Great JOB!
Description of Work: I was very impressed. Called on Monday afternoon to inquire about having my garage door repaired, and an appointment was made for Tuesday morning. Technician was punctual, quickly determined the problems, gave me a quote, and when the quote was accepted immediately went to work. He replaced the springs which were broken, 5 rollers, and the bottom seal, then adjusted and serviced the door. The whole process took just a little over an hour. Garage door works like new and the price charged was more then reasonable. It's fantastic to find such a company that provides such quick professional service at such reasonable prices!

Unfortunately, I can not find a proposal for doors bid under this homeowner's name. How ever, bids are sent to the contractor, if he is the one who contacts us for pricing, unless he specifies other wise. There is no way for us to know for certain, with little information, if we quoted a better quality door than the other company. There are always cheaper doors available that can appear the same on the surface. We do not typically quote the cheapest available, (unless it is requested) but the the best value for a quality door. If you comparison shop, please try to match up exact manufacturer and model numbers and hardware specifications. We have been installing and servicing garage doors for going on thirty years now and have always been very competitively priced. We have an A+ rating from the Better Business Bureau, and we would like every one to satisfied, even if they do not choose us to do their work.

THE WORKER ARRIVED ON TIME (ON BOTH OCCASIONS) AND WAS EXTREMELY HELPFUL, EVEN CHANGING THE GARAGE LIGHT BULB FOR ME. BUT HE WAS ALSO VERY POLITE AND PROFESSIONAL AND EXPLAINED VERY THOROUGHLY HOW TO USE THE NEW ENTRY KEYPAD AND THEN, WHY THE OLD DOOR DIDN'T THOROUGHLY BALANCE. I RECOMMENDED HIM TO MY NEXT DOOR NEIGHBOR FOR HIS NEW AUTOMATIC DOOR OPENER AND, AFTER CHECKING AROUND FOR BIDS, HAD J & D COME OUT AND INSTALL HIS. HE TOO, WAS VERY SATISFIED.
Description of Work: LAST YEAR (2004) THEY INSTALLED A NEW AUTOMATIC GARAGE DOOR OPENER. LAST MONTH (8/05) I HAD THEM OUT TO ADD A SEALING STRIP ALONG THE BOTTOM OF THE GARAGE DOOR AND ALSO TO BALANCE THE GARAGE DOOR. THE SAME PERSON CAME OUT ON BOTH JOBS.
