They did an excellent job doing the repairs on my gas replacing in the house. And nay concerns I had about repairs done wrong by them. They have rectified it already.

They will alert you to the possibility of malfunction of my system and do preventative repair.

OK, they are not the cheapest place in town to provide service, but they don't nickel and dime you to death either. They have come out and fixed issues with out charge. When I needed follow up invoice for taxes, the promptly provided them with no hassles. In fact, I'd put their work as the most professional of the entire project. To clarify, they came out and fixed what another subcontractor damaged. And still no charge.

Perfect. Ken got here right on time. He reviewed the work to be done, and gave me an expectation of the total cost (it came in a little lower). He got the work done in a little under two hours. He gave me some advice on caring for the spigots and my main water shut-off, and didn't try to upsell me on anything. Ken was very professional and courteous.

They are a little more expensive than the competition but they do a wonderful job and are worth the extra cost. Their staff is well trained, courteous and competent. They also retain their staff well which, to me, is a sign of a company with a good internal structure.

1. Like the fact that they call to remind you they are coming the week of service .2. Call the day of appointment to tell you the time they are coming. 3. Like that they wear clean cover bootie over their shoes when they come into your home. 4. Like that they are professional and they give you options on services needed and they don't try to push services you don't need.

I was very pleased with them and I have been a customer of theirs for probably 10 years. I purchased a plan from them and any time I call them I get the scheduled times that I need, I get a discount on the parts or anything that I need and they always seem to send any responsible and nice people out to do the service.

We had a very odd smell in our house, and we had a lot of different people in the house, and I figured out what the smell was. It ended up being a gas leak, and nobody could figure out what it was. The interaction with them was fine, but I was disappointed they couldn't figure out what the smell was. They were pretty responsive.

I got great response from the company .Jerry the vice president of the company called after the repair was made to make sure I was happy with their service. I would use them again if needed. They care about their customers satisfaction.

Installers were on time and very professional. This was a replacement for an old propane gas furnace and central air unit. Installation inside and out looked much more professional and "clean" than the old unit. Very satisfied.

They were good. Bell O is good. You can't beat Bell O. They come when they said they are going to come and they are very respectable people. We never had any problems with Bell O.

Bel-O is great. They are definitely a great company. I still use them. They come out for recurring treatment. They are always on time. They come out last minute. They look around. They make sure they do a good job and they are reasonably priced. They are absolutely just wonderful. I would not change them for another company.

I looked them up in the phonebook because it was an emergency situation. I had just got back from a vacation and realized that I had a broken pipe and my basement had flooded. It was after hours. I called the service. They did ask me if I wanted someone sent out right away or if I could wait till the morning. They gave me the option. Since I shut off the water, I just waited for the morning. They did show up around 8-8:30 the next morning. The guy searched around, explained everything, and offered me different options of what he could do for me and fixed the problem. He was very knowledgeable, very polite and professional. I asked him a couple of other questions about things I had noticed as far as plumbing. He just gave me an estimate of what it might cost for them to come back if I wanted those items fixed at a later time.

It went very well. That cost figure is for the year, they will come back in the spring to check the a/c.

Happy with the results. Tom was here early in the projected window of appointment. The job was more extensive than he expected since I hadn't gone into great detail about the leak with the scheduler.. He projected that it would take 5-6 hours to fix but had it done in 2. This is the second time I have been a customer and won't hesitate doing business with them in future.

Wade, the technician was on time and did a great job even fixing a few items I did not know were bad. I would request Wade again, great representative for the company

Dustin was very through cleaning the air conditioner using the proper equipment to remove a birds nets that was filled with acorns. Air conditioner running well and I am so pleased with his service.

Belo services our furnace and air conditioner twice a year.

Bel-O Sales & Service did good work with our heat pump system and we're happy with it. They know what they are doing and you get your money's worth.
