So he went to the local plumbing supply store and got the proper one. Joe was back and the job was done in just over an hour. He explained what he did and the guarantee. Nice job!

 + -1 moreThe service they did for the Deal was great. We had another problem with the toilet and he had to come back with parts. They charged us $150 for two gadgets in the toilet. He also replaced a hose that wasn't really needed. They sent one plumber out and he was done in about a half hour. He left the area clean. I gave a B overall because he suggested us repair something that wasn't needed. My husband did agree to it because he didn't know any different, had I been home I would have said no. I would use them again but I would want to know exactly what I would have to pay before the service was done.

 + -1 moreThe serviceman who came out was super friendly. He also made a few recommendations that proved to be very helpful. He was in and out in no time. I thought the value of the job performed was great. Even though I could have probably done the job for less than half of what it cost, I have an idea of what plumbers charge and this package was a steal. Not to mention, not to mention the fact that when a professional with integrity does it, you know it's done correctly.
Description of Work: I had a toilet tuneup done, where they evaluated the hardware and replaced the flapper and ballcock mechanism.

gas leak repair
 + -1 moreI wanted a gas line outside so I could get a gas grill. They were really good! When I get the grill, I will probably call them back out to make sure it is hooked up properly and no gas is seeping. Very prompt, very knowledgeable, telling me where I should put it and the height of it. Very punctual, I thought they were coming the next and he sent a guy out that day. Everything was very good!
