5 stars! Affordable, professional, and easy. Mailed me the cheapest granite samples because we didn't want to go to the showroom and just wanted the most affordable option. It looks amazing! Everyone from sales to measurement to installation was skilled, helpful, and knowledgeable. Make sure to leave time to book installation -- they seem to get booked quickly. Even then, they called me with an earlier date when it became available.

I had obtained a number of estimates from various stone design centers to replace my current countertop with a granite countertop. I live in Antioch, Illinois so I had an opportunity to talk to quite a few businesses. Factory Plaza was the last place I visited, since it was on the outskirts of the area I was looking into. Anna Phillips, the Project Manager was very courteous and knowledgeable. I was given a list of the many kinds of stone products they carry in their warehouse, along with a price list. Walking through the warehouse, I was given the opportunity to go over all the possibllities I could use in my kitchen, with no sales person trying to make a sale or steer me to a particular piece. When I had picked a slab I was interested in , Anna went over the diagram I had brought with showing that I had come up with 32 sq ft of countertop. Being the honest person she is, I was shown how I had actually had a total of 27 sq ft of counter... saving me over 200.00. This could have easily been charged to me. I appreciate her honesty. I mentioned I would be purchasing a stainless steel sink. Anna mentioned a wide variety they carry. All top quality in material and thickness. I added that to my list also. I will mention that even though I continued to look at various sinks in the week after, I could not beat the price for what was sold to me, for the quality I recieved. I was given a measuremnt appointment and install day. Everything was spelled out in the contract and I was very comfortable knowing that every possible item was gone over before I walked out of that showroom. On the day of measurement, a gentleman called 15 minutes ahead of the appointment, just making sure I would be available. When he pulled up, the , I was shown his credentials. He made sure of all the measurements, checking everything for level. He actually double checked all of his measurents. I was impressed by the impeccable way he went about his business. In 30 minutes, he was done. I was called by Anna the next day, reassuring me the measurements were identical to the ones we signed the contract for and that my slab was ready for fabrication. During my picking out the slab, I pointed out a number of color veins I wanted in the countertop. Anna remembered that and went over my instructions again. Attention to detail is another strong point of the people at Factory Plaza.The day had finally arrive for our countertop to be installed. Two men came here to do the install, Roman and Tom. They were very attentive to detail and to making sure I knew exactly what they were doing during the install. Roman took the time to go over the brand faucet I was installing, and when the install was through, the cleanup was minimal because these professionals were immaculate in their work. They went over the care of my new countertop and that if I had any other bquestions, I should not hesitate to call Factory Plaza. My countertop is outstanding. I recieved everything I paid for and much more. It was such a pleasant experience, I would not hesitate to recommend anyone to give them a call. Better yet. Stop by and see the variety of stone slabs as well as the craftsmanship in their showroom.

It went very well. I emailed Mario my kitchen plans and he gave me an estimate. We drove to their showroom where we went to the warehouse with a price list to view the slabs of granite. We chose our granite slabs and gave them a downpayment. Once our cabinets were installed, I called and they came to measure and schedule an installment date. We live approximately 3 hours away, but Factory Plaza was suggested by a relative who had done 2 kitchens with them and were very satisfied. The price was $2500 less than a local granite supplier and the service was amazing. Of all the things we have ordered for our new house, this process was the best. The granite was installed several weeks later, and looks great. I would recommend them to anyone who asked.

From start to finish this was a wonderful experience. The warehouse environment enables you to see a wide variety of products up close, fully polished and in the original large slabs. Samples are also available to take home at no charge. Once we identified the stone we wanted the sales person helped us layout our counters on the slab so we were able to determine where on the slab we wanted each cut. Measurements were scheduled and the field person arrived on time and was helpful in talking through a variety of ideas. We then finalized our contract and the final product was delivered. The installation was flawless and the install team was extremely careful and professional. The price we received was significantly less then the other quotes and the selection and service was excellent. I would use this company again and recommend them to others.

The day before the installation they called me and gave me a two hour window for when the installers would be there. I got a time of 8am to 10am and they showed up no later then 8:30 ready to rock and roll on my kitchen. Both the installers were very professional, courteous, and very respectful of the area they were working in. The installation was complete in about three hours. Everything went better then expected. By the time they left I couldn't tell any work was done in my kitchen. It was as clean as it was before they started. Factory Plaza had the best pricing as I could find and the communication with the company was great. I would recommend factory plaza to anyone who would like granite countertops in their kitchen,

Everything was great - the showroom had a good selection of different granites to choose from. From choosing selections the guy came out to measure and was pretty quick to do all final measurements. About a week later they came with the countertops and installed them. It took about 2 & 1/2 hours. They cleaned up and didn't damage anything. The granite looks great and the installation was too. We look forward to working with them in the future. This may be one of the best kept secrets in the Chicagoland area for countertops.

So glad that our brother told us about Factory Plaza and that we were able to see the results of the granite installed in his home before we ever set foot in Factory Plaza. Great selection of granites to choose from, tremendous prices, and they traveled 150 miles to install our granite. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. A BIG thumbs up for Factory Plaza.

We contacted Factory Plaza Memorial Day Weekend. We were able to do our own estimate online, have a tech come out the next day to give more thorough estimate, and choose our granite in the course of 2 days. The installation was done the following Saturday. The installers had to do some leveling of our current cabinets, and they cleaned up after themselves. Every person we dealt with at Factory Plaza was courteous, professional, helpful, and truly enjoyed their job. Anna Phillips went above and beyond, answering our many "newbie" questions and assisting with color and style choices. It's interesting to note that we had the option of going to the warehouse and choosing our ACTUAL granite. That way we had a choice of which slab to use on the counters versus the one on the island. If there was a natural "discoloration" we could choose to have that area be the cut-out for the sink. With all these choices, you can imagine that it could have been overwhelming. However, the wonderful staff at Factory Plaza made it easy! Our new kitchen counter tops look incredible! And what is truly amazing is the price and quick turn around. Home Depot quoted more than TWICE as much, and the installation would have taken at least 4 weeks. From start to finish the whole process with Factory Plaza took 1 week.

WOW, Factory Plaza is absolutely awesome. This is actually the second time using Factory Plaza, first time being a bathroom vanity countertop for my son's house, which came out beautiful, so I decided to use them again. They are experts in their field of stone, from measuring to installation and are extremely professional. They have an outstanding selection of granite and marble slabs. I'm in the process of fixing my house to sell it and wanted granite countertops but didn't want to spend a fortune. They have price ranges from less expensive to top of the line. If you're looking for new countertops you have to check this place out, you will not be disappointed.

Excellent experience from initial warehouse visit. Great service all the way down the line from sales, measurement person, and the installation crew was quick, clean, and uber professional. VERY FAST TURN AROUND! Would definitely use again. Price was good as well.

Drove to their factory and they showed us all their granite. Included a free sink. Be sure to ask for sink baskets...they are an extra $20 each and totally worth it. They came to measure quickly and did a great job. They came just a few days later to install. Perfect countertop, great installation. We love it. We got the feathered countertop...looks like leather. We LOVE it. Great service. Very fast.

We could not be happier with the Factory Plaza experience! We LOVE the finished product, and would highly recommend Factory Plaza to others. The price that we were quoted was very, very competitive, and there were no surprises at anytime during the process. Since the granite that we selected was a stock item, we were charged only for square footage needed, and not per slab. Both dates that the provider established (for measurements and for installation) were met on-time, and even early in one instance! Natalia was our project manager and did a very good job. Beata spent countless hours laying/taping out every possible scenario for cutting this exotic stone. She was EXTREMELY helpful and professional, and provided a seam suggestion that makes the countertops appear as one piece that flows around the kitchen!. She made this entire process, which could have been very stressful, a really enjoyable experience! Beata provided us with copies of all pricing, changes, measurements, contract terms, balance due, etc. - we were were always "in the know". The approximate layout that was decided on and taped off was not changed one bit at fabrication-it was EXACTLY as we laid out and again, no unpleasant surprises. The quality of the product and professionalism of the staff was unmatched! We received professional opinions based on experience that really made the difference in the final product. This includes input from Beata, from our measurer(name unknown) and from Adam, our installer. Adam and his partner were punctual, easy-going, and very professional on the install date. All floors were protected, and the two-man team treated our house with the utmost respect and care. Adam was able to make slight adjustments to the granite as needed in our driveway, making for as perfect of a fit as possible. In addition, Adam was able to modify one counter edge to follow the form of a decorative door, adding to the overall quality of the installation! Based on our experience from quote to install, I only plan to go to Factory Plaza for future granite needs.

The whole process from start to finish went very smoothly. The end result was beautiful. From the beginning when I went to the showroom to inquire about the countertops the folks at Factory were very helpful. They let me go into the warehouse to look at the granite they had and even gave me samples I could take home and show my husband. The price they quoted was reasonable - I had shopped around prior to going to Factory Plaza. We set up a time to have someone come to our house to do the measurements. The person showed up on time and did the measurements accurately and quickly. My husband and I went back to the warehouse to sign the final paperwork. We had set up an appointment for the granite countertops to be installed. The installers showed up on time and worked very efficiently and quickly. They had completely installed the countertops within a couple of hours. The countertops were beautiful. The service is outstanding and the product itself is outstanding. We would highly recommend this company to anyone.

When we arrived, we were greeted immediately by a sales rep. She sat down with us and ask specifically what we were looking for. We had our measurements with us so she gave us an estimate right up front & gave us the approximate square footage we were going to buy. She then took us to the back where all of the slabs of granite were to decide what type we wanted, along with a brochure of prices. There had to be at least 6 rows of different granite! What a decision to make! What was nice was she didn't hound us & gave us all the time we needed to peruse. After making the selection, we then got to pick the actual slab we wanted. I think we had 5 different slabs we got to look at. We then made an appointment to have someone come out & do the final measurements. This gentleman was on time & called in the morning to verify he was coming. I had to go back in & select another small piece because of the length of my counter. When I was there, our sales rep suggested that we tape out on our slab approximately where we wanted the pieces cut. This was great because there were so much variety in my slab with different details. I had wanted a certain "fossil" spot on my peninsula and it was so nice to actually put that exactly where I wanted it. My delivery date was within a week & during a snow storm. The installers were on time and very professional. The only problem was a bit of a language barrier, but one of the men spoke English good enough to communicate with me. The installation was quick & perfect. They asked me where to drill the holes for the faucet & soap dispenser & helped with positioning. I have recommended them to at least 6 other people & they have been very satisfied too.

From meeting and working with Anna in the showroom, to measurements done by Martin, and then the installation with Roman and Tom. They all exceeded our expectations. Great selection of stone, plus the experience necessary to complete our specific job was top notch. Would not hesitate to recommend Factory Plaza to anyone shopping for granite!

All I can say is BUYER BEWARE! Factory Plaza installed a cracked granite countertop in my kitchen and then blamed it on me when I complained about the crack stating that I approved the template. The crack is all the way through the stone and extends 24 inches from the front edge to the back of the countertop. They even went so far as to lineup the crack on the top of the countertop with a crack in the backsplash. The stone I selected is multi-colored and the cracks are filled with a black material. They tell you if you want, you can come back after the measurements are taken, and you can take part in the template process. This allows the customer to see how the stone will be laid out prior to cutting the stone. I did just that, I went there and the sales representative made a template of the pieces using masking tape. I made a second trip the following week with my husband so that he could see the template layout. We carefully examined the layout and we would have definitely noticed a crack if it was there. We then approved the templates and set up the installation date. At installation, the installers brought in the pieces and laid them on top of the cabinets. I immediately noticed the crack in one of the pieces. I phoned the sales representative and was told the crack is not a crack, it is a fissure, and this is normal with granite. I told her why would I want a granite countertop with a crack and I would never have purchased the stone with a crack. She then told me all the granite slabs of the stone I selected have fissures. At this point, I told the installers to stop the installation until this can be resolved. I went over to Factory Plaza to see the other slabs. When I arrived she showed me two slabs with some small fissures. I tried explaining to her that the stone I have is a crack that goes all the way through the stone, not a fissure, and I want the cracked piece replaced. She then tells me she spoke to the manager and was told that if I want it replaced I would have to pay for the stone. She said I approved the template and that they cut the stone how I wanted it. I told her the crack was not there when I approved the template. She responds with they are not going to cut another stone and eat the cost. I was disgusted at this point and I told her I am not going to give them any more money. The installers came back the following day and finished the installation. Everyone that sees my cracked granite countertop has the same reaction. OMG, did you pay them in full. Unfortunately, I did.

Remodeling kitchen and wanted granite countertops. Went to local big box store and they wanted $2500 for the countertop, the addition countertop for an island was not included. Also, was told that someone would be out in two weeks to measure counter! Looked on Angie's and found Factory Plaza. I called Factory Plaza and spoke with Anna. She gave me a quote of $1750 and that was with an addition countertop for an island. I asked for the upcoming Saturday for an appointment and was able to get one. She told me that my appointment would be between 8 am and 10 am. On Saturday the measurer came at 9 am. The measurer suggested that I go to the factory to look at the selections. I went the following Monday and so many beautiful slabs of granite to choose from, unlike the big box store. On Saturday, the installers were at my house. The countertops are Beautiful. A few days later I noticed a small nix on the countertop, I called Anna and it was taken care of right away. GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Granite selection was great. Installation went smoothly. Highly professional. Flexible and easy to work with.

I ended up not using them. They quoted me for one price, but then when it was time to sign the contract they quoted me for a different price. The final quote they gave me was a couple of hundred dollars different.

It went perfectly! Great price, very helpful staff; timely on their appointment to measure and also for the installation. Two installers worked for approximatley 2 hours to install and they were very neat during the installation and cleaned up everything before they left. I would use Factory Plaza again and I would recommend them to others as well.

I'm honestly SO happy to be able to write a good review, ~ Will begin with my trip to one of the "big box stores" where I received a quote of $3000.00+ for new granite countertops, including a 10% discount. A little surprised by the cost as my countertops aren't that large, I went on to Angie's List, ended up calling Factory Plaza, & for the EXACT same granite, got a quote of $1700.00. The charge to remove the old countertops brought it up to just under $2000.00. I then made a trip to the showroom & sparing all details, need to address their flexibility! I was very pleasantly surprised with how much they worked with me, they did all the bending! Promptness was another strong point, if I'm not mistaken the big box store said something about six weeks after measuring & full payment for installation. My new countertops have been beautifully & professionally installed by two extremely efficient, professional & kind workers two weeks & 2 days after my initial visit to the showroom. (They were willing to install within two weeks - it was my decision to go the extra weekend). Just can't say enough about how happy I am and how highly I would recommend Factory Plaza! Will also mention the price was so good I did my bathroom countertop!

Very pleased with the staff's professionalism and quality install. They went above and beyond my expectations. The kitchen counter tops are beautiful!
