Everything was done well and efficiently!

Unfortunately this did not go good at all, communication was horrible as they did not show up on the scheduled time. They did not call or email to say they were running late at all. The technicians that showed up did not really understand English at all, so trying to communicate with them was hard, difficult, and frustrating. I am not sure if they understood what I needed done, I am not sure if they did what they were sent out to do. In the end, getting some loose roof shingles secured turned into me receiving an email that I needed my entire roof replaced, which I know is not needed. I relied on reviews from other angies list users and unfortunately it did not work for me with this provider.

We found RK Roofing here on Angies List. The reviews are amazing. In our search for the right roofer, we got about 6 quotes. The quotes spanned a big range price-wise, though everyone was recommending the same services. RK was the most affordable. That plus the great reviews, so we went for it! Very happy we did. Work was completed as promised in a timely manner this fall. The roof and gutters look great. Last week, I had a question about icicles forming on the gutters. I sent Rafal and email, and within hours one of the guys who installed the gutters was ringing my doorbell. Danny answered all my questions and was very helpful. Highly recommended!

Was quick to reply with an estimate. Had to juggle the date a bit due to weather. On the day of the job, they arrived before 8am and were finished by 7pm. Did a great job about cleaning up debris - they even tried to scrub my driveway after one of the guys dropped some berries from his lunch (I wasn't worried about it). The roof looks great.

We had been shopping for a new roof for 2 years. The first 2 bids that I got were not even close in dollar amount. One being twice the amount of the other. So a search was started for a roof with a lifetime warranty at a cost that seemed fair by a licensed contractor. During year two of the search we joined Angies list with the purchase of a new roof in mind. We found R K Roofing through Angies List but at first we decided not to use them, we had other contractors to interview. After interviewing several other contractors we called Rafal back to continue our talks about the roofing job. Best decision that we ever made. Rafal was a gentleman & not a pushy salesman, his crew was courteous and knowledgeable. The job was done as promised, on time and all debris cleared from the area. The new roof is beautiful.

Rafael was pleasant and professional. I am a first time homeowner and he was very patient with my incessant questions (a lot of times over the same things). He is never in a hurry to get me off the phone and willing to spend time to make sure that I understand things. His workers were pleasant and professional as well. The roof came out beautiful with a very nicely matched chimney chosen by Rafael. All the vents and flashings looked nicely secured. My gutters were sagging and they did a nice job re-securing them. I had questions about the bathroom vent after the work was done and he came back to show me what's going on.

They cleaned up completely after the first day and again at completion. The roof looks beautiful. The prices were outstanding. There is a reason he is number 1 on Angie's list. His work is superb. I have already recommended them to two co-workers.

We were impressed with the quality of work from RK Roofing. Rafal came to give us an estimate on a Saturday and 10 days later his crew came and installed the new roof. Rafal was very professional through out and kept us informed of the schedule. His crew was very accommodating and worked together in a very coordinated fashion. It was a very windy day and after the old roof was removed one person cleaned up and used the magnetic sweeper all around the house and lawn. Then after the job was complete the equipment and debris were removed and the magnetic sweeper was used again. They used a large trailer to bring the roofing materials and also for taking away all of the old roofing. No heavy dumpster. I liked this because no heavy trucks needed to be driven on the concrete driveway which could possibly cause cracking in the concrete. We were very satisfied with the upgraded shingle manufacturer and the installation process from RK Roofing. Good job.

Good experience! They didn’t let me know when they were finished, they just left, and left my garage door open. The work is pretty good!

Rafael came out and gave me a great price for a tear off and reshingle for my house and detached garage. He recommended a complimentary shingle color that looks beautiful on my house. He was able to come out two weeks after the estimate and start my roof. The crew came out on Friday and did the garage then came on Saturday to do the house. The men worked very hard and did a thorough job with the repairs and roofing. My attic fan was replaced and the old one taken away along with all the old shingles. The clean up afterwards was immaculate. They swept the walks and took all the debris with. Thank you for such a nice roof.

It was a pleasure doing business with R K Roofing. They did a great job and cleaned up very well every night. I highly recommend them for their professional work at a most reasonable cost.

I had a number of pieces of damaged plywood on the front of my roof. I had two other contractors come out and look at my roof both contractors were more expensive. Both recommended a ridge vent. One recommended replacing all of the soffet ventilation. Rafael came out personally and told me that a ridge vent was unnecessary. I already had mushroom vents and that ridge vents were only needed for cathedral type ceilings and that putting in a ridge vent could actually void the warranty on my shingles since I already had mushroom vents. I verified this with a friend of mine who is a contractor before making my decision. Rafaei's crew came out on time and worked quickly. The end cost fell right in line with expectation. When they cleaned up you'd have never known they had been there. VERY happy with the professionalism, honesty, work, results and the value.

Great, we had another company come out and they quoted us $1000 for the same job! Everything was great.

They were excellent. He was the least expensive of all the quotes we got. They were fast with the quote, professional, tidy. They did a good job.

They were very helpful and polite, got my roof repaired and even saw some problems that I wasn't aware of, took pictures of it all and showed me. Great job and would definitely use them again!!
