They were outstanding. They put extra flushing on the chimney and they did a lot of extra stuff. They found the source of the leak right away and really made sure that they had it covered and the leak was taken care of before they left. They really did a lot of extra things that you don't normally find other companies doing. I have recommended them already to several of my neighbors. They are really, really good. They are extremely knowledgeable, they are quick and they are thorough.

The work was done timely, and they are very professional. Everything was cleaned up and you would never know they were there. I would definitely hire them again!

They did it in two main stage and a third one when I asked them to install ground extensions on three gutters. They connected one upper bathroom exhaust fan to a new vent but oddly didn't see the other upper bathroom fan.

Went very well. They were prompt, professional. Jerry kept me informed of status of the project and also very helpful with details. The roof looks good and they cleaned up all the debris.

We were given three schedule days, we chose Wednesday, 10/26, 11/2, and 11/9. First off, I was informed at the last minute, one day prior to the day the R.K. Roofing staff were coming to install the roof. It would be nice to have received a call on Monday to inform that they will be arriving this Wednesday, 11/2. Second issue was that a decayed plywood piece under the shingle had to be replaced, R.K. Roofing wanted $55 each piece and wanted a check. No credit card. I was not informed upfront that they only take checks and not credit cards. This was a major issue for me. Other than that R.K. Roofing was professional, punctual and provided good service. Arrived at 8.15 a.m. and completed the job by 12.00 noon. Would use them again.

Very well done super professional. Had new roof installed and added ridge vent and some new gutters. Gutter guys not the best communicators just showed up but the roofers were awesome.

Excellent. Workmen were prompt and all business. The job was completed in one day and the cleanup was first rate. When they finished it was starting to get dark so they sent someone over the next day just to make sure the yard was clean of nails and garbage. I have two dogs and all gates that were opened up were closed afterwards. Communication with Jerry was very good. I highly recommend them.

Excellent! The team explained to us what was causing the leak. They also noted some additional issues that would be problematic if not repaired. They fixed both items for the sale price that we had already prepaid through the special on Angie's List. The team and their boss, Jerry, are highly professional and very easy to work with. Not all companies receive compliments but I was delighted with our experience! Scheduling went as smoothly as could be expected given that they are totally dependent on the weather. If we need any additional work on our roof, we will definitely give R K Roofing a call.

Absolutely wonderful from start to finish, got a competitive quote to have my whole roof replaced. Jerry was very pleasant to deal with, scheduled the work to be done within my availability, the workers were very friendly, helpful, clean and organized. I had 3 other quotes to get this work done and they all wanted 40-50% down (which was not a problem for me) to start the work and all seemed to put a big emphasis on how and when they would get paid. However, I was never asked for a down payment by this company and even after the job was completed, there was no conversation about being paid. A day or two later Jerry followed up to ensure all the work was completed to my satisfaction and I had to initiate the conversation about paying for the work performed, I was told by Jerry to just mail him a check, which I did promptly. I get it that companies are in business to make money and there are a lot of shady people who try to get out of paying, however it is refreshing to see a company that was more interested in doing the job right and following up to ensure I was satisfied with their work instead of getting paid first. I will not hesitate to recommend R K Roofing to anyone who wants to get work done on their roof.

This is a very professional, responsive, and hard-working group. Jarek answered all our questions and followed through with us every step of the way. The work crew was always punctual, completed the job in a timely manner, and cleaned up beautifully at the end of each day. In addition, they were friendly and accommodating. I recommend them without reservation. So happy we went with R K Roofing!

Jerry was great to deal with. The best prices on Angies List. Very professional and detailed. I couldn't have asked for a better company. The roofing crew was great. Very nice job and done in one day. When they were finished, they cleaned my property. I couldn't find one thing out of place. Very Very Happy with my decision to go with RK Roofing. I would definitely recommend them to everyone.

Jerry was very easy to communicate via phone, email, text. I always got response within a day. His crews worked hard and price was very reasonable. I got quote from 2 other places. Their price was very competitive and work quality was great.

Excellent work. The owner Rafal is an excellent communicator -(and handsome!) and his crew leader Stanley was amazing. They did the job in one day and cleaned up afterward. Previously I had written a review where Rafal took the time to help me with my roof leaks where four other roofers couldn't fix the problem and one wanted to charge me $700 without a guarantee that the roof wouldn't leak afterward. Rafal stopped by house and spent 15 mins on the roof and caulked what he could, and amazingly the next time it rained, I didn't see any leaks and there was no water collected in the dish pans I had put in the attic. Six months later I finally could afford to have my roof replaced and called R K Roofing.

Despite a very busy season and uncooperative weather, work was completed quickly and professionally. The cost was fair (I did get estimates from other roofers) and communication good. I would recommend this company for roofing needs.

I purchased a Big Deal and the worker only replaced a few shingles. I asked for the invoice so that I could see how much credit I had left since he recommended that I get a new roof. He told me to call Angie's List to get the credit. I just wanted the invoice of the amount of work that he performed.

Went well, prompt response to my inquiry for service and work was done quickly and professionally. I would have liked to maybe pay a little less, but I am still happy.

I'm sure RK Roofing is a fine organization - but Angie's list sucks. Stop asking me to review service that didn't take place I didn't want to score F's - but your stupid logic on your ridiculous form forced me to.
