The manager went above and beyond and checked the plumbers work. They were awesome. They were able to fix everything that other plumbers weren't able to fix.

They treated me great. They were very professional. they made sure everything was cleaned up after they got done. I am glad to know Jerry will always make it right. They are good people.

They have done a good job. They are expensive but they are very thorough. I have had other people do it and they were less expensive but not so thorough. I am very happy with both the furnace and air conditioner. It takes a while as you go through the seasons, and I have been very happy with what I have. I was very impressed with them. I have never had any problem with them. As far as the furnace and air conditioning, it has been fine. As far as the air duct cleaning, it is a little expensive but I have had much better results with them. I would rather pay a little more and get the job done right. I have had other people who didn't quite do what I needed. I can call them out here, and I maybe spending a little money, but I know it is going to be done, and it is going to be done right. At some point within a few years, it will be decreasing my electric bill and I will be getting that money back. It has made me more comfortable and decreased my electric bill. The air conditioner has also got a humidifier and it looks wonderful. I have been very happy with anything they have done for me.

The service person arrived on time was very professional and proceeded to fix the problem. He was here approximately an hour.

I found them on Angie's List and they did a good job. I have used them twice in the last one year. They are convenient for me. They seemed to be honest when they first came to check for termites and didn't find anything. They didn't try to get me to do any unnecessary work. They seemed to do a good job and there wasn't anything I didn't like.

Tech was professional and responsive, but did not fix the problem, I ended up fixing it myself (even a new motor on-line was only $250)Estimating returned by call, but never supplied me with an estimate for a replacement unit. I will do an RFP with several reputable vendors this winter/early spring.

They also do plumbing but I didn't use them for that. They come out yearly to do the service for our furnace and air conditioning. They are always prompt and on time. They call right before they come. The servicemen are very nice and willing to go out of their way. I had a problem that someone else caused and these guys took the time to duct tape the dent back together and didn't charge for it. I've been very pleased with them. I've been with them for at least twenty years. They are competent and very prompt. They are nice people. The service people are always and willing to go out of their way.

My a/c broke down for the last time and it was a week of nearly 100 degree weather. they came and gave me and estimate, I was impressed that they performed a manual J - to determine the correct size to replace the existing system with.I had them replace both the a/c and the furnace. The first quote was rather high, but it was for a very high end system. I just wanted a middle of the road system and they redid the quote with no problem and it was exactly what I was looking for. The most impressive part to me was that I wasn't going to be able to get the unit for another week, and would be waiting with no A/C. They sent someone out and they made a repair at no charge for me so it would continue to run until the replacement. Unfortunately the 20 year old system conked out again in a matter of days. They came out again and made another repair to keep it going -again no charge. I was so impressed with the time they took and the great attitudes of their employees -those were some really hot days! When they did the replacement I was home and they worked so efficiently and I had no messes or anything to clean up. The system works beautifully. It is energy efficient and has already saved me at least 15% a month on my electric bills and more on my gas. They deal in Carrier systems. I am an older single woman and it was very important to me to get the kind of treatment they provided as a standard of service.

We’ve had them before for my heating and air conditioning. We didn’t have to pay anything. Actually it was a bill to the power company because they had installed the thermostat, and they were controlling and monitoring the usage and things like that coming up. They had put the entire bill on that, so we didn’t have to pay anything. In the past when I’ve used them, they’ve been very fair and very knowledgeable. Their prices seemed pretty fair to me when I’ve had to pay out from my pocket. I found it fair when I had used them in the past which is about a year ago. I find their pricing is very fair and they don’t over charge me. Since I have a contract with them, they offer me discounts. They are always responsive. They come out on time for their servicing. They have always called ahead. I haven’t had any issue with their responsiveness. If they say they are going to come, they will come. If they are going to be late, they will call and let you know. They are very courteous. I trust them a great deal. I would absolutely use their services again in the future.

Called them for an estimate along with a few others. They came out and measured the home unlike the others I had give me a quote which I did like, however Belo wanted to schedule another meeting to present the quote. I advised I wanted a basic system so I just needed to know what the cost would be and to just email me a quote and I would call them if I saw anything different from thier competitors. They left and never submitted a quote nor would respond to my calls or emails when I asked when I should expect the quote.

The customer service is great. They are very honest and upfront. My home warranty can sometimes be a nightmare and Bel-O has helped me out several times. I have never had an issue with them at all and would highly recommend them. Their prices are very fair. They stand behind their workmanship; if something goes wrong, you give them a call and they come back out to fix the issue.

I went to a different place and bought the same part with the same part number but I paid $5.21 and BEL-O charged me $21. They tripled the price of everything they sold me. I think the service was arrogant; no one said anything other than the guy who took my money. It was just a bad experience for me. I will not use this company ever again.

We were very impressed with them, but we chose another company. Their quote was inclusive of various state rebates and manufacturer rebates. They presented a lot of written information. Their representative came to our home on two occasions and spent a good deal of time with us. They were very knowledgeable and calm. There was no high pressure of any kind. They responded by phone when we had a followup request for information. We would have felt very comfortable hiring them, but there were some features available from the manufacturer of the equipment through another company. So we went with the other company. We would definitely recommend this company to others.

They were nice and friendly when they gave me the estimate. They were thorough and took the time to listen. They did a good examination of the house to see where the service was needed.

Sam was very willing to answer all of our questions and gave us several options, ranging from repair of our existing system, to lower end system replacement, to the Carrier Infinity hybrid system that we chose. The system we picked included a new 2 zone Carrier damper system, Carrier humidifier, 3 stage Carrier natural gas furnace, 2 stage heat pump, the Infinity control system, and a 4" MERV 12 filter. The heat pump provides the air conditioning and the heat down to 32 with the gas furnace taking over from there. The installation was completed in a timely manner and the workmanship was excellent. They did have trouble getting the heat pump from their supplier when needed, but they substituted the more expensive model without passing the cost along to us in order to finish the job within the required time for the Carrier rebate. Overall, it was a very painless process, and Sam was always available to answer our questions.
