Gabby was phenomenal! She did an amazing job cleaning up my place and accomplished more by herself in 3 hours than 2 people did in 4 hours from a different service provider. The results speak for themselves, everything looks fantastic. She also took care in organizing all my things in an intelligent manner so that nothing was hard to find when I went to look for it. I'm a very very happy customer.

Very responsive, professional and punctual from start to finish! Used an Angie's Deal which was significant value. While I was not present at the cleaning the overall performance was solid. There were a few items I wish were done like cleaning/ dusting under the beds, but since I did not make any of that clear I am understanding that may not be standard. Plus it was an awesome value overall so no complaints.

It was a great experience. I was very happy. The cleaner showed up on time. I ended up hiring them on a regular basis. It was a stress-less experience.

Only one person arrived for about two hours and finally the second one arrived. I asked them to clean the main floor consisting of the kitchen, family room, dining room, master bed and bath. The only thing they did upstairs was to wipe down the stairs. My house was dusty but to I should have had two people for five hours.

There was no extra charge. I was satisfied with it. They did a good job on my standards. We were satisfied with their work and we hired one of their housekeepers to be our permanent housekeeper, so I shouldn't need their service because I have an housekeeper, but I got housekeeper through that service.

They were absolutely excellent. They sent a woman out. The only problem I had was that she arrived too early and the problem was she had not gotten the word that she was supposed to come later. After she came, she just did a fantastic job on the house. It was just wonderful. I would highly recommend her. In fact, they even did something that they did not have to do, but I asked them to. I have a porch that was enclosed and it got dirty and stuff and so they damped it up and waxed it. I was very happy with their service and the woman they sent out. Even the woman that owned the place called me several times to remind me that they were coming and that was really nice because I forgot to put it in the calendar.

I purchased the deal long back and I used it almost a year later. I was happy that they honoured it. We had 2 people come in and the job was supposed to be for 8 hours and they were planning to do it in 2 hours. I asked them to stay for 4 hours each so that it would total it up and they reluctantly agreed for that. The whole family gathered a week later to share a loss in the family and I was happy that the house was clean. They were good other than a little bit of confusion on how long they would stay. They wanted to finish the work and get going. But then they agreed to stay and the house looked spectacular.

Did a great job! Very prompt, very thorough...would definitely recommend! Updated 4/2/15 - We hired Emilia's cleaning service at a cost of $85 for cleaning every two weeks. Since the initial cleaning, the level of service went straight downhill. The person sent to our home never once has cleaned our sliding glass door, our bathroom floor on the main floor has not been cleaned properly, with signs of dirt around the shower stall left behind. There is a side table in our living room that was left untouched, covered in dust. She leaves early and without finishing the work we are paying for. The owner of Emilia's cleaning service seems more interested in making excuses for her failure to monitor the performance of her staff and failure to check in with her clients than she is in providing her clients with the services we are paying her to have performed. I was even told that it's my responsibility to inform her if her unmonitored cleaning staff are not performing up to expectations. I'm sorry, since when did I get hired by Emilia's cleaning service to become her onsite personnel manager? Add to that, the personal calls being taken while on our dime and the last straw being the most recent visit, whereby upon my return home from work, I had to ask my fiancé if she'd even shown up earlier in the day...it didn't look like anything was done. He said he went upstairs for a couple of minutes and when he returned, she was gone, along with the check we left for services that week, a full 45 minutes before she was scheduled to leave. I am very disappointed with this service and fired them last night. I will hire someone local who has a better sense of business and work ethics. I did not appreciate having to spend one of two days I have off during the week doing the job we just paid her staff to perform. Judging from all the excuse-making I've read following negative reviews, Emilia clearly has hired at least one worker who is lazy and taking advantage of their remote working status, because they KNOW she's not going to show up any time soon to spot check what they are doing. I'm happy to be rid of them and look forward to hiring someone who takes pride in their work.

I called her to schedule and she told me I had to do it online. I did and she has not gotten back to me.

They said they could not do the service a second time.

They were extremely responsive and able to schedule an appointment quickly. It took a while for us to get back to Emilia after our Big Deal but she was very responsive and came right out to provide an estimate for more regular cleaning. So far, we are very happy with the service.

She did a great job. The same lady comes every other week and does a beautiful job. I set aside a spot in the utility room for the cleaning supplies she wanted and lets me know when more are needed. Great work by friendly people.

I don't remember her name. But she was great. My only complaint was that I told her the floors were a priority and she saved the large kitchen floor for last and didn't do a good job on that -- in fact missed spots.

Didn't move anything to dry mop floors. Didn't sweep ahead of time. Was resentful when we pointed out that there was dirt under the small rugs she refused to move. It is hard to believe that this woman had ever cleaned a house before. Totally inept. When we contacted the service, we were told we got five hours of cleaning, that we got what we paid for. What we got was five hours of a cleaner who wouldn't even turn on the lights in the room she was cleaning, even though it was getting dark. This was the worst cleaning service we have had in twenty years - - total waste of money!

Emilia's did a great job cleaning our house. The maid worked very hard. This is well worth the money and we plan to use them on a regular basis.

They were pretty good. I did not go with them again, but they were decent. They stayed at the $85 Big Deal price that I purchased. I did not pay any more. Their price was good.

A cheerful cleaner arrived right on time, reviewed the house and what I wanted done. She started right in and worked quickly, thoroughly and efficiently. She was pleasant and had a good sense of humor.i really enjoyed her company. She left my home shining and smelling great!

Everything went well, they did a real nice job. I'm gonna have her come back again.

Scheduling was easy. The housecleaner asked what needed to be done and went over cleaning products that the homeowner would prefer. They are an eco-friendly housecleaning company. We have hired them for bi-monthly cleanings.

After contacting me by email to schedule the visit, the maid showed up on time and worked the entire 5 hours. She cleaned the bathrooms, kitchen, all appliances and dusted and cleaned the bedrooms, living room and dining room. She even cleaned the mini-blinds in several rooms! (How many other service providers do that?) The only thing I felt was out of the ordinary was, even though Emilia's provided all the cleaning supplies, that she showed up without anything to clean floors. (No vacuum, no mop for the hardwood). She had to "borrow" mine for the job. What would happen if my vacuum was broken, or if I didn't have one in the first place? I guess the rugs wouldn't be clean. Anyway, it was a good job, and I would probably use them again if the regular (non-coupon) price was right.

I was happy with the results -- I have a big house and I had the sense that it would have been easier for them if the fourth person had come, and there was a huge rush at the end, but I am happy with the results. (one person's daughter was sick and could not come) I will hire them again, and likely for regular cleaning as well. They were there from 10:30 to 6pm.

Except for changing the time the day before and then running an hour late on the changed time....she did a great job once she got there.
