bought big deal, but did not ever use.

We rescheduled them. They’ve been very open to last-minute rescheduling and open to communicating Communication has been brisk. We are having the cleaning done later this month.

We've used Emilia's cleaning for two different properties and we've been impressed with the work. We have had three separate cleaners over a period of two years... two out of three haven't been super punctual. I haven't addressed the most recent with Emilia yet, but she's always very responsive so I'm confident it will improve.

Everything was great. They were able to accommodate a pretty tight timeframe.

After going over the details of the home they said that two people would be sent to do the job. After two hours one of the cleaners came to me and said that my time was up. When I said that it's only been two hours she said that two people cleaning for two hours equals four hours. I called there boss and she told me that this is common sense and she doesn't know how I couldn't understand this. I had no choice but to pay more to get them to finish the job. What a scam! Also, one of the cleaners took a unopened pack of lighters and tried to pocket them. If I hadn't brought it up she would have taken them. She tried to say that they were in the garbage. When I asked to to look she froze and said shell grab them in a minute.

Emilia's employee did a great job of cleaning our house from top to bottom. It was very inexpensive because we purchased an Angie's List deal, but I would certainly pay full price for this level of service. The woman arrived unannounced because they got our address mixed up with another client's. We hadn't even scheduled an appointment, which meant we did nothing to prep our space for the cleaning. While I was embarrassed by the state of our home, she did a phenomenal job. She cleaned things I wouldn't have imagined. I will definitely use this service again in the future. She was even comfortable around our dog.

straightforward cleaning. No issues, good results. arrived on-time, performed as expected.

Pretty well. It wasn't the best experience we have had in terms of house cleaning, but cleaner than I can get it.

The cleaning was good, but not great. I felt like it took longer than necessary. Had it been great I would have pursued a long term contract. She followed up with me right away and was very professional & communicative on scheduling. Afterwards, the owner followed up with me to see if I was satisfied and I informed her of how I felt & she advised me that she could send out a different cleaner. I decided not to take her up on that.

The service provider sent Anna, who was on time. She spoke fluent English and followed instructions. It took some time for the provider to schedule the service, but in my experience, you have to be very patient any time you buy a Big Deal from Angie's List. Overall, a positive experience. UPDATE I retained this service for a second time and the result was much less positive. I should have asked for the same cleaning lady but instead Emelia's send another woman who required constant direction and spent the whole time on her phone. The coup de grace was when she decided to relieve herself in our bathroom and clogged the toilet. We paid for 4 hours and sent her home after 2.

The service company seemed rather lackadaisical about making the appointments. I gave three specific dates and was told they were taken, so I made one late in the week and they informed me two hours before they were due to come to my home that the person was sick and Id have to reschedule for next week. This was frustrating since I'd already taken time off from work to be available.

The service worked out great. They did a nice job, they came and they were easy to schedule.

Emilia cleaned a 3000 sq/ft house and 1900 sq/ft townhouse. Both were very thorough jobs. Extremely responsive. Will use her again.

She did a great job on everything, and remembered all of our special requests from last time.

the service provides a woman to clean. Emilia comes to the home first, does a walk through with you to ascertain what you wish to be done and when etc.. they use your own cleaning supplies. We have been using them for about 2 months now and it has been the same person here each week. the work has been superb and any special issues are addressed quickly. From past experience by now the quality would have been tailing off, but not here. Extremely pleased and will be continuing to use.

The learning lady showed up on time. It went very well. She was polite and thorough. No problems experienced.

I bought the Angie's List deal of $85 for four hours of cleaning. I live in a small apartment in Lincoln Park and it didn't really require four full hours, but it was cheaper than our old cleaning service, which was $90 for two people for two hours. I was sufficiently satisfied with the cleaning and the responsiveness of the company that I decided to use them for a regularly scheduled cleaning. We've had 3-4 cleanings since the original Angie's List deal and I remain satisfied. They do a good job at a reasonable price.

She was very responsive. She called back and showed up when they said they were going to show up.

She was great and very professional. I wasn't quite ready and she managed to make good use of time and get things together when I didn't know where to start.

It was pretty good. One maid came to clean. I have rehired them again.

It has been good. They get everything cleaned. They spray air freshener so I know that they have been there.

My experience was average working with them. There were some issues with the date we had scheduled and we had to re-schedule. The results were not spectacular of the house cleaning.

She was wonderful. If I could afford it, I would use this service every week.

Emilia did a fantastic job. My mom was so thrilled. She said that it was done as well (or better) as if she had done it herself. Scheduling was easy, service was prompt and thorough. My mom is much more relaxed and able to focus on her recovery, not the mess of the house.
