Description of Work: I purchased this because I only had one wall to have wall paper in my bedroom. When speaking to the owner he explained without seeing or asking for dimensions. He did know that it was one wall with a semi-vaulted ceiling. He told me that set up alone I.e. Carrying in equipment would take nearly the two hours. I feel like this "deal" was being padded with extra time to complete the work. When I questioned it as compared to multiple other contractors I have used he lectured me. At that point, I told him I did not think we were a good match.

+ -1 moreProvider came on time and brought a folder that included information on his credentials, insurance coverage and other services that his company provided.. That was a nice touch to provide this information without being asked. Provider did a great job with removing the wallpaper from my kitchen wall. He was organized and very conscientious.. He covered my countertops and appliances while removing the wallpaper. He removed all of the residue off the walls after removing the wallpaper. Plus, he totally cleaned up after completing the job. Overall, I rated his work an "A". As he was working, I reviewed his folder that listed other services that he provided. Since I am interested in having some interior painting done, I asked him for a price quote on some work that I wanted done. I showed him the rooms that I wanted painted and he promised to send me a quote within a week. I never heard from him again. If he didn't want to do this additional work, he shouldn't have promised to send the quote. This lack of follow-up was unprofessional.

After the border was removed there were some hidden issues that needed to be corrected. Because of previous conversations I was prepared for this being a possibility. He kept me informed of what he was doing every step of the way. Clean up was thorough.

Description of Work: Removed wallpaper border that had been put up with improper paste so very difficult to remove. Provider did excellent job of removing with care, was very professional and left the room cleaner than when he arrived. Very pleased.

Description of Work: Contracted for 4 hours of wallpaper removal for $99. Small bathroom. Was told the job had been done wrong, vinyl wallpaper was a bad choice.. After 4hours only half was finished . I asked for another couple hours, he said $75. Billed $175. ( on top of the $99) Three fourths finished. Worked hard, tried his best, just wasn't clear about pricing. I had to leave for an appointment, so he finished for the day.

They were clean and tidy throughout the entire renovation which is what I worried about the most. I feel confident saying do not hesitate to call, these are the good guys!
