"The owner, Erik Carrier, makes service promises that are never fulfilled. We had Redstar as our property managing company for a while and they were a complete waste of money. We actually lost money by hiring them rather than managing our own condo building ourselves. They performed work on the same plumbing problem several times and never resolved it. They gouged us on pricing of vendors they located or hired consistently. They provided us quotes for work that were two to three times more expensive than the quotes we located ourselves. Do your own research on the owner and this "company" and you'll uncover the same background that we did after hiring them. This is a poor excuse for a company, and its leadership is inept, rude, patronizing, arrogant, and unscrupulous."
