Excellent. Very timely, the job was done in a very high quality. They had to do some extra repairs in the section of the roof that work was being done on. Very polite and professional. I would use them again.

These guys are absolutely great. I just wish all of the folks I deal with day to day were as prompt, courteous, and hard-working. By the time we purchased our home last fall, it was too late to get a new roof put on. I called the owner and asked him to put me down as one of his first jobs as soon as we got some warmer weather. Sure to his word, he called me as soon as he was able, and we made the arrangements. The crew showed up on time, and did an outstanding job. They tore everything down to the bare deciking and replaced the roof with some very high quality shingles. After they were done, you would never have known they were there. Every nail and piece of debris was picked up. They covered all of my windows and decking with plywood, just in the case they dropped anything, and worked some long and hard hours, with just a short break for lunch. At the end of the day, 7:00 pm, I would talk with them a little, and they were great folks, and very interesting to talk with. I highly recommend this company, and I am a very picky consumer. Roof looks great!

The quality was good. It was excellent.

He was timely and polite. He was very thorough. There were three people here doing the work. We realized more work needs to be done to the roof.

The guys were prompt, they did a good job, and they were there for a couple of days. I have no complaints with them at all. I ended up having to pay a little more, because they had to change some wood on the roof. They did a good job, and they explained everything, so I would recommend them. The pricing wasn't bad. I had checked around, and the pricing was a little less than other estimates I had gotten.

I would rate them the best. I had to wait a little bit because they were busy but they were out when they said they'd be out. They worked really hard. They had to come back out because of my association but didn't charge. I would definately recommend them.

Hello, I purchased the "$1,699 for a New Roof Replacement on your Garage with a Lifetime Warranty" from "R K Roofing Inc", but this afternoon, the supplier called me stating that they are fully booked for the rest of the year and for well into the beginning of next year, and so they can't perform this job. They asked me to obtain a refund of the $1699 which had already been charged to my credit card. I would appreciate your assistance with this matter, or with finding another roofer who can perform the same task for the same price. Thank you. Service provider wasn't able to guarantee that the job could be completed before the winter. I do understand but we want to get roof done before the winter. Also the actual price of the roof was going to be more than the deal price. I appreciate that he was honest about his schedule. I am just frustrated that I wasted my time.

Second time using R K Roofing and if I ever need them again I would not hesitate to call.

R K Roofing Inc came by to take a look and informed my my roof fell outside of the parameters for this service. Apparently it had something to do with the fact that it was three story home, too steep, and larger than the square footage alotment. They were very nice and helpful throughout.

Good bunch of workers that did a good looking job on my mother's roof in Chicago. The job was done in a faster time frame than predicted and the personal contact was welcoming. The price came in a little over the estimate but the roof has not had any work in over 30 years so I could understand the cost increase. I would highly recommend this company.Pulaski

They were going to charge extra for the roof after adding on certain items. The actual price was going to be $8,000. I felt like it was false advertising so I asked for the refund. He was nice and professional, we just weren't expecting the added costs.

These guys were awesome. very informative and did what they said they would do. I had quotes from other roofers that were 5 times more expensive and found out they were lying to me on what needed to be repaired. They were upfront on what they needed to do and did not try and up sell my. They did a great job cleaning up after they were done. I have not found 1 nail anywhere on my property. They also cleaned out my gutters when they finished which was a big surprise.

The service provider was booked through November and could not do the service when I needed. They were very nice.

Fantastic from start to finish. Rafael was easy to deal with, responsive, and professional. RK provided me with an estimate - it was considerably lower than the competition's, I was almost worried, but I trusted the Angie's List reviewers. I was scheduled several weeks into the future, but he was able to fit me in sooner. The team arrived on time, and in four hours it was all done. They cleaned up very nicely. As it turned out, my garage was larger than originally estimated (I have a very deep garage). Rafael called and said it would $350 more than estimated, for materials that he had to run out and get. He said we would not charge me for the extra labor. He provided me with all the warranty information to send in to Owen-Corning. (don't forget to ask!) Really great roof, and a pleasure to deal with.

Right roofing did an excellent job. They showed up on time completed project in one day and cleaned area after they were done. I am more than satisfied and will defintely refer them to my friends. The price was fair actually it was the best price of the four estimates I had gotten. Their work was exceptional.

Rafal was great. We were in a tight spot, as the "organic" shingles our home's previous owner had installed had failed well ahead of their warrantied date and we were getting water in our attic. We got at least 8 quotes on the project, and the lead time for every roofer we talked to was 8-10 weeks. But Rafal came through in the clutch. His pricing was very competitive, and although he warned us it could be several weeks before he could get a team out to replace the roofs, he managed to squeeze us in after his team finished another job early. That was only a week or two after he'd quoted the job! His team did a very professional job, too. They showed up at around 8am on a Tuesday and were finished with both roofs by the time I got home at 5:30pm. I stopped at home during lunch to check out the progress and they were moving right along! If I hadn't come home for lunch, it would've been as if my roofs had been magically replaced while I was at work. Never would've known anyone had even been there--aside from the lovely new roof. Highly recommend!

Crew was extremely polite...clean and punctual. Both driveways on either side were picked up (both commented on the cleanliness). Raphael made himself available by text message during the process and showed up after the job was complete to check things out. I would recommend them and use them again.

The project went very well. Three gentlemen actually performed the work and were willing to work with a special request. I wanted drip edge all the way around and they left an overhang so I could install them after the job. Extra sheeting was required and the crew purchased and installed (at an extra rate which was understood). Cleanup was great and the entire job was completed from 10 A.M. to 6 P.M. Love it. P.S. They also added 3 ft replacement sections to the existing rafters when needed. The original facia boards had rotted and the rafters were consequently rotting as well. This was not asked for so it was greatly appreciated.

RK Roofing is great! We needed a roof replacement estimate during our inspection for a house we were purchasing and Rafael came the next day. We ended up using them and are very glad we did. They are very professional and were able to handle all the problems they hit with our roof and skylights to finally have a roof correctly installed. The final cost aligned with the estimate, which is not always the case when you hit issues. The owner kept the communication lines open throughout the process - even when I ended up delivering our child early in the midst of the project and hit a major snag. Rafael and his team resolved the issue and finished up on time. And they left the area very clean.

Rafal and the R.K. Roofing crew were a pleasure to work with. Rafal came out the same day I contacted him to provide us with a proposal and price quote. He gave the estimate that day, without any hard sell sales pitch. He let me know that he did not have any openings for about six weeks, but told me if he had a cancellation of a scheduled job, he would try to fit our job in sooner. He called me less than two weeks after my acceptance of his proposal, to let me know he had had a cancellation, and that he and his crew could perform the work the next day.The crew showed up the next morning as scheduled, and Rafal came later to make sure all the work was going well. The complete tear off roof, repair of rotted wood, and roof replacement was done in one day. Gutter installation was completed three days later as agreed upon.

RK Roofing did an outstanding job of roofing my house. The owner Rafael is professional and kind. His craftsmen are respectful dheerful, efficient and detail oriented. They did a fantastic job of adjusting an ailing roof. They did a tear off, fixed the many rotting boards on my 80 something year old house. The roofline is sharp and level again and soffit/faschia work has really improved my home's safety and beauty. They are true professionals and Rafael gave an exceptional price for what they did.
