We purchased the Angie's List deal and had a good cleaning. The maids were prompt and did a good job. It wasn't the deepest clean we've ever received, but for the price, I feel we definitely got our money's worth.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It was okay. She did an okay job. For the price, I would do it again but I wouldn't pay the full price. The price I paid was fine. She did a good job. She contacted me and I told her the date so we didn't have a lot to respond to. She was on time.

It went so well that I had her back a couple of times. She was gonna call me about the next time she was coming back and I never heard from her again but obviously, I didn't worry much about it. They were on time. They did a thorough job. The young woman who came was thorough and competent and pleasant to have around the house and did a good job. She got all the grease out from underneath my stove foot. I thought the price was absolutely right and that's why I was having her back. It was a very reasonable price.

We have been using Emilia's once a month for about two and a half years now and have had great experiences. We get the same person every month, which we appreciate, and she's absolutely wonderful. The house always looks fantastic when she's done, and she's also very good with our pets. We have a cat who gets a little stressed around strangers, and Kathy is always great with her. Emilia always does everything she can to accommodate us when we need to switch our dates around, and we were very happy with the pricing we got for having regularly scheduled appointments. Overall we've been very happy with this company!

Everything turned out fine. They did have to cancel a few times due to the weather which is not their fault. Other than that, scheduling was fine and they were very responsive. There were two people here cleaning the house. The results were great and the house was clean afterward. My wife did have one complaint, when the cleaners arrived, they smelled heavily of cigarette smoke and it kind of lingered in our home after wards.

Emilia's service is wonderful! The ladies who clean my house are efficient, kind, and excellent cleaners. They are open to using my "green" cleaning products and have very respectfully asked when they needed something different for a particularly difficult cleaning job. They even recommended a product that was non-harmful, but a more effective cleaner. They listen carefully to any specific cleaning requests I have for my house and always remember these requests. Our house is hard to clean as we have 2 small kids - so I am extra grateful. They are also very kind to my high strung barking dog. I love love love this service and look forward to many happy years working with them.

Emilia's has been cleaning for us for a few years. I was previously with another company that charged me almost double with a lower quality of work. The value I get from Emilia's is excellent! The cleaning woman they send out is almost always the same person, and she doesn't seem to mind the utter filth of my home after a month, so that is a big plus! She does a great job and cleans with green materials (I provide them) and lots of elbow grease. The few times I have had problems they were dealt with quickly and easily, and fixed thereafter. Scheduling is easy--usually done via email. I get a reminder a few days before which is great. I would definitely recommend them!

Emilia was great, came by gave me an estimate and scheduled me in for a cleaning. The cleaning lady's spoke English with was a big plus, she was detailed and professional. Will hire for long term.

I have had the same lady for about one year. Her work is excellent. It is easy to contact Emilia via e mail to check on a date or change a cleaning day. Emilia always responds promptly to my e mail. I will continue to use this service.

My husband and I are extremely busy professionals, and we have little time to spare. I have been having Emilia's crew clean for us for 2 years now, and I like them so much I had them follow us to our new condo. They are prompt, reliable, efficient and very professional. I can email, text or call, and I get a response very quickly. Their price is very competitive and the quality of their work is high. I can't imagine going with anyone else.

The service went okay. The women involved did not speak English, and so that caused some difficulty. One of the ladies was cleaning in my office, and there was a piece of wood which had signs that it would break off, but when I returned to the room, it had in fact broken off. I could have done that myself. I think it would have been appropriate that the cleaner could have pointed it out. A gentleman brought the cleaner, and he asked me if I wanted him to communicate anything to her, but I didn't have anything. Their work was okay. I thought the price was good.

Emilia's services are great. We have a dog and 2 kids and the bi- weekly service keeps our house in order. She is flexible with our schedule and we are always pleased after a cleaning day.

We have been using Emilia's Cleaning for quite awhile now. Emilia came to our house to provide me the initial quote. We communicate via email to schedule and confirm my appointments. We have been extremelly happy with her services. I have needed to reschedule appointments and she is always flexible and willing to find a time that works best for me. Her workers are respectful and do a great job. In a rare instance, if I do have an issue, Emilia is quick to respond and the issue is not recurring. Overall, we have had a pleasant experience with Emilia and her team.

They have an online payment set up for ease with payments. They are very trustworthy. I often leave things of value out and I can always trust they will be there. With two working parents and two young kids there's nothing better than coming home to a clean house! If there ever is something I would like them to focus more on I simply email Emilia and I know it will be taken care of the next time they come. I highly recommend them.

ask her to clean the baseboards, they were not done. also doors leading into furnance room were not cleaned like she said she would. this was a last minute booking and they did fit me in, so i have to say the house looked great, it is just the little extras she said she would do and she did not.
