I am very happy with the service provided. My bathrooms were so clean as well as my kitchen and the rest of the first floor. Very happy!

She only stayed for 3 hours of a 4 hour schedule. Second time owner came out she charged more than planned. Actual housecleaner did a great job. The owner, however, did not give me the full time I paid for.

Cleaners would leave early. Did not complete full time purchased. Emilia was not responsive. I actually did not use the full 16 hours because the experience was so bad. I would not recommend purchasing this deal.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It was fine. She was on time and prompt and did what I asked her to do. I paid an additional $15. They did what they were supposed to do.

The two workers were exceptionally thorough and fast. They did a fantastic job and we would ask to have them back again. Excellent work.

They were good. They did their job and I would give them an 'A' overall. Nothing stood out in particular but I remember that I was happy with their job. I didn't spend anything extra and I'm not sure of the date they came out to do the work. It's been a while.

The service was exceptional! Eve/Eva (not sure of the spelling) was wonderful to work with...she did a fabulous job on cleaning our house. Don't think it has been this clean in a long time. Everything sparkles! Eve/Eva arrived on time, even a bit early and got right to work. Can't say enough about the wonderful work she did today. Next time we have this service done, we'll make sure to request her!! Thank you so much!

Everything was so perfect. I have recommended this provider to so many people and I plan on using them again. House looked and smelled great !!!!!!!!

I purchased the Big Deal for Emilia's Cleaning Inc.

Move in/move out housecleaning was supposed to include cleaning the baseboards. There was still a layer of dust and dirt around the baseboards and door frames.

Overall they were pretty good. Scheduling via email was quick and painless by he cleaning person showed up about 15 minutes late and did not bring a vacuum which was not a big deal since I was not pushed for time and only have1 rarely used area rug. Overall I would use this service again.

The ladies did a wonderful job of cleaning and Emilia's service was very understanding of cancellations, even at the last minute. However, for the $85 service fee, I was promised four hours of cleaning and I received two hours instead. I was told that it was because the service provides four hours with one person or two hours with two people. I had assumed that, since my apartment is small, I was getting a very nice "new customer" deal, when I really received an average price (with a generous tip) for the service.

Everything went well. It was nice and easy to schedule a time for her to come. Emilia was always prompt in replying to emails and I really appreciated it. I think there was a tiny bit of miscommunication as I thought the person cleaning our apartment was brining supplies and she didn't, but that's ok as now I know for next time. I've now setup a reoccurring monthly cleaning session. I didn't get a chance to meet Margaret in person and wasn't here to watch her for the first session, but I immediately could tell that she did an excellent job. I could tell right away when I got home what she had done (I can be picky and knew that she had spent quite a bit of time in some areas - like the bathroom).

Top to bottom cleaning. Dusting, cabinet washing, floors, bathrooms.

Very good. I have Emilia's lady come in every other week. She is always on-time. She takes instruction well where I request for where certain items need to go or organized. She has come in for a few times now and have been happy with the results.

I simply cannot recommend this service any longer, though I gave them a high score previously. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE PROVIDER UNLESS YOU PLAN TO FOLLOW UP CLOSELY ON ALL SERVICES. Emilia has been performing cleaning services for 2 years for a corporate apartment we manage. We have had issues now and again with items left by visitors which had gone missing and other incidentals - Emilia was responsive and made things right when there were issues. However, recently, service has been so bad that we have had to find other providers. Perhaps it was taken for granted that we would not check in on service. In the last month, sheets were not cleaned for weeks - which was an agreed to service. I went in and found dirty sheets on the bed. Also, the staff was signing in for cleaning and leaving 5 minutes after being there - confirmed by door staff of the building. I asked for a partial refund for the weeks that these services were performed. She refunded a mere $10 per visit for laundry not completed - this was by far the most time intensive part of the cleaning. We had agreed that even though the apartment may or may not be in use, the apartment must be fully cleaned. This was obviously not the case. Be sure to follow up on service. I cannot recommend this service.

Contact with owner problematic. Arranged a visit for bid to clean full house. Owner did not keep appointment. Person who cleaned was excellent. Would hire her once a week. Do not know how to contact her.

I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal for this service and it went just fine. She spent the four hours just on our main floor. We don't have a large home, but she wanted to clean the main floor thoroughly so she spent four hours on the main floor and then felt a little bad. So the woman, in her own time, went up and gave the upstairs bath and floor a quick cleaning. She just threw that in and did not ask for us for money. We ended up giving her a little bit of extra money for doing that, but that stood out and impressed us. It caused us to sign up to have them come out on a regular basis.

Emilia's was on time and very responsive to set up an appointment. Overall, purchasing the coupon for Emilia's cleaning was like paying for Edy's ice cream with .50c off and getting the generic brand of ice cream. There is no deal here. Being a new customer and someone who was interested in weekly cleanings, I had higher expectations. The cleaning job was very similar to my own, except I don't lose $85. One other notable thing is I bought a 10 pack of Bounty paper towels the night prior to the scheduled cleaning with Emilia's. I placed one paper towel roll on the rack and stored the rest of them in the closet. I remember Emilia's moving them out to get the vacuum. I have not seen the other nine Bounty paper towel rolls. I am not saying Emilia's stole it, I am assuming they used nine rolls to clean my place - which is crazy.

It was good. They had one person coming out.

It worked out very well. They were very good and thorough. I paid additional costs because they had additional time they had to stay and take finish cleaning thoroughly. They were just very thorough and friendly. I have no complaints at all.

We had some scheduling issues (someone got sick, that happens) but Emilia was responsive in terms of finding an alternate time. The house is clean, my requests to do things a certain way were heeded, the woman cleaning was very sweet and professional, our place looks great.
