New master bath, new guest bath, new kitchen. Loved working with Mike. He was very friendly, responsive, and I could tell that he loved his work,valued his employees and really wanted to do the very best job for his clients. We met twice at a stone supplier in the far south suburbs because I was looking for soapstone counters for the kitchen, which isn't as easy to find as granite. We found them, and found a small piece of an unusual red granite that fit my bar area perfectly. I love the earthiness of the soapstone and even the little nicks and marks that come with use make it look right at home as though It has been here for decades. I love the matte (honed?) finish. I had a hard time selecting tile for the kitchen backsplash behind the cooktop and finally found an Ann Sacks tile in scarlet red. We did a framed design with a herringbone pattern in plain tiles and the ground was of the beveled subway tiles. I was concerned that two types of tile wouldn't look right together, but he assured me that they would be spectacular, and he was right. The backsplash is one of my favorite features in the kitchen Used Caesarstone for both bath counters and for the curbs and side walls of the shower opening. Used natural pebbles for shower floor, and 45 degree angled tile on the master bath floor. I loved all of his suggestions and his willingness to describe his methods to me and reasons why something would or wouldn't work. He placed a niche in the shower wall to hold soaps and shampoos that is concealed from view so that we don't have that "lovely" plastic bottle line up in view. I happily and heartily recommend Avanti stone. (His tile-layer played lovely Italian opera music as he worked.) Daily cleanup was done exceedingly well as we were living in the home during the construction and it could have been a disaster, but Mike and Tony were neatniks. Thank you for a job very well done. .

Marizio was professional from start to finish. He was very knowledgeable on the front end and flexible with our delivery needs on the back end. Overall, we were very pleased... Our bar counter makes a huge statement in the theater room!

Avanti Stone was recommended by our plumber, as we were installing a new kitchen sink and needed the granite trimmed back in order for it to fit. We called Avanti and they came out the following day to give us an estimate. We agreed to a price and they came back out the following week to do the work. Mauricio was very professional, timely and conscientious about the work he did. Grinding the granite is a messy job and he and his colleague took care to clean up and reduce the spread of the granite dust as much as possible.

Avanti was great to work with from the very beginning. Mauirizio came to our home to meet with my wife and I. He was on-time for his appointment and spent time with us explaining our options and answering all our questions. He is very knowledgable about his business. He provided his suggestions which helped us sort out some of the questions we had. We then went to his granite supplier to look through their great selection of diffferent types of stone slabs. They have a great selection of stone types and price ranges for our project. We spent a couple of hours looking through all different choices before narrowing it down to 4 choices. Avanti quoted on the 4 different stone choices and Mauirzio met us at the granite warehouse to help pick out our actual stone. Mauirizio provide his expertise and made suggestions which helped us narrow down our choice. We were told fabrication would take approximately 2 weeks. We have done a lot of remodeling over the years and know that deadlines are not typically accurate. We received an e-mail from Avanti scheduling the installation 3 days before the end of the 2 weeks even though we expected the 4th of July holiday to throw off the schedule. Avanti's installers were clean and professional. Mauirizio personally oversaw every step of the installation and communicated every step. The installation of the countertops took one day and Avanti's tile installer was there the next day to install the tile backsplash. The workmanship, communication and professionalism of Avanti Stone was great! I highly recommend Avanti Stone for any tile or stone project.
