Went well. Nothing out of the ordinary.

My mom was thrilled with the quality of the work and the professionalism. I was happy with how responsive Emilia's was with scheduling. Returned my call right away.

Scheduled with the company and they did not show up. Tried to reschedule with them, but I got no response.

I had a good experience with Emilia's service. One note: the offer (at least when I purchased it) was for "up to" 4 hours of cleaning. I didn't read this closely enough and though it was for 4 hours of cleaning, so when the cleaning lady announced she was done after 2.5 hours I was surprised.

Punctual and professional. Did a thorough and beautiful job in the time allotted. Will definitely hire again for whole house

They did a really nice job! They sent out one person for just under 4 hours. There were no additional fees associated with the deal.

Not well. In fact, it went terrible. I believe Angie's List has done me a disservice and unfairly handled my complaint in the Incident report noted above. I still hope Angie's List will help me redress the pending complaint. Emilia's Cleaning is the best cleaning service I have found in the Chicago area. I have used others in the past and Emilia's beats them in terms of service and price. I was looking for a cleaning service that was affordable yet thorough still and they fit the bill. They clean my condo every two weeks and are very efficient and friendly. Emilia, the owner, is very responsive. I highly recommend Emilia's Cleaning.

Everything went well. Good cleaning service but some corners not completely cleaned. I found bits of dust-bunnies and small debris on the floors after she left. Otherwise no complaints.

Cleaning 4 bedroom house for 4 hours.

Arrived right on time. Came prepared and I had great correspondence with Emilia.I had a coupon for 5 hrs. of cleaning and we discussed how I would like that time spent and she did exactly as asked. Looking forward to having her out again.

I spoke with the company and they refused to come out to do the work as they do not do move-in cleans.

She was very punctual and brought her own cleaning supplies. She seemed to work straight through, did not waste time taking any breaks and made sure everything was done to my satisfaction before she left.

I paid for 5 hours of cleaning. I had moved my furniture out of my condo few days ago and wanted it cleaned. The lady showed up and immediately said this is move out cleaning and it costs more money. Emilia called me and I said I wanted regular cleaning, what is the difference. Apparently a big difference, Emilia's idea of regular cleaning is dusting. The cleaning lady had no products, no vaccum, nothing...why would I need cleaning service for that. I agreed to reduce the hours and I asked that she only cleans the two bathrooms and kitchen. My wife came back 2.5 hours later to check on her, she was gone and the quality of cleaning she did a 5 year old can do better. I called Emilia who called the lady and sent her back to correct, she was very argumentative with my wife and my wife left her at the condo and left. It was better than before but not the quality we are used to or to the degree we do ourselves. Emilia is responsive on the phone but your emplyees should carry products with them and should not expect to only dust and wipe; that is not cleaning. That is the end of my experience with Emilia...hopefully for good.

I really appreciate how wonderful this cleaning service was for me... the person who came to me was hard working, experienced, kind, and trustworthy. She went above and beyond what I expected.

They did a pretty good job and the Deal price was reasonable. The quality was good, too. The only frustration was in terms of scheduling -- they're very busy. I'd give them an A- for that. They worked pretty quickly and took a few hours. I would use them again, though.

I called them to get it scheduled and they cannot get me in for at least 2 weeks and that is too long to wait.

Good but bathroom did not appear to be cleaned

It was an ok cleaning, however she left the kitchen for last, and really just ran out of time then rushed thru. I had explained I was having a graduation party and to do a light cleaning in the bedrooms and the most important thing to me was bathrooms and kitchen. She dusted vacuumed, cleaned bathrooms and kitchen, watched floors.

Anna brought a vacuum cleaner as requested - many places have a problem with bringing a vacuum cleaner. She cleaned the bathrooms, dusted the place and cleaned the guest room French door windows. I was very pleased she did that without my asking. Many cleaning services need to be asked. I did request she clean my refrigerator and with no complaints did a good job. I really appreciated it as I have a bad back and leaning over is not an option. The kitchen looked great when she was done. AND overall I am very pleased. It looks like a new place.
