The gentleman named Matt came to our house and was quick to work. Very knowledgable and polite! And in less than an hour he cleaned out all the "sludge" build up in our pipes! I would love to use these gentlemen any time or recommend to a friend!

 + -1 moreThey were very good. They didn't charge us for visiting us on a weekend and they were very nice about it because it was something we couldn't fix ourselves. It was a good experience and we were happy with the service. They got back to us right away and they came out on the weekend. They didn't charge us extra for anything we didn't need and they were just very, very honest. It's a good company to work with.

Description of Work: Our water faucets were running cold water only. Mann plumbing switched out the parts clogging the hot water pipes.

I had no idea who to call when I needed a plumber & picked Mann Made Plumbing.They contacted me right away & we made an appointment for just a few days later.I was so relieved after speaking to them.I was assured if there was any problem to feel free to call them & they would be right out.The two gentlemen that came to the house were very professional & courteous.they immediatately started to work & were done before I knew it.They had power rodded inside & out,tved my sewer lines.He also realized I was havin a problem with my sump pump,we discussed it & he replaced it for me at a very reasonabile price & great guarante!They made this bad experience a good one, which made me feel at ease,because I had just had a hip replacement & wasn't lookin forward to havin to deal with this.THANKS MANN MADE PLUMBING & ANGIE`S LIST!!!! I am one happy customer!!

 + 0 moreIt went just great. First of all, they were here right on time. They rodded the drain, checked its condition, and cleaned up the mess created by the work. Clint went over everything with me and made sure I was aware that he guaranteed his work and would come back for no charge if the drain backed up again in the ensuing months. Both Clint and his assistant were clean and presentable, polite and very personable. I have an old house that I'm sure will be needing more plumbing services in the future. I am extremely pleased with Mann Made plumbing and will definitely call them for my next plumbing job.

Cleaned up after they were done working. If they were not going to be there on time, Clint would call and let me know. Would most definitely have them back if needed.

The estimate was done very quickly and they installed the pump the next day..The initial estimates seemed good but I was advised by others that they were high..Overall, I was very happy with what they did.
Description of Work: I had a partial drain line blockage and Mann Made responded very quickly (ahead of when I expected)to clear the line.

Description of Work: New sump pump last summer--does not need a back-up generator for power failure. In Dec, we called for a plumbing emergency on a Saturday and they were willing to come out once they finished what they were doing. We managed to resolve the problem before they had to come out.

Description of Work: routed the main line of a rental property and helped diagnose a problem area and give me good accurate information on what it would take to fix the problem and what they would have to do onsite to get to it. Also contacted me the next day to set up quotes and bids to do the additional work needed.

 + -1 moreWell, let me tell ya, I started at the beginning of Angie's list to get someone to fix a pipe that had burst somewhere in our bathroom on the second floor. I called too see if any one could come today, everyone was too busy until I called Mann Made Plumbing. Clint came over in 20 minutes, roads were bad, yet he came over to help me in my moment of need! Clint is AMAZING! Eased my mind and fixed my pipe quickly! We went through a great deal a few years ago when we flooded, we got screwed over by our incompetent contractor and his equally inadequate staff. I was impressed that Clint came when I expressed I needed someone to fix my pipe today. I was afraid that more damage could be done to our walls etc. We are a family of 3 and we needed to turn our water on for ours son's return to school and our return to work after this deep freeze. We are very pleased with his work so far and I shall report back once our house is all back together. We have water, and that is what's important! :) I wish I could give A+++!! Two thumbs up for this guy! I recommend him highly!

 + 0 moreClint and his coworker arrived @ 6am as planned. I purchased a new water heater the day before and had it in my basement so Clint could install it. These guys work fast and to a professional job. The job was completed in about 2 hours. When they finished the work area was clean and they hauled away the old water heater. It doesn't get any easier than that. I would hire them again.

 + -1 moreThe service was excellent. Clint and Matt were wonderful. My house was built in the 1950's so I usually expect the non-expected when replacing older plumbing products. My issues were a stopped up bathtub drain, in which, you would be taking a shower up to your ankles in water. Also had an older wall-hung bathroom sink that water ran even when knob was turned off. My 7 year old son couldn't work this sink. For the plugged bathrooom drain, I had an older drum trap clogged that was replaced with a new p-trap. The drains were rodded. Clint explained that it would be easier to clean out the p-trap vs the older drum trap. I may even be able to clean it out myself if it gets clogged again. (We'll see) I bought a bathroom sink with pedestal and a faucet and had them take out my old sink in the bathroom. The parts disintegrated due to age as they took apart. They had to get new parts as a result, and total turnaround time from time I called for an estimate to job completion was approx. 5 hours. Not too shabby!!!! P.S. My son can now wash his hands in main bathroom.
Description of Work: Tore down my old wall hung bathroom sink to install my new bathroom sink with pedestal and faucet I bought at Menards. New parts for old set-up that disintegrated due to age as they took apart. New P-trap and rod out tub to fix clogged bathtub drain.

 + -1 moreI had a leak in my main shower. It traveled through the closet floor in the master bedroom and the closet in the guest bedroom, ruining the wood floor. I caulked the shower and called the plumber to see if it had been a problem in the bottom of the shower and if it could be fixed. They checked the shower and traced the problem to the corner of the shower and caulked the whole shower. They also put in a fixture in the toilet for me. I had bought the fixture but didn't know how to put it in. They were great and put it in for me and did a great job explaining what had been the problem with the leak in the shower. They were great to talk to and explained everything to me. They were here on time and worked on the problem immediately. They said to call them if anything went wrong after they left. I didn't need to call them because everything worked out great. I will call them in the future if I need any other problems fixed. Great job.

 + 0 moreWe had been having problems with our shower drain for a few weeks. After having other plumbers out to snake the drain we still couldn't take a shower without water accumulating up to our ankles. In a last ditch effort we called Mann Made and asked them to come out and see what they could do. After they arrived the owner listened intently to our frustrations and got to work solving our problem. It was a bigger job then they originally anticipated and although it was a tough job they continued to work diligently. After a couple hours in a cramped space we had a shower that drained. I would recommend them to anyone who wants a fair price for quality work and friendly service. They even put up with our kids and dogs. I will definitely call them again for any of my plumbing needs.
