I am a landlord who was referred to Mann Made through a family friend. I called Clint to do a variety of small jobs, including removing a drum trap, clearing several drains, and installing new plumbing in a bathroom sink. A couple of days later I called Mann Made to repair gas leaks in a basement. Clint worked quickly and efficiently and was punctual. He also carried most of the needed supplies in his truck which shortened the time spent on jobs. I will definitely use him again.

I called MANN MADE on Tuesday and spoke with Clint Mann about my plumbing problems, and he said he would be able to come to my house on Wednesday to perform the needed repairs. True to his word, Clint and Al Loster arrived at my house a little before the proposed time of arrival. They looked at the jobs, went to get the needed piping, valve and faucet, and were back and had the jobs completed within two hours! The guys did a great job for me, and we had no leaks! They performed a professional job, and I will definitely use them in the future for any plumbing needs!

I looked on Angies List to inquire about a plumber because I felt that the plumber we were using was over-charging us... In my first conversation with Clint Mann (the owner) he gave me a rough estimate which was considerably less than my OLD plumber was asking... he made the appointment, came out, made the repairs, answered some additional questions regarding some work I might need in the future, and when he gave me the bill, it was spot on what he had originally quoted... I am very very impressed...

Clint and his worker are the best. Clint was at my house before routing out my kitchen sink after the New Year's Holiday and I liked him, his workmanship and price. I called him yesterday, July 23rd and he told me that he could fit me in for the next day. He arrived on time, which is rare for any type of serviceman, but he is great. And, I trusted him to the point that I let him pick out my new kitchen faucet. He bought a Delta which was wonderful. He removed the old one and installed the new one in about 40 minutes and there was no mess. LOL I will definitely use him again if ever needed, because he is reliable and trustworthy. One great plumber!!!!Oh, and his partner was nice too.

Job went great in and out in a hour and a half.

My kitchen faucet had been leaking and my garbage disposal stopped working a while ago, but then I received a water bill that was almost double my normal bill and the town suggested the toilets were probably the culprit. I checked Angie's List for a plumber and after reading all the positive reviews, I called Clint at Mann Made Plumbing. He was very polite and courteous on the phone and agreed to meet me that evening to check things out. He showed up when he said he would, said my toilets needed to be rebuilt, the faucet could be fixed and, after unsuccessfully trying to fix the garbage disposal right then, offered to install a new one if that was what I wanted. We set up a time for the work to be done and Clint did his best to work around my schedule, which I really appreciated. He again showed up on time, completed the work when he said he would and didn't leave any mess behind - all for what I considered to be a very reasonable price of $476. While I won't know for sure if Clint's work solved my water billl problem until I receive a new bill, at least I'll know who to call if I still have a problem. Two days after Clint finished my initial job, I woke up to some sort of leak in my utility room and no hot water. Clint was on a big job and unable to come that day, but he came the very next morning - again, before I had to leave for work - and diagnosed the problem. He said he could come back for the repair later that day and that evening, after replacing the expansion tank and cleaning the burner assembly, my water heater was up and running and I had hot water again. The charge for this excellent service was $183. I cannot thank Clint enough for his professionalism and timely response to my calls for help. He is my plumber from now on and the best way I can think of to thank him is to recommend him to anyone I know who is in need of a plumber. In fact, if you're reading this review, call Mann Made Plumbing - you will not be sorry!

I found them to be quick and professional in their work. Did not leave any mess to be cleaned or thrown away.

He arrived on time. He described the reasons for his choice of water heater which I verified on line and was quite impressed.(It is actually made in the USA!!.....how cool is that?)The job proceeded very smoothly with me in attendance because I was sitting at the computer on the kitchen table.I was verifying the info that he was giving me and he breezed through the job as though he had done literally hundreds of them.You can tell when someone genuinely knows what they are doing because there is no fumbling and the tool set matches the job perfectly.....just what is necessary no more, no less. We are very happy.

Everything went smoothly. Took a little longer than he originally thought due to some plumbing changes, but overall, very professional, very knowledgeable, and the work is done to perfection.

Our plumber, Clint, from Kwiatkowski was able quickly identify the problems and fix them. A new valve was installed where the water line enters the house, pipes were replaced under the sink, and the new faucet and garbage disposal are working great.

We called Kwiatkowski Plumbing to have them install a new commode, a appointment was set up for the next day. Received a call a couple hours later that they could come out that day. We said yes and the gentleman was there on time and proceeded to do the job in a timely manner. Everything was checked out and the job was completed for us with 100% satisfaction.

Very professional, excellent service. We were happy with the price . We will call Mark again as we have other plumbing issues.

Mark came to are house on time. He was very nice and professional He fixed the problem . I was very happy with the price and the company will use them again.

After using two other plumbers in the area with disappointing results, I decided to use Angie’s List this time. Kwiatkowski Plumbing offered very prompt, courteous, and professional service. Mark responded to my voicemail within 10 minutes and had Clint come to look at the problem. Clint called 10 minutes beforehand to let me know he was on the way. He arrived within 1-1/2 hours of my initial call. Since I mentioned water appeared to be coming from the ejector pump, Clint brought along an ejector pump and was able to fix the problem in one visit. He also took the time to look at another issue with my kitchen plumbing and will be putting together a quote. Very pleased with the courteous and knowledgeable service I received. First call to problem solved – 2-1/2 hours! Highly recommend.

Called Kwiatkowski Plumbing at 7:03am just after they opened - no answer but I left a voicemail message. Received a return call just before 8:30am. Mark quoted he was able to come out to my home around 11:00am that day. He called on the way to let me know he would be there in 5 minutes. He was prompt and professional. He checked out my sub pump - found no pipe clogs or blockages and determined only problem was the brackets on the elbow connector needed additional tightening. I recently replaced the part and tightened the brackets as tight as I could. Since the solution was a simple fix, Mark looked at the temporary discharge route I had gotten in stalled 2 years prior since I required a more correct and permenant fix. He made recommendations on how to re-route the pipes outside and will send over a quote. I asked him to send quotes on a battery back up and better sub pump too. He said he would. I was only charged for the service call of $128.00 but was able to apply the $15.00 coupon from Angie's List.

After contacting Kwiatkowski Plumbing and speaking with Mark, who was courteous and professional, he sent Clint. Clint is a Master Plumber, and a teacher for apprentices in plumbing. Clint tried to clear the block with a snake and unfortunately it did not happen. The next procedure was to remove the toilet from the floor, which he did and discovered a tooth brush in the trap. We were cleaning the shower and accidentally left the brush in the water when we emptied the bucket in the toilet. He also replaced the ball and chain in the water closet. Then he checked all the other plumbing and all was well. Clint was very professional, knowledgeable and a pleasant service propfrssional to have in our home.

It went good-he got here about the time he said. Nice guy and got the job done.

Immediately responded even though call wasn't an emergency. They scheduled an appointment 3 days later, they called the evening before to confirm. Plumber showed up exactly on time and was very professional. The installation went very smoothly and the plumber took great care in not only making sure everything worked on the current job but cleaned up a bit of sloppy work from a previous job (no extra charge). Plumber was also nice enough to look at two other minor issues in the house and quickly correct, again for no extra cost. Everything has worked with no problems. I probably could have found a plumber who would do it cheaper but I had the top of the line backup battery sump pump installed and the cheaper plumber probably wouldn't have taken the care to do such a good job. Highly recommend.

Clint was on time, professional, and didn't make me feel too stupid. =) Solved the problem and answered some of my other general plumbing questions.

Overall, my experience was very well. They were on time and they fixed the problem.

I had called Mark based on other reviews that he had and I'm just going to let you know that he was not only very professional but very personable as well. He gave me a very good estimate on replacing our main sump pump and our back up pump and he even came out that same evening that I called as I had called back a bit concerned about our current system and all the rain we were going to have that evening. EXCELLENT service!!!

When I got home from work last night, my basement was flooded because the drain valve blew out of my water heater. I was able to turn off the water and shut off the gas. I went to one of the big-box home stores and purchased a water heater. I called Mark this afternoon and he came out to take out my old heater and install the new one. He had to get the new heater from my garage into my basement and get the old one out. He had the new water heater installed in no time - maybe 90 minutes. He took my old water heater away with him when he left. I would definitely do business with Kwaitkowski Plumbing again!

The job went very smoothly. I had requested an estimate about a week prior to the job. The owner, Mark, came over, took measurements and mailed the estimate in a few days. He also advised me on the best brand of toilet since I had heard reports that some water-conserving models didn't flush efficiently. Setting the appointment for the repair went smoothly and they arrived on time to get the job going. He had estimated that it would take 90 minutes work per toilet but they actually got the whole process done in 90 minutes. The bathroom floors were left clean and dry and I didn't have any tracking in the rest of the house. This is important to me because I have an elderly parent living with me and it is difficult to keep up with cleaning. It was good to have the job done quickly for the same reason. The bathrooms look updated and I hope to save on water costs with the efficiencies. This is the third time I have used this company and am very pleased with the service. Plumbing is one of those repair jobs that can go wrong and can be very messy. Kwiatkowski Plumbing comes in, gets the job done efficiently, and leaves nothing for you to clean up.

It took Mark a long time to satisfy himself that the problem was solved and it was. He came up with a shop rag that got tangled in the roots and how it got there, is beyond me and certainly didn't help. Mark is the only plumber I will call in the future and I have another inside job for him this winter as soon as I have the money to take care of a leaky hot water pipe in the main bathroom, he's the one I will call.

We ran into a big problem with kitchen sink, it would not drain down, tried different remedys none which worked. We knew that we had no recourse but to call a plumber. After checking Angie's List and reading reviews we decided to call Kwiatkowksi Plumbing, we got an immediate response and set up time. Mark called prior to coming to let us know when he would be here. Mark came in and cleaned out wall drain and reset pipes in no time. He checked everything out prior to leaving and now the drain is working better then its been in a long time. No doubt this was not the biggest job they had to perform, but I appreciate so very much that it was done well. My husband who normally would have possibly tried to fix the drain has been extremely ill, so we can truly give a big thank you to Kwiatkowski Plumbing for a job well done and for not feeling that we were taken by someone who would try to find many more things wrong. NO DOUBT WE WILL CALL THEM AGAIN WHEN NEEDED..
