They called and verified each appointment, answered any questions, and they made sure I understood what they did and how they did it. They were extremely professional, polite and courteous. I dealt with a few people from their team and they were all like that. Whether you call in or in person. Prices and services were stated up front and they have a great guarantee on there service. + -1 moreI initially thought I needed all my water pipes replaced but Mark and Clint both assured me that my problems didn’t sounds that severe. The plumber Joe was polite and professional and stayed until the job was done even though it took twice as long as expected due to the stubborn conditions. He even looked over all the main water lines and pointed out a few other things that would eventually need replaced to help me prioritize for future projects.
Description of Work: Replace water valves in laundry room that had seized and replace water lines to water heater.

+ 0 more2 employees of the company came to my house at 2 different times/days. They were courteous and friendly. The second installer had to come out because the sump pump kept continually running. I called them and talked to the owner and he was rude and when he kept avoiding my question as to when I could expect someone to come out to see what the problem was. It didn't take long for the second guy come out and inspect the new pump. There was some sort of plastic piece about the size of a quart bottle wedged the well that prevented the pump from turning off. I am a senior citizen (widow), with health issues, (arthritis), and they left all the components from the old pump on the basement floor instead of at least disposing of it in my garbage can in my garage. And for charging $445.00, one would think they could have at least disposed of the old one. The owner needs to use his employees as an example of good customer service instead of his rudeness. This all happened when NWI experienced the flooding in February. I would never recommend or hire Mann Made Plumbing again.

+ -1 moreThe plumber came promptly and worked efficiently. They had come before the previous week and did a toilet tune up. The problem was we has two rubber gaskets which were leaking and needed to be replaced. The plumber came back and spent about twenty minutes fixing this small job then charged us $150.00. I was shocked at the cost. I would definately call them for more work but would ask for the cost in advance as I think I was charged too much for the previous work.

+ 0 moreMy hot water heater was just about 20 years old, still working (not well), but on its last legs. I decided to go with Mann Made after reading great reviews on Angie's list. I placed my order through Angie's List at 10:30 a.m. and by 1 p.m. my hot water heater was being replaced. Mind you this was not an emergency or anything, this is how quick their response time was. Joe and Anthony were in and out in a little over an hour and did excellent work. I have hot water again! I will gladly recommend Mann Made to anyone looking to replace a hot water heater in the future. Thanks again for such a pleasant experience.

+ -1 moreThis company is wonderful! As an older single woman it was such a delight to have a business operate with such integrity! The young man, Drew was very professional and polite. Based on my description of the problem he initially quoted me a price of $305.00. . However after he and another young man continued to look they discovered that there was a different reason the water was coming into the basement which would cost only $145.00 to fix! This was such a pleasant surprise because in the past I have been overcharged for everything. The guys quickly fixed the problem and answered every question I posed. This is a company you can trust. I immediately told my sister about Mann Made Plumbing and she wants their contact information. I plan to tell everyone I know who owns a home that if they have a plumbing need these are the guys to go to, What a great day!

+ -1 moreJust had new State 50 Gallon Gas Hot Water Heater with 10 Year Warranty installed by "Joe" with Mann Made Plumbing. Joe arrived on time as scheduled, was professional and very knowledgeable. Installer was very neat and considerate of my home throughout the removal of the old water heater and installation. I also dealt with the owners Terry and Clint on quote and scheduling; both gentlemen were very professional. There are a lot of plumbing companies out there, but I would pass on them, and go with Mann Made Plumbing for all your plumbing needs. Don't forget to request "Joe" he was awesome! + -1 moreI paid $49.00 for a sump pump and battery inspection. Since I'm clue less when it comes to plumbing, I didn't realize that I didn't have a battery. So basically, he looked at the sump pump told me it was fine. It took all of 10 minutes. He then fixed a leaking faucet in my bathroom and changed the flapper in one toilet. I was charged $175 for these services. So I paid a total of $224 for him to look at my sump pump and tell me it was fine and two very minor fixes on my sink and toilet. This was with the so called 10% discount. This is unbelievable! Never again.
Description of Work: I paid $49.00 for a sump pump and battery inspection. I didn't realize my sump pump does not have a battery. A leaking sink faucet. A new flapper in toilet.

+ -1 moreI was hoping to get more info on my pump system. But i guess you get what you pay for. The plumber was gone in like ten minutes after arriving. Really weird experience. I felt like my house was violated and scoped out by the second plumber who showed up. Will never use them again.
Description of Work: Guy was late and i got a call after the appointment time. Also a second plumber showed up unannounced and just walked into my house while i was in the basement with the first plumber showing him the sump pumps. He didn't ring the doorbell he just walked right in.

+ -1 moreThe plumber (Joe) showed up on time, made the repairs quickly except for the sink faucet. Our house was built in 1936 and I swear the bathroom fixtures date back to that era. In order to fix the faucet, he needed a part. He went to the parts store and returned fairly quickly and finished the job without delay. A few days later the leak started again, but that was due to sentiment not the repair itself. I called Saturday morning and Monday morning Joe returned, cleaned out the faucet and it has been fine since. The toilet was replaced with a smaller and more efficient toilet. Everything works fine and Joe cleaned up in all areas when he was done. Joe was a delight to meet and even though a young man, knew exactly what he was doing. He was amazing!
Description of Work: I had three issues to deal with: replace my toilet that was totally in need of replacing because it would not flush, repair the hot water facet which only allowed a trickle of water and leaked constantly and finally replace a laundry tub with a new one I had purchased.

+ -1 moreCalled early and arrived on time. Once they got started it was discovered that we also needed a new hot water heater. It had been leaking but we didn't know it was about to go out. They were able to get one that same morning and install. The job was done completely and quicker than expected. They cleaned up and took away all the old pipes. We had a small toilet issue the next day but they came right out on a Saturday and fixed the issue. These guys are the best and will definitely recommend them to anyone who needs plumbing done. You won't regret it

+ -1 moreThis was second time we have used Mann Made Plumbing and, as before, were very happy with their work. Prompt. Efficient. Professional. Courteous. Joe showed me how the original builders had installed a pipe leading to the faucet that was too long and finally the pressure had pushed it out on the outside. He quickly shortened the pipe to the proper length, installed the replacement and resealed the opening to the house. He also inspected the other faucets and answered all my questions about our existing tank-less hot water systems and some questions I had about one of our shower installations. We most highly recommend them for any of your plumbing needs.
Description of Work: We purchased an Angie's List Deal for outdoor faucet replacement as one of ours was poking out from the house after the seal had broken. I don't remember the exact cost. Think it was around $130.
