Afterwards Jerry contacted me and rectified my problem at no cost and apologised for any misunderstanding. I am extremely satisfied and will definitely use them in the future

Description of Work: Replaced roof and some of the boards. They were great as it was the end of the year and squeezed my roof in. Good thing it was a mild winter. The roof was on a rental property. Great job and best price of the estimates I got.

Description of Work: Rafal came out to look at my roof job, he was professional, pleasant and honest. He's more inclined to Ranch houses, not as high off the ground, with an easier pitched roof, not bungalows. My house dimensions are also larger which would cause him to have to adjust the price upwards. I appreciated him taking the time to go up in the attic and look with me, and giving me a few things that we found to point out to the next company I contact.

Description of Work: Rafal inspected garage and very politely explained that the garage structure and foundation is severely compromised to the point where it is unsafe and impracticable to replace. It would have been very bad to spend all that money to put a roof up only to see it and the walls come down. Thanks Rafal.

Description of Work: Almost a complete roof tear down. They replaced most of the board's beneath shingles, complete shingles and gutters. They did a very good job, and had by far the best prices.

Description of Work: They made appointment, came as scheduled. Evaluated the area of concern. Determined that did only shingle roofs and not the kind of roof on the area of the house leaking. Said I should contact another company and request a refund.

Description of Work: I purchased the Complete new roof deal for $ 4899. Rafal was very professional and responsive when I contacted him. My house gutters neeeded to be either repaired or replaced, the roof on my garage also needed to be replaced. Rafal provieded me estimates for new gutters on my house and garage and also the estimate for a roof replacement on my garage. I had the house roof replaced along with the gutters. The garage roof was also replaced along with new gutters and fascia. Rafal was able to squeeze me in between jobs and his crew was very professional. They did an outstanding job and did a thorough clean up after they were finished.
