Description of Work: I called on the provider and he informed me that there were unable to work on my brand of appliance (LG). While he didn't actually perform any repair, he pointed me in the appropriate direction. It was a refreshing that he took the time to reach out and offer advice even though he knew I wouldn't be a paying customer.

Description of Work: I have used Berkely twice now and was very satisfied with the service. I had a switch replaced on my older clothes drier and then a part replaced on my older gas range. Both times, I was given a two hour window for his arrival and received a call each time that he was on his way. He understood that I was trying to keep these appliances running a while longer with minimal expense. And because I had the second repair done shortly after the first he only charged me for one service call. As someone who is retired and on a limited income, I appreciated this consideration. Would highly recommend this company.

Description of Work: Water was leaking bottom of refrig. After taking every thing out of freezer and frig could not find problem. It still is not fixed

Description of Work: They repaired my refrigerator, unclogged my ice maker, and replaced the motor for the refrigerator as well, and replaced a water filter.

Description of Work: I have a built in double oven. The bottom oven door did not close properly. The hinge and connecting part inside the oven were replaced. Mike was knowledgeable, polite and had the door fixed so that I could have a family party of 18 for the holidays. We were very pleased.
