Emilia is nice to work with. When I requested a more exact timeframe, she worked with me -- offering to let me know ahead of change people so someone could come at a regular time. I like the service because I am not tied to one person if things are not working. I have had 4 different people clean due to changes in schedule. All were fine, though sometimes when a new person came, she did not bring cleaning supplies (as requested). My house is messy, and I like having the help without judgment.

Regarding Emilia?s cleaning I have been using them for some time now. It is a very reliable service, and they have provided very good workers for our home. To date we have had two different cleaners at our home, both have always been on time and did good work. If for any reason a different time/date is required by me, or requested by them, they always work it out to my satisfaction. We use their service regularly and intend to continue to do so. PS this is the 3rd and best Cleaning Service we have used over the past several years, and by far the most reliable and professional to date.

She doesn't come at the same time on her scheduled days but it is not a problem for me usually as I work from home. This company has been dependable and I would recommend them.

We've been using Emilia's a couple years now, so I thought I'd refresh our review. We remain very pleased with the service, and we have had the same young woman since our first cleaning, which is very reassuring. She does a wonderful job, and with two little kids at home it's much needed every other week. Anytime there is a schedule change, Emilia notifies us well in advance and let's us know when the regularly scheduled service will resume. If we ever have requests, they are responded to quickly and in the most polite way possible.

The Board of Managers contracted with Emilia's Cleaning in late 2012. The initial meeting went very well. Emilia was prompt, professional and thorough. We have had 2 different women clean the condo over the years we've been associated with Emilia's and found them both to be dependable, courteous, thorough, attentive to detail and very responsive to any additional requests we might make. The pricing is very fair and I have nothing but praise for the way the business is run and the employees. I would highly recommend this service to any home or business owner.

I've been a client of Emilia's Cleaning since 2012. I have a pretty hectic schedule at work and Emilia has been able to accommodate me into their cleaning schedule. Emilia came out for the first time to give me an estimated and gave me a great offer. Over the years, several cleaning crews have cleaned my home and they have done a great job. They are always polite and punctual. I can't say that they have ever done a bad job. Emilia is quick and responsive by email or text, which is what you want when scheduling an appointment.

The ladies that do the cleaning are always very professional, do a nice job, are dependable and very considerate. Rating a cleaning company is always tricky because what someone sees in need of cleaning in an under 4 hour visit every other week will always be less than what you see in your 24/7 routine. However, the ladies always hit the highlights and leave the house looking fantastic. Most importantly, Emilia's is always quick to respond to an email with any requests, issues or concerns. The ability to pay through Paypal is an added bonus.

I have been using Emilia cleaning service for many years. They are professional, trust worthy, and great at their job. I love coming home on the days when they have cleaned I know I will walk into a clean, fresh looking house. They are flexible and able to change days of need be. I highly recommend them. If there ever is something I want cleaned specifically they are willing to do that too.

Emilia's Cleaning is the best. I have been using her company for several years now and I couldn't be happier! First I want to say that my place looks great, it is always a great feeling when I come home from work after they have been there. But what I am most impressed with is their ability to communicate and accommodate. I am in the middle of a very long and arduous renovation of my unit. Often time they would come right around a project date -- they simply clean around any of the project. If I need to reschedule, I simply send an e-mail which is promptly returns. They do what they say they are going to do and exceed my expectations. They are very reliable, easy to commicate with and quick to accommodate any issues you have in your life. I could not be happier with a company.

I would highly recommend Emilia's Cleaning service. We've used her service for at least 4 years I believe. As previoulsy mentioned, while we would like to always get the same person that we like, that's not always possible because employees do move around or find other jobs. I can't say enough good things about the owner. Sure, sometimes the cleaning lady might not be up to my expectations, but how much of that should be on the owner? Whenever I felt a complaint was justified ( I hate complaining, I really do, but when so many easy things are ignored or not done well, I have to comment), Emilia has always been apologetic and made things right. I'm confident that Emilia discusses her expectations with her cleaning staff. One of my concerns has always been whether the cleaing person will understand what I am telling her since most of them don't speak English as a first language. I think this has caused some miscommunications with some of the cleaning ladies in the past. But Emilia always reassures me that the lady she sends will understand me... and this has been the case for a good while now. It's important to me that I feel the cleaning person was not rushing to get to another job and therefore not putting forth the best effort in our place. So far, no problems with this. Bottom Line: I wouldn't always give the individual cleaning person an A, but I would definitly give Emilia an A because of the price, quality, puncuality, and professionalism. You won't be sorry for using this service. Emilia aims to please and make things as you would expect them. The young lady that has been to my home the last three times has been very thorough and friendly. Give Emilia's Cleaning a try!!!!

I have been using Emilia's cleaning for several years now and I am very happy with our service. Emilia sends the same young woman (Gaby) to clean our single family home in Wicker Park every other week. Gaby is incredibly sweet, courteous, and professional, and she always checks in with me to make sure that I'm happy with the job she's doing. The house always looks and smells fabulous after she's cleaned and the price is very reasonable, too. Emilia herself is incredibly professional and prompt in responding to any special requests, scheduling changes, or grievances, which I find very refreshing, having had bad experiences with owner-operated cleaning services in the past. I would highly recommend giving Emilia's Cleaning Inc. a try. You won't be disappointed!

Emilia's Cleaning does a great job to assess your home and make sure things are cleaned the way you like them. They give a fair written quote and truly care if you are happy. We are thrilled to have the same person come each week - as she knows our house and what we like. Our home is left clean and sparkling each time and it is wonderful to have such a reliable dedicated service. We have Kasia clean for us and one week she was sick. Emilia was able to find someone to fill in as it was right before the holidays and she knew we would want to have the house ready. I have been using Emilia's cleaning service for about 6 years. They are very reasonably priced and do a great job. I have 3 pets and am very busy so my house is a mess. They are always very thorough with their work. If there are any issues or requests Emilia and her team are very accommodating. Elizabeth and her crew are very nice and treat you like family! I tried a few cleaning services and then was referred to Emilia's by another company. Emilia herself came in to look at the house, gave an estimate and was extremely nice and comfortable to discuss what I need and how I prefer cleaning done in my house. I was very glad to have come across a company so personalized but having had couple of bumps earlier wasn't sure how it would work so thought will see first few times before coming to any conclusion. The first visit by the cleaning was little rough, not upto my mark, I immediately informed Emilia about it and she made sure to discuss it with the cleaner, made sure that from next time onwards the cleaning lady does the work the way I want. The same cleaning person who comes does a great job and is courteous as well. If I tell her what doesn't seem right she takes care of it. My house looks clean and streak free just the way I want it every two weeks. If I ever have questions or concerns, they address to it very promptly, I send an email and get a reply very immediately. It is impressive and very assuring that you have your house being taken care by a company who knows and understands your need and caters to your concerns. She arrived on time, introduced herself, and asked me which areas of the house she needed to focus on. It was a total of approx 4-5hrs and she started with the 3 bathrooms, then the whole first floor. She was very nice and very thorough. I will definitely hire them again.

We had a lady by name of Anna and she was outstanding and very good at ensuring your home is clean. She is very personable and I would recommend her to and for anyone. However, the issues are with the management oversight. We experienced slow response with initial scheduling following our coupon. Then, I had to repeatedly remind the service on what days I could do mornings. I do not appreciate professionals using my phone for texting, I prefer emails. They continued to use text after being requested to use emails and text frequently came in after 9:00 pm. A couple of times we would agree on a day and a time, then they would change the time at the last minute. I cancelled on the day of our first storm because I did not feel comfortable having the lady come to Aurora when she lives in Chicago. I cancelled again when we had agreed on a day at 12:00 and the changed the time to 8:00 and notified me at 10:41 p.m the night before. Overall, I felt like the service needed me to work around their scheduled.

I found them on Angie's List. I was disappointed in them because they didn't show up. The service is quite a distance from where we are and they did not put in that they were restricting the location of where the services could be rendered. Then the woman came and she was here for about 2-1/2 hours and I was supposed to get four hours of cleaning. Then she said she finished and she left. I thought that I should have been contacted by them about the remaining time. I did not contact her, but I was not real happy with them. They came within a couple of days after I called to set an appointment. They apparently rescheduled the first appointment and did not tell us that. It was just that nobody came. It was a great price, but I did not get what I thought I was going to get. I even asked the woman I spoke with about whether they had someone in my area that I could schedule on a regular basis and I was told we would talk about that later. I did not get the length of time of cleaning that I paid for.

I've moved to a bigger place and it costs $110.

Emilia's does a good job overall. If there are any issues the company is quick to respond and provide a solution. The person who comes to clean is friendly and efficient. Communication is done via email and the responses are usually in less than 24 hours.

Everything went perfectly as alway. I have been using Emilia cleaning service for over a year now and they are very professional. They come on time every month. We do have to provide her with all the cleaning supplies, but she does a fantastic job. She will clean all the bathrooms, bedrooms, living room and kitchen, from dusting, vacuuming, to mopping and doing all the dishes that are in the sink. Even changing bedspreads. She would also remove all the trash from the trash can and clean it afterwards. The house would be spotless when I came home and it smelled nice. I would highly recommend Emilia cleaning service to anyone, who needs a house that is clean ,spotless, smells good and very reliable. You do not have to worry about things getting stolen. She is extremely trustworthy. I have her coming once a month and the price is very reasonable. If you ever need her to come more than once, just email her and she will send one , right away. The good thing about Emilia's cleaning service is that she has just one person coming to your house every time, so you can be assured that it is the same reliable, trusted person that you have come to know her. I can't think of any flaw in Emilia's cleaning service. Just have some good words about her and her service. I am very happy.

We are very pleased with the cleaning. Anna does a fantastic job. We have a clean house but she goes a little beyond esp to wipe down chairs and little things my toddler gets sticky. After some coordination she arrives at the same time every two weeks. Anytime the Office contacted via email or text they are very very prompt and respond within minutes to a half an hour at most. Will continue to use.
