I cannot express enough gratitude for the incredible service provided by this company: Nu-Agsin. As our three-year warranty period was approaching, our deck needed some attention. I reached out to them, and they not only inspected the deck earlier than promised but also discussed in detail what needed to be done. Given the unusually rainy season, I was anxious about getting the work completed as soon as possible, especially since my husband had just passed away two days prior. Nathan, understanding my situation, went above and beyond by squeezing us in the same day for power washing and cleaning. By the following Tuesday, they had us scheduled to complete the job, knowing we were hosting a party just four days later. Miraculously, the weather cooperated as well. Under such challenging circumstances, I am truly appreciative of their prompt and compassionate response. The deck looks fantastic, and the workers were not only efficient but also incredibly courteous and conscientious about cleaning up. My very old deck now looks brand new, as it did 3 years ago when I used Nu-Again for the first time. My only minor complaint is that the first crew (stripping the wood) did not cover the house windows around the deck, so they'll need to be cleaned again. (The second crew did cover the windows and siding.)

The crew did a very good job, explained everything and completed on time.

Everyone we dealt with in the company was professional. They told us when they were coming, they came on time. They made sure we were happy with the job before they left.

Their stain adhesion is the best in Illinois. Came back this year to clean and touch up a few spots to support their 3 year warranty. N/C

Our brick patio is almost 30 years old and it looks like new.

Had front side walk, driveway apron, large patio and smaller patio area done. They did a fabulous job. Were clean and efficient. Answered all my questions. People in the office as well as those that performed the service were helpful, professional and as a result the job got done quickly. Would recommend doing this. We now can enjoy our patio area without staring at weeds.

Cleaned, sanded and sealed my uniblock brick paved driveway and walkway. Did any excellent job!!

They did a great job. Looks like a whole new patio. They did break my umbrella but, owner is trying to rectify.

Cleaned,Sanded, & Sealed my 2000 sqâ  driveway and patio. They have separate crews for cleaning and sealing, impressed by that. Knowledgeable crews. Took pride in their work. I was worried because the day they sealed rain was expected next day. The office and the crew reassured me it would dry. 12 hours later we got 1â  of rain and it is absolutely beautiful. I will go nowhere else.

Project was to clean and seal our vrick patio anddriveway and the personnel did an excellent job. we ate pleased with all involved with the re4sults.

Good company that stands by its work

NuAgain power washed, grouted and sealed our outdoor patio. They were prompt, professional and courteous. Patio looks brand new and we are very pleased with the final product.

I’ve used Nu Again for a number of years. Recently, I had them power wash and seal my concrete driveway and sidewalks. They thoroughly cleaned them all, removing years of dirt buildup. They did an excellent job.
