Mr. Hansen has controlled and managed several thousand transactions with a production value of approximately five hundred million dollars. As a well know distressed buyer and consultant; Mr. Hansen has extensive knowledge with all aspects of real estate. Formally an R.E.O asset manager with two major national financial institutions, his experience in corporate asset management provides distressed homeowners with positive solutions and disposition strategy's. Mr. Hansen can handle all areas of real estate and enjoys helping people in need.
