work with!! I would highly recommend her services!

I knew the service would be good from the start when I saw her get up on the kitchen counters to clean above the cabinets! She did a very thorough job and my place is now very clean & tidy, shiny & sparkly. She did well to get behind and under things. I am now using the service on a bi-weekly basis. She was very punctual and polite.

Emilia's Cleaning was fine. They did a great job cleaning on the mezzanine. The price is fine. The schedule was a bit complicated. There was little bit of back and forth about whether she cleaned four times instead of three and she charged me four even though we agreed on three. She realized what had happened. I wasn't there but my mom said they used their hand for scrubbing so they're hard workers.

Went very well. Mother and daughter team was punctual and thorough. After some confusion about whether they should mop my lower level floor (I had listed it as a priority over and above tasks they did complete, and yet they were packing up and leaving without it done), they called their boss, who assented to letting them to stay late to mop the floor. I appreciate the boss's response.

I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal for this service and she was fine. I was not disappointed; she did a fine job. I have found another housecleaner so I probably would not use her again in the future.

Emilia's Cleaners provides a great service. They consistently sent the same person to clean our condo. She always did a great job and was very efficient and pleasant. If ever I needed to change the schedule they were very accommodating. When I asked for a small new thing that wasn't always on the usual list of areas she cleaned (e.g. wipe down the outside of our grill or our deck table) she was always happy to do it. I could trust her if I needed to leave the house for a meeting and have her lock up on her way out. I highly recommend their services. Quality service and nice people!

Emilia's Cleaning sent Kathy, who arrived a few minutes before the appointed time in her own car and with her own cleaning supplies. We did a quick walk-through with Kathy and showed her some brief written instructions for each room. She did a terrific job, cleaning each room thoroughly, dusting, cleaning blinds, vacuuming carpets, swiffering floors, etc. When she was finished 4 hours later, everything looked great. Items on dusted surfaces were all returned to their original place. Wood floors and steps were spotless, and so were the kitchen and bathrooms. Emilia's Cleaning informed us in advance that they don't move furniture, do ladder work, or clean windows. We used a Big Deal coupon ($89) to try out Emilia's Cleaning, and the experiment was well worth it. Emilia is a real professional and a good communicator, providing useful information and following up promptly via email. We're happy to recommend Emilia's Cleaning to anyone interested in high quality services at a reasonable price.

She is the most wonderful person to work with. Her girls were here yesterday, I had to cancel because my mother got sick quite a few times and my mother is 96, and she told me not to worry. The second time I used the women who came did not do a good job and Emilia was wonderful. That is why I had two women here yesterday to do a deep cleaning because the other one does not work for her anymore. Emilia is so accommodating. I can’t tell you how wonderful she is to work with and that girl did a fantastic job, the house is beautiful. What she did is she gave me the same amount of hours because the first lady was not good at all who came to do part of the 8 hour deep cleaning. I love dealing with her. She is so accommodating and so nice. They did a beautiful job. I did not have to worry about a thing. I was having so much going on with my mother being ill, almost dying and she was wonderful.

It was real good. I used them regularly, I started using her once a month. She does the floors. If there's anything specific I wanted, I'm sure she would do it.

Although I was a previous customer of Emilia's, she backed out of cleaning my new condo days before I was supposed to move in. We were exchanging emails (I prefer to communicate over the phone, but she prefers email) about her cleaning on a specific date. I must have sent four emails saying yes let's book it. She sent me an email asking for an address and when I didn't respond immediately she booked with someone else. She sent an email on May 13 saying she would schedule and needs the address and phone number (although I've worked with her before so she should have my number). Later that same day she sent another email saying she booked with someone else. She later told me she booked it before she replied back to me. She should give customers at least 24 hours to reply, especially when she's been communicating with a customer for days and the whole time the customer keeps asking to book it (it's not like I was still deciding, we were just working out the details which takes a long time with her because she doesn't like to pick up the phone). And if she had someone else interested, she should have contacted me first to confirm I was moving forward before booking. Now my husband and I have to clean the place ourselves. Be very careful if you hire her (because she only takes payment the day of the service I guess she thinks she can back out at any time if she gets a better job). I initially reached out to her on May 8. Didn't include all the emails (just the emails from May 13). Email from me on May 13 "Sounds good. I'd like to go ahead and get the cleaning scheduled. Our painter might be finishing up on Thursday morning, so the later you could start the better. He's only paining two rooms so if you need to get there earlier in the day, the cleaners could start in the other rooms. Should I pay on your website?" Email from Emilia on May 13 "Hi Jen, Thanks. I'll schedule but need to know the address and phone number. Please advise. Please pay with a check or cash at the day of the cleaning. Thanks, Emilia" Email from Emilia on May 13 "I actually booked up the 16th aready for two people. Sorry."

They cleaned the house VERY well. Emily is a very nice person, and her team is professional and nice. We actually used their service for about a year after this initial cleaning. We would continue to use them except that their arrival times varied and it didn't work with our schedule. Otherwise, great experience.

It was a while ago, but as I recall, the date was cancelled at the last minute and I called to complain that I needed it done that day before the holidays. They accomodated me and sent somebody over. The young woman did a fine enough job.

They do a wonderful job - we have been using them for years!
