Felix arrived on time, Quickly diagnosed the refrigerator had a bad compressor. The price to replace it was reasonable, but being that the fridge was 16 years old, I decided that I would purchase a new one. The service charge to come out was not out of line either.I would recommend him and call him again if needed in the future.

Felix came out and took care of what I needed. Professional...but I would ask a lot of questions and get pricing down for whatever you need before committing to go ahead with the job. All and all Felix handled himself well.

We had water under our refrigerator, and couldn’t seem to figure out why! Felix came within a half hour of our request on Home Advisors. He was so calm and professional. After walking us through exactly what was going on, explaining the reasons for the parts needed, he fixed it that night! The price was reasonable, and more importantly, we have a fully functioning refrigerator! I highly recommend Felix. I would go directly to him in the future.

I had spoken with one other repair company so I had only one company to compare the price to and this was much better. It was also considerably better than buying a new refrigerator. But more importantly Felix came out immediately and I did not have to wait until after the weekend as other companies suggested. While working on my fridge, Felix showed me exactly what was wrong. He showed me the parts that were bad and then he showed me what a good part looked like. While here he told me of his experience and about the others who were working with him and his company. It was a great experience and I have already referred him to others.

I was surprised that Felix could come within hours to check a cooling element. He was prompt (even early), courteous, efficient, and skillful. Knowledgeable and fixed the problem fast with my refrigerator and that too over the weekend. It was a Saturday and he didn't have the replacement part ready. But he made sure he procured it and came back on the same Saturday evening to fix it. I would recommend him anytime.

Felix saved our weekend from a big disaster on a 100 degree weather. In a matter of an hour he fixed both of them. He is very profesional, reliable.
