She was on time. My place looks great, Kitchen, bathroom, rec room, living room were done. Needed help has I am recovering for shoulder surgery however now considering a monthly cleaning assist. Making note to have more cleaning towels on hand.

Efficient. Surface cleaning, bathroom, bedrooms, kitchen.

I was very pleased with the housekeeper, I believe her name was Maggie. She quietly went about her work. I only wanted the kitchen and bathroom cleaned/scrubbed which she did well and methodically. Her supervisor stopped by at the end of her work, too. I will hire her again. She was pleasant, and spoke English so we could communicate well with each other. I showed her what I wanted done, and she did it without fuss or mess. I couldn't have done it better, and certainly not as quickly.

The cleaning was not impressive. I wish she had a courtesy to take her sandals off or replace it with in-house cleaning sandals. She went back and forth outside to her car and into our house with her sandals on. The windows are not sprayed or cleaned. She only shook the blinds. The vents were still dusty. The kitchen cabinets were not wiped or cleaned. She didn't clean the toilet bowls, only wiped the seats and their surroundings. She wiped stainless steel refrigerator with some cleaning product that was smudge all over and hard to clean afterward. What was that?? We were not satisfied and definitely would not use this company anymore.

Cleaner arrived on time at 8 am to clean our house. Finished before Noon. She was very thorough and pleasant. Was very satisfied with her.

The actual cleaning was great and we were very pleased with the effort and quality. There were just a few problems with the scheduling. No one showed up for the original cleaning date, which was very frustrating as we had made arrangements in our personal schedules to accommodate this day. We were told that we hadn't confirmed the date, but didn't understand why we needed to confirm a date that we had both agreed to. A second date was scheduled to which the cleaner showed up an hour late. Anyways, the job was done and done well. Thanks so much.

It went great, I was really impressed. The workers were on time and very good. I am going to use them every time I go back to Chicago. I would highly recommend them. They provide a good service.

Initially Emilia was very professional and promptly came to perform an estimate and set up a weekly cleaning service. I needed a deeper clean to help remove dust from a resent construction project. The first time she scheduled two people to be here for 3 hours each, however, one of them was late and only here for 2 hours. After paying close to $300 I discovered that the purpose of the job was lost on her workers, a lot of dust was missed on some obviously things such as picture frames and window blinds. The job was sloppy, however, I gave it another shot. Bottom line, every other time I used the service the schedule was moved around by Emilia after we agreed on an initial time/date, the person she sent was always late, the job was sloppy. Cleaning isn't taking one wet rag and dragging it over all the furniture. When I expressed my disappointment to Emilia (assuming this was an issue with the person she sent not with her service overall) she said she would correct the situation and offered me a free cleaning. However, after 3 weeks of her promising to get back to me and schedule a time I give up. I have a newborn (as she knows) and I don't know anyone in this state - I really wish she wouldn't have wasted my time if she didn't want my business.

Very professional cleaner. Dusted, vacuumed, cleaned the three bathrooms, washed tile floors. House smelled good and looked clean when she left. I was very happy with the service--saved me time during a busy period in my life.

One of the ladies came on time at 11 and the other arrived about 20 minutes after. I tried to stay out of the way for the most part working from home and they were courteous. The one that arrived a little late was on her cell phone when I did happen upon her in the basement. I understand that everybody has a mobile and calls are bound to happen but it just seemed like she was shooting the breeze. The price was pretty good for the deal and thought it would take up to 4 hours to do a thorough cleaning. I understand it is hard to get completely spotless since we have a cat. I ran out for a couple of errands at around 12:15 and told them I'd be back before 2:30 and when I pulled up around 2 they were already reversing out of the driveway. They locked up and everything was in order. I was supposed to get a continued service quote from the owner and that was not left at the house and she did call me to say she would send one over but that was the last I spoke with her. Overall is was a pretty good experience, the price was good for the amount of time but the little lack of communication bothered me.

They have done two weekly cleanings so far and we have been very happy with their service so far. Their rates are reasonable and I am very satisfied with the quality of their work. We will continue to use them every week going forward!

They only did light housekeeping, according to the person with whom I spoke. I really needed something a bit heavier. I cancelled the deal, but at least they were very nice.

had to point out several areas that still were dirty and had debris. she was upset by this. I stated the all the glass on cabinets(only have 2! ), the fan glass, sliders were important to me and they were not done well. used glass cloth on the floors. never had someone only clean the floors with a wet towel on a large swiffer. she even said she could NOT clean all the floors on her had and knees but could do the bathrooms! so do the bathrooms. they were still very dirty. still have to get down and pick up the dirt swiffer pushed around. common sense! very superficial cleaning. No ONE WANTS TO PAY $ 75 OR $95 OR $105 (AS THEY CHARGE) FOR ANY OF THIS KIND OF WORK. HAVE HAD CLEANING LADIES FOR 15 YEARS. AT LEAST BACK THEN I ONLY BURNED $60. I DONT KNOW WHATS GOING ON IN THE LAST 5 YEARS. PRICES SPIKED AND SERVICE WENT DOWN. SERIOUSLY NOT LOOKING FOR A LOT!!!!!!!!!!

They were great! Friendly, efficient, hard working, and even stayed an extra 15 minutes to make sure she finished everything we wanted cleaned.

They did a fine job cleaning. They're very personable, they just did an excellent job--I was happy with them. I've had a coupon with five hours for ninety-nine dollars. She was excellent: she's very friendly, very nice, and a hard worker.

Because of some personal issues, the original team of ladies were not able to come on the scheduled date. But someone contacted me right away, and rescheduled one person on Friday (which turned out to be a better day anyway). Basia arrived on time, was very thorough, pleasant and professional.

I would like to say that I choose Emila's cleaning service because the reviews were awesome, so I was excited. I arranged the date with Emila from the schedule she provided for me Initially we set the time for 8:30. No one showed so I called at 8:45 and she had me down for 9:00, not a really a big deal,but I arranged the rest of my day around the cleaning service. I know it was scheduled for 8:30 as I checked my email before contacting. After the 1st contact Emilia called and said her worker, was there looking for parking as there was street cleaning. The girl, not sure of her name, came to the door and said she was looking for parking but couldn't find any and didn't know what to do so she was going to call Emilia. I called Emilia and told her this and asked if she could come back this afternoon if that would be easier. Emilia said let her look and see if she can find parking, I said ok but call me back and let me know, this was about 9:20 or so. At 9:52 I called back because I had a 10:00 appointment and asked what was going on. I asked if she was going to come for sure and Emilia said YES! She would have to work with the other appointment scheduled but she would be at my home between 2-3. All good 12:33 I get a text saying she was sorry but her worker was waiting for the other appointment and her worker could come and do some things and come back another time or reschedule. At 9:52 I asked if she was sure she could come and Emilia said Yes! Now I get a text not even a phone call. So I call Emilia and let her know that I was disapointed and know I was pretty much screwed and that there was parking 2 1/2 blocks away when I left for my appointment at 10. Emilia, frustrated I'm sure, proceeds to be rude and yells at me that it's not her fault and she doesn't want this to happen but there was no parking and nothing she could do. I tell her there was parking 2 1/2 blocks away ..... she continues to be rude and I say so.... Emilia tells me to Get a refund from Angies list. I say ok and tell her that I'm writing a review. My point - stuff happens but don't be rude. Parking is not a reason not to show up. Figure it out. I tried to accommodate and asked if she could come back in the afternoon and I was told yes. If she would have told me that we needed to reschedule at 9:52, yes I would have been frustrated but at least I would have had more time to figure this out and would have rescheduled with Emilia. Instead I writing a review saying that she is unprofessional in dealing with people when there is a problem. I also have to go to Angies and get a refund

I would certainly use them again. It took a little while to get it scheduled, but overall I was very happy with the overall cleaning.

My personal opinion is that They do not have enough staff and availability to meet the demand of their services. There are no weekend hours and very limited appointments available on days that you need during the week. Their window of arrival is not always clear and their cleaners just do an ok job. Compared to other cleaning services. The last cleaner took a lot of phone calls that were personal and at one point she went outside the houae to take the calls...all while I was paying for the time of the visit. On a positive note, when they could not make my dates and there was a mix up with an arrival window, and they canceled the visit, the owner offered a complimentary service visit to make up for the disservice that I experienced. So that we helpful. She tried to make it right and I was very appreciative of that.

Yvonne was on time and very professional and efficient.

Natalie did a fine job battling the dust as it has been a while since the last cleaning. She tried so hard to ensure it was all gone. She very prompt, as well.

An employee of Emilia's Cleaning arrived slightly behind schedule, but with all of her own cleaning supplies. She needed a vacuum and a bucket, which I supplied. She wiped down or dusted most of the surfaces, including the outside of the oven/stove but she did not clean spots that could not be seen, including the side of the bed closest to the wall, the top of the refrigerator, and under the ottoman -- all of which I later found out should have been included. She also did not touch window sills and wiped only a few mirrors, not each one. When she was "finished," barely more than two hours later, she asked me to check. I wasn't sure what was included in "surface cleaning" and she seemed disinterested in doing any more even though the contract was for three hours, so I let her leave. Emilia, the provider, came to the door about an hour later and asked about the service. Emilia is a lovely woman. She informed me that the cleaner should have lifted smaller furniture (the ottoman) to sweep underneath and cleaned all of the mirrors, which didn't happen. Emilia provided me with a contract and quotes for weekly to monthly service. Her prices are reasonable, if I supply the cleaning products. I told her that I would need a thorough cleaner were I to continue the service.

Went great. Would use again.
