Ray was very helpful to explain the different types of paint used. Painters were polite and friendly. We rehired them to come back and paint our office shelves and desk. "I would NOT recommend at all, especially for the amount of money charged, the disruption it caused with me and my husband’s work schedule, the length of time it took to finally get the project complete. A project like this is suppose to get you happy and excited to see the finishing project. I feel like we waited so long to redo our kitchen and it was ruined by this experience & taken for our $$$. This caused nothing but stress, headaches and lots of wasted time on the phone going back and forth, still with unresolved issues and no callback. I was told the whole project would take 5 days,(Cabinets & countertops). It took over a month, they had to come back several times due to the sloppy work, (even the 2nd installer made comments and shook his head, in disbelief -in how things looked), measurements were not correct, drawers were not aligned and put back properly, then they had to cut my drawers, making smaller in size to fit and look half way decent, excessive amounts of glue left, missing parts, mistakes by the installers, equipment left behind. I was also under the assumption workers were employees not 3rd party contractors, which was sent! Due to so many set backs, it was finally done days before Thanksgiving, therefore unable to host last minute- due to all the repeated deep cleaning needed from all the sawdust. We also were asked for payment way before the project was done. The ladies in the office were always nice, the sales guy was nice,but the production team/supervisors or bosses do not respond & after all the mishaps the installers attitude & energy changed. I will say our kitchen looks better than it did, but expected more for what we paid."
