I think that it was more involved then he expected, but he never complained and did a great job. He was clean and professional. I will definitely use him again.

Our old water heater started to leak so we needed a replacement. I purchased a new unit on sale so I just needed a quote for the installation. After giving the details of what I required and explaining the layout of the laundry room over the phone, Clint, the owner, gave me a firm price for the installation. I had two other quotes for comparison: over $500 from the Illinois business that does the installs for Home Depot, and over $400 from the handyman who handles the installs for the local Lowes. These prices were for handymen, not licensed plumbers. Clint's quote was for $400, for a licensed plumber to install and haul away the old unit. Also, he offered a discount if I would provide a review. I had already checked out the website of the business as well as Angie's List and most of the pertinent reviews, so I accepted and made arrangements for the installation. I asked for a time, two days later and in the afternoon. As promised, the plumber, Joe, called and gave me an arrival time-window, then called again to inform me that he was running a little late. I had the area prepped and cleared for easy access and also started to drain the old unit to help expedite the process. After his arrival, Joe finished draining, then disconnected and removed the old unit. As he started to install the new one, I started to ask questions about what he was doing and why, and also got tips on proper maintenance. During this conversation, I not only informed myself on the matter at hand but also got an idea of how he works, his experience and skill level and just how comfortable I would be having him return to tackle the many other plumbing jobs that will be needed in the near future for my remodeling projects. In sum, I would rate the experience highly. They were courteous and professional; from the first phone contact speaking to the owner, Clint Mann, to the personal interactions with Joe, who performed the installation. The relative cost for a highly-rated company with professional, licensed plumbers made my decision to choose them easy. Now that I have made this first contact, I have much more confidence in choosing them again to do the plumbing work for my bathrooms and kitchen remodeling. .

It was fine. They did what they were supposed to do. They could have come with a better understanding of what they have sold me. They showed up and were kind of confused about what they were there for. They seemed to have the best interest of our household and they tried to do their best, and just required a little extra communication.

I purchased an Angie's special offer advertised as the "$49.00 Toilet Tune-up & Plumbing Inspection" that was offered during the month of July 2016. Mike from Mann Made Plumbing performed the actual inspection and he provided exceptional customer service. He was friendly, professional, and honest about recommending future plumbing services that are needed. I plan on seeking their service in the near future. I would highly recommend this company for a job well done!

Very, very pleased with the work. You can choose an arrival time during a 2-hour window of your choosing. Carl arrived right on schedule. He quickly examined both baths and got right to work. He was personable, professional and proficient. He replaced the flapper in one unit and ,after consulting with me, replaced the flushing mechanism in the other. He also adjusted the stopper in one of the bathroom sinks that did not always work properly. He took one look at it and knew exactly what the problem was, quickly fixed it and explained what he did. Everything was completed within an hour. I highly recommend this business and would not hesitate to call them again.

Purchased a deal for a sump pump inspection. We've never had one before, so I wasn't sure what to expect. Mike inspected our pump and advised me it's an older one. Also informed me it doesn't have a battery back up, which I did not know. Told me the pump is working, but recommended a new one. He did arrive later than expected, but he did call to let me know the job before us was running late. I appreciated that. I'd definitely recommend Mann Made.

The workers arrived early and wasted no time. The upstairs job went very smoothly. The basement toilet was installed in maybe 1920 and secured to a pipe. The workers removed the toilet, removed a concrete base and ground the pipe to level. They installed a repair kit to work as a flange and installed bolts to fasten it to the basement floor. The toilet was secured to this and with some really physical work set in place. These guys did an excellent job, especially with the ancient basement replacement.

The shower head in the bath was steadily dripping. We contacted Mann Made on Monday, 3/28/16 and explained the situation. We set an appointment for Wednesday, 3/30/16 between 2 & 3 PM. The plumber, Mike, showed up at about 1:50 PM. He was very courteous and professional. Diagnosed the problem and did the repair by replacing the cartridge. The repair was complete in about 1 hour, including a trip to pick up a new cartridge. We are very satisfied and will use this company again for plumbing needs. Since we have 4.5 baths in our home and the building we own next door, this is a great possibility.

Clint was very responsive to our Angie's List inquiry and got the work scheduled quickly. Was very prompt, polite and professional. He brought an assistant with him which speeded up the repairs. He had most of the needed parts on his truck but made a trip out to get a part he needed and came right back to finish the repair. I was happy with the work and professionalism.

The guy came out but couldn't look in to the drain because it was too dark and so the camera couldn't see. It was too clogged up. He couldn't really do the work. I am not sure if I would use them in future. They need give detailed information on what they are advertising. I wouldn't just buy the adverts that I have been reading.

Service provider arrived on time for one toilet and one issue. Promptly got to work repaired the the original issue. When he was finished, my husband asked if he could check out the upstairs toilet. Serviceman checked it out, conveyed what the issue was, told us the price and asked if we would like him to repair it. We agreed, the price was reasonable and fair. Repaired 2nd toilet issue and finished in a timely manner. No haggling or jacked up labor rates. Great work. Professional manner. Work has been completed for close to a year now and we have not had an issue since. Mann Made Plumbing is the BEST.

On time, did flush, inspected pipes

While the guys experienced some challenges along the way (walls were plaster covered in drywall, plumbing was galvanized and plaster molded around pipes), they were able to replace the fixtures as well as the corresponding bad pipes. We will be working with them again on other projects, as they have earned our loyalty.

8:00 a.m: A rather serious gentleman from the public works department knocks on my door. Seems they've discovered a leak where our service line meets the main water line. It has to be fixed immediately; better call your plumber. Fortunately, I have a plumber. I called Clint from Mann Made plumbing and--after a few calls back-and-forth to ascertain exactly what I needed done and the urgency of the job--he rearranged his schedule to fit me in. By noon, the line was repaired, the public works people were satisfied, and the guys from Mann Made were on their way. I know some will say that you can find someone to do work for less than the prices Mann Made charges. However, every time I have run into a problem, Clint and his team have done everything possible to accommodate me and are always courteous to boot. I've recommended Mann Made to my mother, other family, and friends and will continue to do so.

Very well. He was very polite and professional, answered all of my questions and did a very neat job with clean up. I will use them again for any plumbing problems that I might have.

Everything went great! The job took one day as originally stated and the crew was neat and professional. The owner was very friendly and knowledgeable. He even noticed that our sump pump was not working correctly and that our back-up was working all of this time (even with the significant rainfall we've had); so he fixed this issue while he was on the job as well. I would definitely recommend for future business.
