Description of Work: Furnace quit on a weekend and Archway promptly sent a service man to make the repairs. He was very efficient and sympathetic to my situation. The repairs were made quickly and satisfactorily.

Description of Work: Diagnosed failure of uv light connection, but cleaned triple filters in two a/c units, plus cleaned and checked outside units. Service man was here over an hour, was thorough and professional. | |He had not been told that it was an Angie's List call, so made the bill for their usual charges. When I questioned it, he contacted the bookkeeper at her home, and she called me the next morning, resolved the problem, gave us the discounts and we'll use them again. She also researched what it would cost to repair the u/v system on the one furnace in case we want to do that.

+ -1 moreWe received 3 detailed estimates and quickly narrowed our decision to 2 contractors after the first interview. They were both interviewed a second time. Mike provided a clearer explanation of the pros and cons of the options available for our home. Was very helpful in assuring that we purchased the best system for the money and submitted the paperwork for several rebates that were available. We ultimately chose Archway because of the Tran products they offer, the helpful service and the price for which we were able to purchase a high efficiency heat pump system. The installers were friendly, very efficient, very careful to protect our flooring and walls, and cleaned up well. Mike returned after about 2 weeks to check on the installation, how the system was functioning, and to assure that we were satisfied.
Description of Work: We had our 18 year old heating and air conditioning systems replaced with a high efficiency system.

They were not the least expensive and were not the most expensive but I chose them because they are Trane specialists. I had had several estimates and they were not as annoying as the others in their presentation of their products and estimate.
