It went very well. The repair man showed up on time, he did not leave any mess, and his work was perfect. A number of times he called us to show us what he was doing, which was very informative. He gave us a number of tips in how to help us better maintain our granite counter tops.

We could not have received better service than that provided by Maurizio at Avanti Stone. We received timely, personalized service. We had a response to our original request within hours and a visit from the owner the next day. Precise measurements were made. Our choice of stone came from a wide range of possibilities. The installation went smoothly and on time. And the company is friendly and easy to work with.

Maurizio was very prompt in returning my inquiry. He explained everything in full and was prompt and courteous. He did an excellent job on our stone repair. We're very pleased!

I cannot say enough good things about this company. From the first consultation to the beautiful finished floor Maurizio and his crew were professional, timely and quality driven. Maurizio was very responsive, knowledgeable and explained everything to us. He and Tony were both wonderful to work with. They showed up exactly as planned and showed great respect for my home. They took the necessary time to measure each piece and made sure that it was properly cut and installed. The floor looks beautiful. Quickly and professionally. Class operation. My only regret is I did not use this operation for the initial counter installation a few years back. Had I done this I would not have the problem I required them to fix.

Maurizio was helpful in not only educating us about the natural stone floors we had, but also in working within our tight time frame. He made sure that he called in extra manpower to finish the job (which was about 1100 sq. ft. of natural stone) in time. The floors are beautiful! Well worth the investment.

Can't say enough good things about this company. First, I called two companies that were top picks on Angies list. Both had super ratings. The reason I picked Avanti is the owner came out to see us within 24 hours of our call. He had several suggestions on how to make our project look even better with using some finish bead tiles. This comes with experience. The competition asked me to send them a picture of the job and they quoted it from a text pic. (That approach makes me nervous cause what I often hear is well we couldn't see something on a pic and now we have to increase our price). Moreover no advice from experts comes from a pic quote so we were delighted that the owner of Avanti took the time to make sure our job would look awesome. My wife was having a party in two weeks, and they were booked farther out. Nevertheless they juggled the schedule and came out and did the job prior to the party. My wife has a keen and critical eye, and asked their crew to move several tiles because they looked darker than she expected underneath the cabinets. The workers were anxious to make her happy. After working with them for about 30 min she said to me....."These guys are great and really get it. I don't have to stand over them". What better recommendation could I give. I was told the project would take 1 day and they finished on time for the price they promised. Looks wonderful. These guys are fantastic. Oh for those of you who are interested......Avanti was a little more than the competition, but the personalized service and the results were so worth it. My wife is going to look at that tile for 20 years, and a few more bucks was worth the joy of a great experience.

Before ordering, we explained we were trying to repair the crack ourselves, but wanted to see what remnants were available in case we needed to go that route. Mauricio, owner of Avanti Stone, Immediately understood our needs and escorted us inside the workshop to look at the quartz slabs available. He offered to hold one for us if our repairs didn't work. He also was kind enough to give us some extremely useful advice and supplies for our project. Needless to say, we ended up returning and ordering his countertop. He came out to measure and had the new one ready for installation within a few days and delivered it. Thankfully he offered to trim away part of the inner cabinet wood to make the sink fit properly. The new vanity top is beautiful! Throughout the whole process, we found Mauricio to be patient, understanding, helpful and very professional. We will definitely use him again on our next project.

it went well. Maurizio answered all my questions promptly and fully. the work was done well and quickly- the counter tops and sink installed in one day and the backsplash tiles in a second day; workers were neat and laid out cloths on the floor and put paper on the counters, taped along the cabinets to keep things as clean as possible. I was asked questions regarding options on things that came up that were unexpected. invoice was adjusted for work not done due to unforeseen plumbing situation regarding the sink. i appreciated that. Love my new kitchen! worth every penny!

Maurizio is a perfectionist! He did an excellent job measuring, cutting and installing the counters in our large kitchen. When I noticed an imperfection the day after installation, he returned within 24 hours to fix the issue. Highly recommend Avanti Stone!

This is our second job with Avanti Stone. Once again they meet all our expectations. The quality of the workmanship is outstanding. The owner is very easy to work with and a great communicator. We will definitely use them again.

These guys are great! We purchased our stone slabs independently, and they met us at the warehouse to inspect the slabs to be sure that we were OK with the defects and coloring of the slabs. They cut the countertops so a stone indentation was used for the backsplash (added character) but not the work surface, where it might have been in the way. They were prompt and friendly. Quick work and great communication. Even though they are based in Bensenville, they came to Waukegan to do my kitchen. I am very pleased with this company.

Wonderful job. They were on time and very professional. They helped us layout a complicated design. The employee doing the tiling was punctual and was an excellent craftsman. He was neat and cleaned up each day. The job was completed faster than I thought it would be and he made the backsplash into a work of art. I am so impressed and pleased with the work Avanti Stone did. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone as the final product was absolutely beautiful.

It was a WONDERFUL experience! I saw the fantastic reviews here on Angie's List and I am SO happy that I went with Avanti Stone. I had called Mauricio early in the week to get an estimate, I knew what I needed done, and had the tile already. Not only did he provide an estimate based on pictures I took, he did it very quickly via email. I asked what kind of grout he wanted me to have, picked it up and had everything ready to go. He and Tony were at my house on Friday of the same week, Maurizio discussed the job with me and Tony did the labor. They were both wonderful to work with, very professional, thorough, detail-oriented (which was very important to me since I am a perfectionist), neat, and just overall very pleasant. If I could give them a grade higher than an A, I would without hesitation! I will definitely be calling Maurizio for any and all future projects. Thank you both!!!

Two men worked tirelessly for 6 days with true artistry and patience. The floor is magnificent. From the front door foyer area down two halls into two closets and encompassing the kitchen to the back door.
