Description of Work: I have been a member of Belo's Priority Club for several years. My yearly payment covers two HVAC inspections and four pest control visits. My air conditioner was inspected on July 9 at a time that was convenient to me. The technician was and has always been very knowledgeable, professional and friendly. I will continue to use Belo in the future as I am very pleased with their service.

Description of Work: My 30 year old furnace completely died. I called Bel-o (have used them in the past. They responded quickly (within 2 hours of my call), analyzed the problem (dead circuit board) and explained the difference in cost between replacing the circuit board and updating to a new, higher efficiency furnace. For the nominal additional cost, I upgraded and have been extremely happy with the results (i.e., much lower heating bills!) The installer was polite and professional, and kept his work area clean. I am totally happy with their work and would highly recommend them for your heating/cooling and plumbing needs.

Description of Work: I had battled mice every winter for years. The problem had progressed to all year around. I called Belo for HELP!!! He came right away, arrived on time, was friendly, courteous, and professional. We are now mouse free!!! We elected to have him come every 3 months (for a year) to treat for bugs, spiders, etc.; and to monitor the mouse issue.

Description of Work: infestation of ants in kitchen. One application was all that was needed. It came with a 6 month guareent.y Had another problem with ants not related to the first. Came out next day and took care of it. No more problems since.
