It went very well they had to work very hard at opening up our line they were on time very courteous and professional Thank You Mr. C. Mann ! If we need to have any plumbing done we well call Mann Made Plumbing again.

Purchased a $99.00 special service from provider through Angie's List. It was for a hot water heater flush. Informed him I was still getting an odor when running hot water only. He checked it out and determined it was still some reaction from the magnesium rod in tank and my well water. Even though the magnesium rod was taken out previously when this smell first started. He flushed out tank anadded chlorine and had us not use water for about 4 hrs. After 4 hours, we turned on all hot water faucets in house until no more chlorine smell. So far this has seemed to help with getting rid of the odor. Also had him check a leak in a rea I could not get to. He found there was a leak in drain line from utility room to septic. He cut out the section and repaired. Leak was fixed. Have used company before and will use again.

They did awesome work as usual.

Two plumbers arrived on time and fixed all three problems in less than 45 minutes! The work was done well and the plumbers were professional.

I contacted Mann made Plumbing via Angie's list to take advantage of a deal that was offered for a toilet inspection. They repaired the toilet in my downstairs bathroom that was running after being flushed. They arrived on Friday afternoon and made the repair quickly. Before they left, I asked if they could look at the sink in my kitchen that was leaking underneath. They looked at the sink and because they did not have the parts available during the initial visit, they agreed to return the next day to make the repair. They showed up early the next day to repair the kitchen sink. They took care of the problem quickly and cleaned up. They even put back the items that were stored under the sink. I have a large, active household and things can get very chaotic. The guys from Mann Made arrived in the morning, earlier than we arranged (after calling me several times, oops) and repaired my sink. I was nearby and when I arrived home, they were done and waiting patiently for me. These guys are knowledgeable, friendly and their prices are fair. In a word they were GREAT!. For once an example of what good customer service looks like. I am not a plumber, but I know good, thorough work when I see it. I have a few other plumbing projects around my house that need to be addressed and I will not hesitate to contact Mann Made to make the repairs. Great job guys, thanks!

Clint came promptly to assess the issue and offer a free estimate. We were able to agree on a solution and set up service for early the next morning. Matt was punctual for the early morning service call and was in and out in less than 2 hours. The job was performed exactly as stated, promptly and professionally. Hot water is back on!

It went great, the plumber assessed the situation, then went to work. He cleaned up after he was done, and took pictures of a possible future job.

The service was all-around excellent! Within an hour of making the call, I had a reply from the owner himself willing to comply with my ASAP/emergency request! All of my questions were answered, in detail and before the work began; Gentleman was extremely knowledgeable and work was completed in no more than 72 hours. The work provided went well above and beyond what was quoted.

It was not a pleasant experience. What they did was they showed up and they didn't want to go to the same pipe that everybody else. They said they had to go through a toilet so I said okay go to a toilet but then they wouldn't even do it until my son paid them $70 cash for removing the toilet. They rotted and they were only able to go out to about 10 feet from the house and said there is a blockage there and that was the end of that. They didn't rot it out. The bill said that they rotted out to 100 feet but they only rotted out to about 10 feet. Even with all that said, I asked them if they could give me a bid to dig out the area outside and he said let me get back to you but I never heard back from them.

I have not had any issues with it since the service was done. The technician told me what to do in the meantime and it has worked. I'm not sure of the date, it was at the end of last year.I can't really complain about the price since it was an emergency situation and they came out immediately, and I appreciated that they did.

I was unable to have the work done at this time. When I can financially have it done, I will call him back.

The service was excellent. The owner did the work. He was on time and very thorough. The job required a couple of trips due to complications and he was willing to work around our work schedules.

They return their calls quickly, they show up on time, they are professional, they get the job done and the price is always reasonable. The job went very well. Demolition went as planned. We were able to relocate the toilet without major demolition amd we installed a small "soffit wall to carry the plumbing to the toilet and new vanity location. Clint provided a larger 36" wide soaker tub which fit in the original location. The tile work looks great and we expanded it along the lower half wall of the room around the toilet up to the vanity with a mosaic tile strip in the middle. The wood grain porcelain tile floor looks fantastic. The electrical work included three ceiling can lights, with one light being a Broan vent fan. They also installed a new vanity outlet and vanity light. Glen finished it off with the KraftMaid 48" vanity and 18 inch full height linen cabinet, six panel oak door and the new 32 x 30" casement window. Prestige in Crown Point supplied the granite top which extends along the top of the sofit wall, a nice touch and added shelf. Add the new chrome fixtures and towel bars and you have a great finished product. Thanks again

He came really quick. It was very fast and very good.

I left a message for Mann's and got a call back the same day for service the next day. I had also called another plumber who didn't even call back. The man on the phone told me Matt would come the next day about at a certain time and he sure was there on time. Matt had come to my house before to do a routine maintenance check of my sum pump and actually remembered me. I explained to Matt that the toilet was repeatedly plugging up. After checking the flow, he recommended that the toilet was in full working order but the only solution was to switch the toilet with another one (more expensive one) which had a bigger pipe for debris to pass through. He was confident in what he was saying and after checking on the price, he quoted me the price of the toilet and the price to unplug the one to be replaced. Overall it was $450 (about $350 was the cost of the toilet and install). He went and got the new toilet and confirmed that the toilet I previously had had a pipe that was about half the diameter of the new toilet and that was the problem with repeat clogging. He switched up the toilets, placed my old (perfectly good toilet) in the basement, cleaned up the area, tested the new toilet and he was done. The job didn't take as long as expected and there was no cleaning up after he left. Now the results.....not a single clog with the new toilet. I am so happy to have spent the money on the new brand and for having listened to Matt. I will only call Mann for any of my plumbing needs no matter if it's a toilet, sum pump or whatnot. PS: the first time Matt came for my sumpump he told me that while it was the original with the house, it was in full working order. He showed me how to test it regularly to make sure it was working and I decided to not make the change at this time. If it ever fails, I'm calling Matt.

This is the third time that I've called Mann Made Plumbing, I first learned about the company through Angie's List and purchased a special for sewer rodding with the camera inspection. Mark was the plumber who did the sewer rodding and as it turned out he was the plumber who came back for the other two jobs. I am very happy with the quality of Mark's work and his friendly personality. Mark takes the time to explain the details of the job and he really cares about the quality of his work. He has always been on time and completely professional in his approach. The prices for the jobs have been very reasonable and fair. I will definitely be hiring Mann Made Plumbing for all my future home plumbing needs. Ask about the 5% off for returning Angie's List customers.

It went perfectly well. It was routinely installed. The big deal of $739 covered everything. I have insufficient data to rate the price. There were no problems. They were very responsive and scheduled the time that I wanted.

Called at 8:30am and Matt was here by 9:00am. Very thankful for their prompt service as having no kitchen sink with a 2yr old is not fun. Matt snaked the whole line and was done by 10:30am. Professional and courteous. Next time I won't make the mistake of putting potting soil down the drain.
