We have received bi-monthly house cleaning services for about 3 months now and I am very happy with the service. The initial appointment was quick, easy, and she quoted me a competitive price. Emilia has sent the same woman, Agatha, to clean our house. Agatha is kind and hard working. She is also very considerate of my children. We will continue to use Emilia's service and I highly recommend this company!

We have been using this service for almost a year and are very happy customers. Emilia has always been professional and responsive. A recent move from the city did not interrupt our service given her large coverage area. It was great to move and not have to find a new service. We have the same person come each time and she is great. Pricing is competitive and communication is easy. Highly recommended!

Realizing I spent 89 bucks that I never really got value I thought I would call them up to see if they would honor the offer or at least provide some credit for services to clean my vacant townhouse I was listing. I called earlier this month and spoke to some person who said they couldn't find any information about me in their system (understandable to a point) and they would check and get back to me if there was anything they could do. I never received a call back. Clearly this offer was a low priority for me and I am not bleeding from spending $89 3-4 years ago. However, I am giving them poor ratings because they did not follow-up when they said they would and at least try to work with me. Therefore they were not responsive and I find non-responsiveness unprofessional.

We have Anna clean the main floor of our home every two weeks. She does a great job. If we need the finished basement cleaned, I inform her prior to her visit and have it done for a nominal fee. Highly recommend.

I have been using Emilia's for the past six months and I am very satisfied. Emilia is always available by text/email to answer any questions, change service dates, or solve any issues. My apartment is cleaned once a month and is left looking great. Fast, convenient, easy!

We have a bi-weekly cleaning deal with Emilia's crew, and we're happy. We've had several different cleaning companies, and while Emilia's isn't perfect, it's the best of what we have tried out, in terms of quality and value. We normally have the same cleaning lady from Emilia, but sometimes different ones show up and they all do a fine job. There are some things that are missed each time, but pretty minor stuff, nothing worth complaining about. Our regular cleaner, Agatha, is really nice and our 3 year old son LOVES her. In fact, he had made a card to give to her today, but a different girl showed up. We're hoping she's back next time. That example highlights one of the areas of improvement I'd mention for Emilia's. It would be nice if there was more consistency about who would be coming, and what time they would be showing up. Overall though, we are happy with the service and would recommend her cleaning service to others.

Now that we have been using Emilia's services for roughly a year, it's time for a review. Our initial contact with Emilia was very positive. She was extremely responsive and accomodating when it came to setting up an initial appointment, her price was very competitive, and there were no hidden fees or hourly charges. The fee is a flat fee which changes depending on the frequency of the service (more frequent, less per cleaning). Since we hired Emilia, our experience has been nothing but positive. She has sent the same employee each and every time, and she has done a wonderful job. If we need to add a service that is not included in the base price, e.g. refrigerator cleaning, it is done very professionally and the price is reasonable. Additionally, Emilia will always respond within hours, if not minutes, when we have to make a schedule change and she is always accomodating. We will continue to use Emilia's service as long as we own our home, and we recommend her to anyone looking for a thorough cleaning service.

Emilia's Cleaning Service does a wonderful job on our house. We are newer customers who have had the house cleaned by her team a handful of times. So far so good! Her people are prompt and very friendly and know just where to clean. They usually are there for 2 hours and hit all the right spots. They dust, vacuum, wash floors and leave the house fresh and revived. My wife and I are extremely pleased with the quality of service she and her team provides.

It went very well. I had never had a cleaning service before and did not know what to expect. She did clean the baseboards and light fixtures which I did not ask her to do. She was finished in 3 hours but then I realized that the deal was for up to 4 hours of cleaning, and she did a very good job.

She was very nice. Was a bit surprised I needed to provide floor cleaning materials which I did' have, so they didn't get cleaned. Will know to ask on future purchases. Otherwise a good job done.

The home was dusted completely, vacuumed, mopped and cabinets wiped down , pictures wiped and dusted on the walls , bathroom were cleaned and kitchen spotless, everything always looks and smells wonderful when Ivana leaves the house. She is ALWAYS on time and efficient and I trust her !! Ivana is always kind to my animals and she even gave me a house warming card and gift when we moved. I never have been unsatisfied with the service.

I scheduled the date, and then I needed to reschedule due to a personal issue. The provider agreed to back it up one week, but forgot to put it in her calendar. When she didn't arrive, I contacted her and she apologized and we got it rescheduled for a few days later. The cleaning woman who showed up did a good job, my house was nice and clean when she finished. She was actually completed in about three hours, everything shined and smelled good.

I've used Emilia's cleaning four times and have always been pleased. In fact, one time, I emailed Emilia very last minute and she promptly answered my email and was able to get someone to come and clean. The ladies are very friendly and work very hard to clean your residence (especially the bathrooms). They always ask if you need anything done in particular. Emilia accepts cash but also has a convenient Paypal link on her website. Everyone all around has been polite, friendly and prompt. I am definitely going to use their services in the future and recommend them highly to anyone else.

Although I've had different girls, and dates and times have changed. Each girls was a great cleaner and easy to work with. Very happy with how the house looks after cleaning and I have extensive wood floors throughout my home. Have signed on for regular cleaning with service.

Arrived on time, Anna did a very good job. This was a promotional $99 offer, but we got an estimate for ongoing service and it was very competitive and reasonable. We plan on using them in the future.
